Yes, I am familiar with the concept of Occam's razor from all the times you guys brought it up during the Russia Collusion Hoax as you tried to use it against Trump. If there are two explanations for an occurrence the one that requires the smallest number of assumptions is usually correct. Well, as it turned out, the explanation with the fewest assumptions was that Trump did not Collude with the Russians.

Maybe, if you were intellectually unable to read and comprehend the report. But I think you got it and are just in denial.

Another Obama era regulation bites the dustPresident Trump is rolling back another regulation set by the Obama administration, which the White House says is no longer necessary. It is the regulation that was enacted to keep American companies from moving their official base of operation abroad to reduce their tax burden. It is called an inversion, where an American company merges with a foreign firm, basically becoming a subsidiary and moving the headquarters for tax purposes Administration officials say its not needed due to the tax overhaul that Trump signed in 2017, according to the New York Times. The regulation was credited by tax analysts with reducing inversions, but business groups criticized it. Treasury Secretary Stephen Mnuchin called the regulation obsolete, because the tax cuts have essentially leveled the playing field and made the business environment more competitive. The 2017 law cut the corporate income tax rate to 21 percent from 35 percent. https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/another-obama-era-regulation-bites-the-dust Won!

Dow jumps 250 points, S&P 500 hits fresh record after strong October jobs dataThe U.S. economy added 128,000 jobs in October, the Labor Department said Friday. Economists polled by Dow Jones expected a gain of 75,000 jobs for the previous month. October jobs growth easily beat estimates despite a decline of 42,000 jobs in the autos sector due to a General Motors strike that has now been settled. Jobs growth data for September and August was also revised substantially higher. September’s number was revised up to 180,000 from 136,000. August jobs growth was revised to 219,000 from 168,000. https://www.cnbc.com/2019/11/01/dow-futures-open-nonfarm-payrolls.htmlAnd this is in spite of the autoworker layoffs! Winning

So I heard this morning that Trump is refusing to impose congressional sanctions against Turkey for buying a weapon system from Russia. This was reported as congress is scrambling to pass new sanctions against Turkey for their continued aggression in northern Syria. Meanwhile, Trump is embracing Erdogan. All roads with Trump lead to Russia.
So tell me again about how great your guy is...

Trump tweets 303K job claim after report of 128K new jobsPresident Trump spurred confusion Friday after he tweeted about a "blowout" 303,000 jobs figure — minutes after an official government report said the economy added 128,000 jobs in October. The estimate by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) was good news for the administration, as its report on last month's job gains was far greater than the gain of roughly 85,000 jobs projected by economists. But it’s unclear how Trump calculated the vastly larger jobs gain, or where he obtained that analysis. In the Friday tweet hailing the report, Trump claimed the “blowout JOBS number” was actually a gain of 303,000 jobs if accounting for revisions and the temporary loss of jobs tied to the General Motors strike. “Wow, a blowout JOBS number just out, adjusted for revisions and the General Motors strike, 303,000. This is far greater than expectations. USA ROCKS!” Trump tweeted BLS revised the August and September job gains up by 95,000 workers, and most of the 42,000 auto manufacturing jobs frozen during the GM strike are likely resume in time for the November jobs report to be calculated. White House spokesman Judd Deere told The Hill in an email that Trump’s figure also included an additional 18,000 GM workers not reflected in the BLS report, and 20,000 temporary Census workers who completed their work in October. Economists say Trump’s calculations do not paint an accurate picture of an already-strong labor market. “Those were wildly inaccurate,” said Joseph Brusuelas, chief U.S. economist at audit and accounting firm RSM. “This is what we’d call ‘fake data.’” Economists would not typically consider revisions to past jobs reports or the future return of striking workers to be part of a different month’s job gain. Accounting for the loss of 20,000 Census workers would double-count the initial addition of those workers to past jobs reports, as well. Trump’s tweet about the jobs report also raised eyebrows because it violated the one-hour ban on White House commentary on sensitive economic data. Trump tweeted his praise for the report at 8:52 a.m., just more than 20 minutes after the jobs report was released. https://thehill.com/policy/finance/468491-trump-confuses-with-inflated-october-jobs-claimKing of 'Fake News' strikes again. #BigAssLiar-in-Chief

Facts aren’t what they want. The real numbers are barley average so trumps gotta blow it up. And his deplorable base is salivating.

Bill filed to create President Trump Highway along Route 66 by DESTINY WASHINGTON | KOKH Staff November 5th 2019 Oklahoma City, Okla. (KOKH) -- Oklahoma Sen. Nathan Dahm, and Sen. Marty Quinn announced Tuesday that they have filed Senate Bill 1089 to create the President Donald J. Trump highway on world famous Route 66. “We feel like this is a perfect opportunity to commemorate the great impact his leadership has had on improving the economy and bringing jobs and commerce back to our great state.” Dahm said. The renamed section of highway would begin at the intersection of Highland Avenue near Miami, Oklahoma and extend north and east through Commerce to the intersection of Industrial Parkway in Ottawa County. Today I was joined by Senator Marty Quinn to file our bill naming part of the Mother Road #Route66 as the President Donald J Trump Highway. Thanks to his hard work, jobs have come back to this country like never before and he has Made America Great Again. So the section to be named for him goes through Commerce, OK & ends at Industrial Parkway. This allows us to memorialize all the great things that have been accomplished just 3 years into his first term and with 1 year until his re-election. #MAGA #KAG “It is an honor to have authored this legislation that will help memorialize President Trump and his contribution to keeping America free and prosperous,” said Roberts. SB 1089 will require that the necessary funds needed for the costs of the signs be covered by the Senate and House authors and co-authors. There will be no cost to the taxpayers for the signs. The bill will be available to be heard in the next legislative session beginning February 2020. https://nbcmontana.com/news/nation-world...3yO5saZO3B5WVZ0

Don the con ‘bringing jobs back’... ‘Trump 2020’ campaign banners are being proudly produced in . . . China? According to a Reuters report Wednesday, China’s Jiahao Flag Co. has produced more than 90,000 “Trump 2020: Keep America Great!” banners and flags since March, and the factory has ramped up production before Trump’s threatened tariffs against all Chinese-made goods kick on. The banners and flags cost about $1 each to make, Reuters said, and a factory manager said Trump’s campaign suppliers appear to be trying to get their orders in before potential tariffs cause the price to rise. The manager told Reuters that the factory has been making Trump banners ever since the days of “Make America Great Again.” “Sales have been great ever since 2015,” she told Reuters. Ironically, one of the Trump administration’s key messages to U.S. businesses and consumers has been to buy, and hire, American. https://www.marketwatch.com/story/trump-..._share_facebook

“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.” Theodore Roosevelt ...apropos to which, there's this new li'l nugget: ________________ From the moment Francis Rooney expressed alarm to his House colleagues that Donald Trump might have abused presidential power in his dealings with Ukraine—and more dramatically, that an impeachment inquiry could be warranted—the Florida Republican was a marked man. He made for a most unusual suspect. A silver-haired business tycoon, former ambassador and card-carrying member of the GOP establishment, Rooney had reliably played the role of good soldier for the party since easily winning his Naples-area congressional seat in 2016. He had kept his head down. He had dutifully gone about his business as a policymaker and a politician. He had, like so many of his fellow Republicans, muffled his trepidation over the president’s behavior, recognizing that to cross Trump was to commence the extinction of his own political career. Venting privately about the president has become a hallowed pastime in Republican-controlled Washington, a sort of ritualistic release for those lawmakers tasked with routinely defending the indefensible, and Rooney had long indulged without consequence. Certainly, his friends noticed, the Florida congressman had grown more animated in private over the past year—railing against the improprieties detailed in the Mueller report, decrying the Trump family’s brazen attempts to enrich themselves off the presidency, wondering aloud what the president needed to do before voters would turn on him. Still, there was no real risk. To the extent GOP leaders heard echoes of Rooney’s discontent, they dismissed it as just another member blowing off steam. But as summer turned to fall, Rooney wasn’t just bitching and complaining anymore. He was talking about impeachment. And he was talking not in a manner that was abstract or academic, but concrete and ominous. Initially in one-on-one conversations, and then in larger group settings, Rooney cautioned his colleagues that there could be no turning a blind eye to the fact pattern emerging from Trump’s relationship with Ukraine. It seemed possible, if not probable, that congressionally approved military aid to the embattled country—long a cause dear to Democrats and Republicans alike—had been held up contingent on investigations into Trump’s domestic political rivals. The question, Rooney told his friends, was not whether there was clear evidence of wrongdoing, but whether the president himself was culpable—and if so, whether congressional Republicans were going to cover for him. All of a sudden, the once-invisible congressman was the subject of constant surveillance. Rooney could go nowhere, say nothing, without the eyes of the party on him. House Republican leaders, having been made aware of Rooney’s agitating, deputized lawmakers to monitor the malcontent. The White House—both its political team and its legislative affairs shop—did likewise. Before long, the president himself was briefed on the threat from Rooney. Disturbed, Trump began calling his friends and associates, on Capitol Hill and in Florida, trying to make sense of the situation. “Who the hell is this Rooney guy?” the president asked Florida Governor Ron DeSantis during one phone call, according to sources familiar with their conversation. “What’s his deal?” All the president’s allies agreed Rooney was a problem. But there was no obvious solution. The congressman had yet to say anything menacing about Trump in public; taking some type of punitive measure against him, be it a closed-door belittling or a presidential tweet-lashing, would be strange and possibly counterproductive. If the overarching goal was to keep Republicans unified in the face of impeachment’s advance—for the sake of immediate political advantage, if not also for the president’s legacy—keeping Rooney close made more sense than alienating him. Ultimately, Republican leaders in Washington and Florida settled on a simple course of action. They would beat Rooney at his own game, doing nothing to undermine him openly but instead orchestrating a whisper campaign aimed at sowing doubts about his devotion to the president. The focal point would be Florida’s 19th, Rooney’s bloody red district, which Trump had carried by 22 points. That way, if and when Rooney broke ranks, the uprising back home would appear instant and organic. The recoil wouldn’t just scare Rooney straight; it would provide a cautionary tale for any Republican tempted to follow his lead. Rooney knew the trap was being laid, but he didn’t bother avoiding it. On Friday, October 18, the congressman appeared on CNN and said there was “clear” evidence of a quid pro quo based on acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney’s own description of events. Asked whether he was ruling out voting for impeachment, Rooney replied, “I don’t think you can rule anything out until you know all the facts.” He also added, “I’m very mindful of the fact that back during Watergate everybody said, ‘Oh, it’s a witch hunt to get Nixon.’ Turns out it wasn’t a witch hunt. It was absolutely correct.” Rooney’s remarks—in particular, his unsolicited comparison of Trump to Nixon—left his colleagues slack-jawed. House Republicans, having received hair-on-fire emails from staffers alerting them to the comments, tip-toed through the Capitol to avoid reporters asking for comment. Video of the little-known congressman’s interview rocketed around Twitter and turned official Washington on its head for a matter of hours, fueling immediate speculation that a broader revolt might be brewing. Here, at last, was a Republican lawmaker openly entertaining the prospect of impeaching a Republican president. And sure enough, as though a switch had been flipped, Rooney found himself under siege. “The blowback from the people in Southwest Florida was something. I mean, I had people down here in the local Republican leadership mad at me, yelling at me, telling me nothing should happen to make me waver in my support of Donald Trump. Nothing,” he recalls in an interview. “Now, I’m pretty immune to pressure. I’ve got a great company, a great family, I’ve done some wonderful things in my life. So, the fact that I got criticized by some local Republican officials doesn’t bother me one bit. But still … ” Rooney’s voice trails off. The intensity of that criticism—and the threats on his career, made implicit and explicit by Florida Republicans in the hours after his CNN appearance—left him with an inescapable conclusion: There would be no coming back to Congress. He had mulled retirement in the months prior, but now the decision was being made for him. The very next day, appearing on Fox News, Rooney announced he would not seek reelection in 2020. It hardly could have played better for Trump. The headlines wrote themselves. As Rolling Stone declared, “GOP Congressman Open to Impeachment on Friday, Retires on Saturday.” The implication was clear: Any Republican who so much as flirted with impeachment would no longer have a home in the party. link to story ________________________ "Reagan Republican" has officially been moved from 'endangered' to 'extinct' as a species. That bunch has now been replaced by a new species in the de-evolution of the Conventional Conservative Republican: Trumpicanthropus Erectus has supplanted Trickledownicus Decepticus as the predominant species in the present evolutionary track. As Primates are concerned, T.E. are (relatively) high-functioning. 1. They walk upright (-so proud for them...). 2. They can be trained to drive cars, tie shoes, hold jobs, wear suits, summon a lyft... and vote in favor of Orange Julius. 3. They are willing to sacrifice their faces, professional reputations, and personal legacies in support of a County Fair Carnival Barker who managed to 'Peter Principal' himself into a job he never wanted, hates to hold, was manifestly unqualified to assume... but will also sacrifice everything (including integrity/Human Dignity) to maintain. 4. They are more than willing to support (and subordinate their reputations to) The Alpha Primate of the troupe, lest all the other lesser troupe members descend upon them in a violent show of fealty to Ape Number One. Donald John Trump (yes- he, alone...) has managed to reduce the entire elected body of the Republican Party to a troupe of caste-conscious Howler Monkeys. Those primates who are evolved enough to see what the party has become have: 1. clammed up- and hunkered down, hoping to ride out this storm. 2. kept their mouths shut, hoping for nothing, and expecting the worst. 3. looked the other way, while their fellow troupe members mirror their Alpha, flinging collected handfuls of feces onto the Walls of Democracy. 4. bailed from The Game entirely, after seeing the "all or nothing" alternative left to them. The entire GOP is now The Party of Donald: complicit, kowtowed... or in danger of being run out of town. The collapse of 'Lincoln's Party' into this pack of wild Serengeti dogs is one of the saddest things I've ever witnessed in 63 years of American citizenship. A man who loves country over party is now being devoured by a party of those who covet Cult over Country. America is now exactly half as strong as She has always been. She now has only one legitimate political party.

for now lol I didn't follow that race until tuesdays elections. But from everything I've read, there was more to it than just red and blue. This Bevins guy was not well liked. Not even a little. And the winner had a last name (Beshear) that was very well known and respected. And he seemed more centered.. not far left and certainly not far right.. What find funny is the effort by Don Jr. to try and save face, he said that Bevins was down in the race by 16 or 17 points in the polls prior to his fathers arrival on Monday. However, on Monday, prior to Trumps visit, the polls were saying that Bevins was 5 point ahead. The idea was that Trump got him close but couldn't drag him across the line. LOL They may want to check their facts prior to making dumb comments like that.. Yeah, as if? LOL

I get a giggle about how worked up people are about this so called impeachment stuff.
I very much highly doubt Trump is going to be removed from office. They really have no evidence at all. All they have is testimony and hearsay all of which are not grounds to convict anyone in any court in the country let alone in the Senate on an impeachment trial.
Besides 3 Presidents have been impeached(Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon, and Bill Clinton), and NONE of them were ever convicted. Nixon resigned, and Johnson and Clinton both beat the Impeachment. Sad to say Dems, the history of impeachment is not on your side of removing a President.
Trump isn't going to resign, because the House has no real case and he knows this. Infact Trump hopes it does go to the Senate where he can swiftly beat this impeachment and it will empower his campaign even more.
Trump has outmaneuvered the Democrats at every turn, he is 3 step ahead of them, and this impeachment thing actually ends up working out in his favor not hurting him because there is not enough evidence for a conviction(just like Clinton and Johnson) and this will just empower him even more.
when this whole thing is set and done, Trump will be a 2nd term President, and the The Dems are going to lose a lot of seats in Congress.

Dude- it's their job to do this, no matter what the outcome might be. If crimes/improprieties are suspected, they must take these steps. To do anything less would be dereliction of duty- the duty they swore to uphold when they placed hands on bibles.

Longtime GOP Rep. Peter King won't seek reelection in New YorkLongtime Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.) announced Monday that he will not seek reelection next year. King said in a statement on Facebook that “after 28 years of spending 4 days a week in Washington, D.C., it is time to end the weekly commute and be home in Seaford." "This was not an easy decision. But there is a season for everything and Rosemary and I decided that, especially since we are both in good health, it is time to have the flexibility to spend more time with our children and grandchildren," King said. "My daughter’s recent move to North Carolina certainly accelerated my thinking," he added. His daughter, former Hempstead Councilwoman Erin King Sweeney, resigned from office earlier this year from office and was replaced by another Republican in last week’s election. King, 75, serves on the House Homeland Security and Financial Services committees. He was chairman of the Homeland Security Committee in 2005-2006 and again in 2011-2012. A wave of House GOP retirements is creating headaches for party leaders and suggesting Republicans see little chance of winning back the chamber in 2020. So far, almost two dozen Republicans have announced this cycle that they are retiring from the lower chamber, resigning or running for other offices. A handful of those departing lawmakers would have faced tough reelections in competitive districts, but a vast majority occupy safe, conservative seats. King endorsed President Trump in 2016, the same year the congressman was reelected by a margin of more than 24 percentage points over his Democratic challenger. But in 2018, when Democrats across the country flipped GOP seats, King faced stronger challenge from his Democratic opponent Liuba Grechen Shirley. Shirley lost by approximately 6 percentage points to the longtime incumbent. The Cook Political Report estimates New York’s second congressional district will “lean Republican” in the 2020 election. In February, King was among the GOP lawmakers on the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s “retirements to watch list” of potential targets ahead of the 2020 election cycle. https://thehill.com/homenews/house/469835-longtime-gop-rep-peter-king-wont-seek-reelectionAnother one bites the dust. Good riddance.

It took him three tries to find a crowd that liked him.
Wasn't it Meat Loaf sang, "Cause one out of three ain't bad"?
No, no, that wasn't it.
And after all of that, Alabama lost.

Dude- it's their job to do this, no matter what the outcome might be. If crimes/improprieties are suspected, they must take these steps. To do anything less would be dereliction of duty- the duty they swore to uphold when they placed hands on bibles.
It's called The Constitution of the United States of America, you "patriot." I disagree, and i'll explain why. when they began impeachment proceedings against Nixon, they had clear cut evidence both physical and testimony of the purps that broke into the Watergate building implicating Nixon, it was a clear cut and dry case why he resigned. Andrew Johnson was impeached on 11 counts, many of them many violation of the Tenure of Office Act among other things which was criminal at the time. When Bill Clinton was impeached, he had a civil lawsuit against him from Paula Jones, He also lied under oath about Monica Lewinsky. These are obvious crimes as its a crime to lie under oath, and sexual harrassment is also a crime. Now look at Trump, this whole thing is based on a Whistleblower, who WASNT EVEN A WITNESS to the purported offense. He heard it from "someone else" who probably heard it from someone else. This isn't evne hearsay its office gossip at best. Furthermore, none of the witnesses, even the ones implicating Trump have offered anything except "its my opinion that Trump tried to get Ukraine to give him dirt on Biden" I mean seriously? We are going to impeach a President on hearsay and someones opinion? without a single shred of tangible evidence of any kind? This is ridiclious! The reason courts don't convict people on hearsay is because how in the world do you prove who's lying and who isn't without evidence? The Whistle blower, Mulvaney, all these guys could just be lying because they don't like Trump for all any of us know? You really think Congress is "trustworthy" enough to put their political BS aside and actually evaluate tangible evidence and facts about this case before moving forward? I don't, and neither should anyone else. This will be the 1st impeachment where there isn't clear cut proof The President did anything. This is setting a dangerous precedent, next time the Dems elect a president the Repubs will impeach. We are moving towards a justice system that doesn't operate on "without a reasonable doubt" any longer, but will operate on "a preponderence of evidence" and thats not a country I want to live in, and thats not justice, its lynchmob mentality.

Everything you wrote ignores one simple fact: it's not an impeachment yet. it is still an inquiry, the period in which the evidence is gathered, which is exactly what is happening now. There is no prosecution of anything or anyone yet.
Each of the examples you gave deal directly with the formal filing of Articles of Impeachment, which is still one step down the road from where we are. Those proceedings were initiated because the bar was met in terms of actionable evidence.
Now you and I can debate about whether hearsay is actually in play, or whether evidence seems circumstantial or not, but your premise is that the criteria is lacking to bring an impeachment. I assert that it is premature to state that insufficient evidence exists, because all the facts are not yet in.
So yes... this inquiry is exactly what they should be doing. Getting the facts. If facts are lacking to bring Articles of Impeachment, they will:
1. drop the inquiry without filing 2. file, and fail to remove.
Either way, we are exactly where we should be right now. They are doing their jobs.

Either way, we are exactly where we should be right now. They are doing their jobs. I would counter with "how long is it reasonably acceptable to be investigating someone" Is the President not afford the same protections under our law as anyone else? If you agree that he is, than why was this "inquiry" not kept secret until the time to vote on the impeachment articles became clear? As a citizen if you are being investigated by a Grand Jury(which is what an impeachment inquiry is to the President) is that Grand Jury and its investigations, and proceedings not kept secret until they decide to indict or not? If these politicians actually "cared" about this country not one peep would have came out that House committees were even conducting an inquiry, that would have been kept quiet like every other grand jury until the formal articles of impeachment were brought forth which is how our justice system is supposed to operate. CNN, NBC, ,and CBS have already convicted Trump in the court of public opinion before this whole thing got started. I guess its perfectly acceptable to investigate someone publically for 4 years either though a special investigator, or though an impeachment inquiry that should have been kept secret till formal articles were brought before the house. The House Judiciary Committee easily could have kept this whole thing under wraps by simply putting a gag on it, that no one is to speak of it until the articles were complete. Just like with the fiasco with Bill Clinton this whole thing political, just like Clinton didn't do anything worthy of being impeached over, neither did Trump. All this is doing is setting a dangerous precident that if you can't win an election just find a reason to impeach instead of actually trying to work with someone to get things done. what a damn shame.

I also want to add, that this entire impeachment rests of trying to prove "Quid Pro Quo" without any tangible evidence.
This is a very hard if not impossible case to prove. The Dems should know this. Its all about context.
Even if the President did ask about the Biden's and Joe forcing them to fire a prosecutor over his son, it is within the Presidents power to ask this question in relation to investigating corruption, after which the President would direct his FBI/Department of Justice to proceed.
The Dems are trying to say Trump only asked about this to get dirt on his rival, PROVE IT. See the Burden of proof lies with the accuser, context is everything, Trump can easily say he only asked in regards to a corruption investigation, and with no proof to prove otherwise, you will not be able to prove any quid pro quo or any other ulterior motive for his asking.
this is a quagmire, and a complete waste of tax dollars. This is a case where your state prosecuting attorney would refuse to press charges and follow though because there isn't enough evidence to prove a case in court.
I fully expect the Dems to push forward with this, but im telling you im 99.9% certain Trump beats it, and easily, simply because they have no way of proving Trump didn't ask about it for means of a corruption investigation which is well within his authority as President.
The fact that Ukranian President is even on record saying that Trump never witheld anything from him, and never insinuated that he was going to, I just don't see any way in **** they cna prove this case.
If Trump did something wrong, by all means try him for it, but man at least have some actual evidence and a provable case, not wasting tax dollars in this kinda quagmire where your entire case is based on innuendo, suppositions, and opinions.

Somebody didn’t read any of the testimony, including the guy who donated 1 mill to trump and got a diplomatic position.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”

Bolton wanted nothing to do with the “drug deal” Trump advisers were “cooking up” on Ukraine.

Testimony doesn't = guilt, just like because something is unethical doesn't always make it illegal despite the fact people think it should be.
