The stock market hit record highs before the economy crashed in 08.

And yet the country still hates him lol.
Trump is the only president who inherited a booming economy, and the majority still hates him.
That’s let you know the American people don’t give him much credit for much.

https://www.ccn.com/u-s-manufacturing-data-shows-recession-almost-here/U.S. Manufacturing Data Shows Recession Is Almost Here Harsh Chauhan @techjunk13 October 1, 2019 The calls for a recession in the U.S. are getting stronger by the day, and the latest manufacturing data for the month of September is more fodder for the doomsayers. According to the latest Institute for Supply Management (ISM) PMI report, September manufacturing activity in the U.S. shrunk to its lowest level in over a decade. The trade war with China is pushing the U.S. toward a recession ISM’s U.S. manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index fell to 47.8% last month. CNBC reports that this is the lowest level seen since June 2009, adding to the fear of a potential recession as the reading is way below the original expectation of 50.2%. What’s more, this is the second consecutive month that the reading has dropped as the PMI came in at 49.1% in August. Any reading below the 50% level indicates a contraction in manufacturing activity, so it is not surprising to see why Twitter is going berserk and pointing out that the U.S. is being pushed deliberately toward a recession. A gloomy picture Timothy Fiore, the chair of the ISM manufacturing business survey committee, said that the readings point toward lower business confidence as the September contraction happened at a faster rate than August. Fiore and other respondents put the blame on a global trade slowdown and the trade war with China. According to Fiore: Global trade remains the most significant issue, as demonstrated by the contraction in new export orders that began in July 2019. Overall, sentiment this month remains cautious regarding near-term growth. But the fact that just three of the 18 manufacturing industries reported growth in September does not paint a pretty picture. And it might be long before sentiment turns from cautious to bearish based on the comments from the respondents, increasing the chances of a recession in the U.S. The transportation equipment industry respondents, for instance, point out that orders are decreasing. The machinery industry respondents say that order backlogs are down thanks to an increase in dealer inventories. The food, beverage, and tobacco products industry group lay the blame squarely at China, saying: Chinese tariffs going up are hurting our business. Most of the materials are not made in the U.S. and made only in China. The ISM report also points out that the employment scenario in the manufacturing sector is not rosy. The ISM employment index dropped 1.1 percentage points in September to 46.3%. This is the lowest reading seen since January 2016, and the report points out that there is a sense of cautiousness as far as employment expansion is concerned. So weak demand and unsold inventories could lead to a slowdown in job creation in the U.S. This could soon show up on the employment data by the Bureau of Labor Statistics as manufacturing activity in the U.S. has been contracting for the past several months. All of this seems like a recipe for a potential recession in the U.S. Manufacturing activity in the U.S. has been on the decline, strengthening the chances of a recession. | Source: Trading Economics No relief in sight from the trade war A resolution to the U.S.-China trade war could help avoid a recession, but that seems unlikely at present. Ian Bremmer, the president of political risk research and consulting firm Eurasia Group, believes that the trade war is getting worse. He told Bloomberg: The two sides are digging in and it’s gotten considerably worse in the past weeks. Chinese foreign minister [censored] Yi has adopted a combative tone, slamming Donald Trump’s trade policies and issuing a warning that the world could be headed toward a recession. In fact, key recession alarms are already flashing, forcing notable economists to warn that bad times could be here within a year. This is why the latest manufacturing data out of the U.S. is a big cause for concern as it strengthens the probability of an economy-wide contraction. This article was edited by Sam Bourgi.

From what I can see, Trump gave Russia praise for helping us to get Baghdadi and Russia doesn't want to be tied to it because it endangers their troops in the middle east with reprisals.

That would make sense if the Russians ever cared about that to begin with.
They don’t.

Russia cares about public opinion back home when their troops get killed.
Remember when they attacked our outposts in Syria that night and we slaughtered hundreds of their "Rebels". Many Russians were killed too and they jumped through hoops trying to cover the Russian deaths so the parents back home didn't demand all out war in Syria. Putin knows he couldn't win an all out war there.

Yes the Russians don’t want to get into crap with OUR country.
They never once cared about Syrians rebels or ISIS, so your point wouldn’t make sense as to why they would distance themselves from the op, especially seeing as how that gives them yet another excuse to imply authority over the US.
Did you see how trumped talk about the Russians help? It was like a child getting permission to go to the playground.

Not like a child in a playground, more like a President purposely pointing a finger at Russia for helping us.
Maybe he intends to put pressure on them in that part of the world. It isn't easy to hit us but terrorists can get at the pockets of Russians spread throughout Syria.
Maybe.

I haven’t heard that. But there’s credible reports saying that it was staged. Apparently trump didn’t get there until after the raid was already complete.

Is this guy also anti-trump? While announcing the killing of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, President Trump described the terrorist’s death during the U.S. raid in unusually graphic detail — repeatedly claiming that al-Baghdadi died “whimpering, screaming and crying.” But a top U.S. official who watched the raid with Trump in the White House Situation Room said he’s not sure where the president got that information. “I don’t know what the source of that was,” Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters at the Pentagon Monday. https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-isis-leader-al-baghdadi-died-screaming-crying-184607314.htmlAnd there’s more in that article. So no audio in the raid the supposedly watch. Oh boy.

How ISIS leader al-Baghdadi’s headless body was ID’d minutes after deathAfter years of intelligence gathering, U.S. Special Operation Forces had no doubts the mutilated body of a man killed during Saturday night’s daring raid in Syria was the long-sought ISIS leader, employing new technology and DNA testing to positively identify Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi's headless remains almost immediately. While the commandos had visually identified al-Baghdadi before he fled down a dead-end tunnel with three children -- where he was found "whimpering" and trapped before detonating a suicide vest -- that wasn’t enough. Various accounts have told of his death in the past, only for him to surface yet again. “There wasn’t much left,” President Trump said of al-Baghdadi’s remains during a Sunday morning news conference following the raid, “but there are still substantial pieces that they brought back.” Al-Baghdadi’s head remained intact following the blast, allowing commandos to use biometrics, specifically facial recognition, to immediately identify him.https://www.foxnews.com/world/how-al-baghdadi-isis-identified-dna

THE ROAD TOWARD SOCIALISMBy Bill Maher Remember when President Obama bailed out Detroit and just about everyone on the right used it as proof that Obama was a socialist? “How is Obama not a socialist?” wondered Fox News’ Peter Ferrara. “This is exactly what socialism is.” Sen. Richard Shelby of Alabama said, “It’s the road toward socialism.” Rep. Tom Price, who would later go on to serve in the Trump administration, before being pushed out on corruption charges: “Unfortunately, this is just another sad chapter in President Obama’s eager campaign to interject his administration in the private sector’s business dealings.” Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas called the auto company rescue “the leading edge of the Obama administration’s war on capitalism.” Well, Trump’s farm rescue is now more than twice as expensive — $28 billion so far, with no end in sight — as Obama’s bailout of the big three, which cost taxpayers $12 billion. The differences are many, but most notably, Obama’s policies didn’t create the problems that led to Detroit’s need for a bailout. However, Trump’s trade war is what’s causing problems for America’s farmers. He lit the fire, then asked taxpayers to help put it out. And yet there are no audible complaints on the right about Trump’s approach to government bailouts or capitalism. Funny that. Honestly, is there anything Republicans bitched about during the Obama years that they aren’t exponentially more guilty of now that Trump is president? I mean, I get that “bitching about the opposition” is part of politics, and a really fun way to spend our precious time on the planet. But Republicans, I’m just curious: should Trump lose the election, and Elizabeth Warren becomes president, what the hell are you going to be able to bitch about then? What can you possibly say with a straight face after supporting Trump? Are you going to say she’s corrupt? That she’s a liar? An egomaniac? That she’s careless with classified information? She golfs too much? She’s mentally unstable? Un-presidential? That she welcomes our enemies and shuns our allies? That her cabinet lacks experience and gravitas? That it’s amateur hour? That she’s creating uncertainty in the markets? …I could do this all day. https://www.real-time-with-bill-maher-blog.com/index/2019/10/28/the-road-toward-socialism

Think about something.,. Obama approved loans to the Auto Industry and they paid it all back + interest.
When do you think we'll get the money back from Farmers that we had to bail out because of the stupidity of this president.
I'm not against help out own when needed, but when you manufacture a crisis then say ain't I wonderful for helping the farmers, well that's just idiotic.
Trump likes to be the arsonist then come back and play the fireman..
By the way, the manufacturing sector is showing signs of disaster pending.
Just like prior to 2008.

Number of uninsured children rises for second year, tops 4 million BY NATHANIEL WEIXEL - 10/30/19 12:00 AM EDT 1,438 15,361
Number of uninsured children rises for second year, tops 4 million © Getty The number of uninsured children in the U.S. increased for the second year in a row and now tops 4 million, the most since ObamaCare became law, according to a new report released Wednesday.
According to the Georgetown University Center for Children and Families, the number of uninsured children increased by more than 400,000 between 2016 and 2018.
The report found that the increase has wiped out a large share of the coverage gains made since the enactment of the health care law in 2014 and is due in large part to policies championed by the Trump administration and Republicans in Congress.
According to researchers, ObamaCare helped more children obtain health coverage. But beginning in 2017, the number of uninsured children began to rise. The report specifically cited the confusion surrounding the administration’s failed attempt to repeal ObamaCare, the successful elimination of the law’s individual mandate and a months-long delay in funding the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
In addition, the report cited the Trump administration’s decision to dramatically cut ObamaCare outreach and enrollment grants while also shortening the open enrollment period.
“At a time when families need more help navigating the confusing health coverage landscape, fewer resources are available for ObamaCare outreach and enrollment efforts as a result of cuts made by the administration in 2017,” the report said.
The report, which was based on an analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data, found seven states where the uninsured rate for children increased most sharply. Texas has the largest proportion of uninsured children and is home to more than 1 in 5 uninsured children in the U.S.
Three-quarters of the children who lost coverage between 2016 and 2018 live in GOP-led states that have not expanded Medicaid. The uninsured rate for children in those states increased at three times the rate as children in expansion states.
Only one state, North Dakota, showed improvement during this two-year time period, which the report said suggests “that even well-intentioned states are hard pressed to overcome a negative national climate which is reducing children’s enrollment in public coverage programs.”
The majority of uninsured children are eligible for Medicaid or CHIP but are not currently enrolled.
“The decline in health coverage occurred at a time when children should have been gaining coverage in the private market and is a red flag for policymakers, as even more children would likely lose coverage in an economic downturn,” said Joan Alker, executive director of the Georgetown University Center for Children and Families.
Researchers also pointed to President Trump's crackdown on immigration as a reason why the number of uninsured kids is rising.
Several policies targeting immigrant communities, like the administration's "public charge" rule, are likely deterring parents from enrolling their eligible children in Medicaid or CHIP, despite the fact that most of these children are U.S. citizens.

Anybody who bothers to explain reality to 40 is just wasting their time. He's not open to being wrong, being a dupe, or being embarrassed by Trump. In his world that would equal an extinction level event, so he's going to party like it's 1999 and the rest of the world can deal with his mess when Trump is finally out.

Trump campaign blasts 'very dumb' Twitter decisionPresident Trump's 2020 reelection campaign slammed Twitter on Wednesday over the company's decision to stop running political ads on its platform. “Twitter just walked away from hundreds of millions of dollars of potential revenue, a very dumb decision for their stockholders," Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale said in a statement. "Will Twitter also be stopping ads from biased liberal media outlets who will now run unchecked as they buy obvious political content meant to attack Republicans?" he added. The Trump campaign accused the social media platform of "yet another attempt to silence conservatives, since Twitter knows President Trump has the most sophisticated online program ever known.” Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey announced the policy change Wednesday, saying the company will no longer accept political advertising that promotes candidates or particular hot-button issues. Dorsey said that "political message reach should be earned, not bought." "Paying for reach removes that decision, forcing highly optimized and targeted political messages on people," he wrote in a lengthy thread explaining the policy change. "We believe this decision should not be compromised by money." The move comes amid weeks-long controversy over the decision from Twitter's much larger rival Facebook to allow misinformation in political advertising on its platform. Facebook has been under fire from prominent Democrats for the policy, with many of those same Democrats lauding Twitter's shift on Wednesday. The controversy erupted earlier this month after Facebook said it would not remove an ad from Trump's campaign that accused former Vice President Joe Biden without evidence of using his office to benefit his son Hunter Biden's business interests. Biden and other Democratic presidential contenders called on Facebook to remove the ad, but the company said it would not, citing concerns about limiting free speech. The president's campaign has prioritized digital advertising ahead of the 2020 race, pouring millions of dollars into content over a variety of online platforms. It is unclear how much the campaign has spent on Twitter advertisements in particular. Between 2016 and 2018, Twitter made a total of $1 million from political advertisements, according to researchers at New York University. That same study saw Facebook pulling in between $89 million and $376 million in those two years. https://thehill.com/policy/technology/468219-trump-campaign-blasts-very-dumb-twitter-decisionHat's off to Twitter for this move. Now they should close Trump's account like they would any other user that acted like him. Their part in his presidency will live forever in infamy.

They stopped his "fake news" and help from the Russian bots. No wonder he's upset.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Ladies and gentlemen, the president of the United States Trump says Melania wouldn't cry if he got shot https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-says-melania-wouldnt-cry-164037262.htmlWhile discussing Mr Scalise’s injuries, the president described the Republican from Louisiana as a tough character, and took note of the way his wife reacted to his injuries. She “cried her eyes out when I met her at the hospital that fateful day,” Mr Trump said, according to Politico. “I mean, not many wives would react that way to tragedy, I know mine wouldn’t.”

Some people are stronger emotionally than others. Some people have to put their emotions in check while they deal with a catastrophe.
Unlike you guys who have a hair on fire, flaming emotional breakdown every time Trump tweets from the pot.

So you’re advocating that we ignore official White House statements?
Says a lot about the president that his supporters think we shouldn’t take him seriously at all.
Sad.

Melania wouldn’t be crying because she’d gain her freedom back.

Unlike you guys who have a hair on fire, flaming emotional breakdown every time Trump tweets from the pot. Are you familiar with the concept of Occam's razor? It's a line of logical thought in which the simplest answer is usually the correct one. Here's an example: People don't cry when tragedy strikes someone they don't love.
See? Simple. Class is dismissed. You can go home now.
