I said it in the game day forum and will here too; the second have of our schedule is a perfect chance for this team and coach to learn how to win. We will see if they are up to the task starting next week.

I want a coach who can prepare and beat more than just scrubs...

I agree, except he is a rookie HC. Let him learn to win or hang himself with the second half, easier schedule.

You can paint a horse turd yellow and call it a banana but it is still a horse turd. You can say penalties are the fault of the head coach but it is still the player out there assuming their stance and then moving before the snap. Other than benching the player there does not seem to be much the coach can do.

I remember during the summer Freddie in press conference talking about players who committed penalties during live action time. I do not remember the punishment but players had to run suicides, do push-ups or something. The players entire unit may have received the punishment though I am not sure about that.

Freddie is our head coach but he cannot do the job for the players. They must focus and concentrate on doing it right. Talking about firing a coach 6-7 games into the season is foolish . Bellicek started his tenure as browns head coach 2-4 and he turned out alright. I wonder if you would have wanted him fired back then.

Bill NEVER had the amount of talent Freddie currently has. I’m tired of these “but WHATABOUT Bill!!!”

Don’t insult NE. Freddie will never be Bill.

I feel like there was a plan before the season.

Because who hires a rookie HC with zero experience to run a team with this talent?

NOBODY.

It was predetermined this would be a throwaway season, because Dorsey has a plan for a HC only it needed time.

We will see what happens in the offseason. wink

Here we go. The mob wants blood.

Everybody is is a target. Freddie, Mayfield, Dorsey.

The blame game in full force.

Time to retreat to the cave. Watch the rest of the season.

Let the piranhas go at it.

And it should be convincing. Some of this crap like penalties and such better be gone. Easy or hard, some fixes better be in and be evident. We haven't looked game ready. For awhile.

Here's a reminder to see if we can judge whether or not the team was prepared for today.

I called for Freddie to get fired at the bye.

How is this going that we didn’t?

There is no longer a need to rush to judgement.

The results are in.

I think the line is getting too long to be a rush.

If we rush, then somebody is going to get trampled. Lemmings. The body of work supports an orderly saunter to judgment. Today was hard to watch.

With this line, we can't rush.
