Let's be honest, if any of us were smart we all would have found a new team to follow 10 years ago. Just think of the wear and tear due to stress and disappointment we collectively could have saved ourselves.

While I agree the fans should have quieted down, I find it hard to blame them and I don't see given how this season has largely been a crapfest, in no small part to some of FK's decisions, how anyone else could fault them seeing what appeared to be the same old same old.

OBJ can't even follow the uniform rules and Baker wants to talk about the fans?

Shut up and play some football kid.

Was baker asked about OBJs cleats?

There is literally a giant jumbo tron that says somethign to the nature of "shhhh browns offense at work".

Maybe fans should shut up and learn to read.

Apparantly you have never seen a QB trying to wave fans to be quite before with their arms......

This team has earned the ire of the fan base. If they want the fans to act better, give them something to cheer for.

Stupid questions aren't an excuse for stupid answers.

Sorry Charlie, being on the goal line after driving down the field is giving something to cheer for, especially in a must win game. Stupid fans is not an answer for a stupid excuse. They need to shut up when the offense is trying to win a game.

How many times do they have to fail on on goal to go before a normal person becomes frustrated....... after 20 years of this crap?

Maybe you should start expecting more from the so called professionals playing the game than your every day fan who pays the bills for the crap that has been put on display.

I dunno. Again...I was there. The Bills fans were very loud at various points throughout the game. They were everywhere and were vocal in my section.

If the 55,000 out of 70,000 fans at the game were Browns fans and the other 15,000 seats were empty - rather than full of Bills fans - I think the noise FROM BROWN'S FANS would have been insignificant - certainly nothing to complain about.

70,000 people are going to make a lot of noise. The Browns fans in my section were grumbling more than anything else...if that repeated throughout the stadium, it (noise) would have been no big deal.

I've been at the game when "unpopular" players have gotten hurt and the fans cheered when he came out of the game. I can say that everytime I've experienced that in Cleveland the fans appeared to be cheering that the guy got up and not cheering in glee that he got hurt. $.03 - inflation and all.

I was there when Couch was injured and it disgusted me. The fans were actually cheering when he was lying there on the ground.

Now fans cheering when a player walks off the field is different for me. That's usually a case of the fans showing they are grateful they were able to get up and walk off the field.

I'll bet most of the people on here telling the fans when they can or can't yell don't buy tickets to the games.

I'll also bet that if the Browns lose tonight, it won't be the fans' fault.

Maybe you should expect more from the GM to get a decent oline that can get some push on the LOS to get a yard.

So the frustrations before or after, not during the play.

Its not rocket science.

Well, im on the waitlist for season tickets with quite a nice deposit on them. I also spend thousands a year to watch the team via sunday ticket, game tickets, etc.

I bet the fans that were at the game not being quite have 0 football sense and no nothing about being a fan.

Were we up when they booed. Yes.

Did we just drive like 70 yards on 8 plays when they booed, yes.

Was this during a must win game, yes.

Yeah, fans will fan. And Cleveland Browns fans are dumb.

I wonder how he is gonna handle tonite when he sees about 40% of our stadium filled with the pathetic terrible towels, he will probably go bonkers..LOL. And how does that happen its because local fan support sucks and he knows it.

Yes, some of them are. A lot of them should be “quite”.

While I agree the fans should be less noisy on offense, this was a bit different because they were angry, and I don’t blame them. But, that’s only an opinion. It was not the reason they couldn’t execute.

The fans are not to blame for thie crappy play. The players are the people who need to shut their holes.

You win. Fans should have no say and never utter a peep when the coach refuses to kick field goals when the O has made seven plays in a row and can't punch it across the goal line. They should just pay for tickets and shut the hell up.

Bills fans were loud.

Baker is gonna be in for a rude awakening when he sees how many Steeler fans are in the stands tonight.

Let's not forget how silly it may seem (is) to blame the fans for a player committing a penalty...especially a false start penalty.

We could do that in church.

After the Denver collapse I was in a store and I saw a women with Patriot gear on.

It made me wonder what it would be like being a Pat's fan?

At the beginning of every year. You know you will be in the playoffs. Most likely in the Super Bowl.

When Browns expectations are hopeful for 500. I mean a winning season has seemed impossible.

If the Browns were to have reached their "potential" this year and ended up with a 11-5 or 12-4 year. As division champs. The fans would be hanging off the rafters.

This fan has been starved. For what seems eternity.

In 1964 I was in 11th grade. A Browns ticket was pure gold. 80,000 filled that decrepit stadium every week no matter the weather.

All this fan base chatter stuff will go away if this team can ever develop into a consistent contender.

Perfectly said Bonefish.

I'm 37. I haven't seen a good Browns season in my entire life. (2002 was almost good but then the collapse in the playoffs vs Pitt was so painful it wiped out the slight joy of making it in the first place)

For all the young fans like yourself it has to be rough. But we have all suffered.

As a high schooler I thought the Brown's would always be good. Never occurred to me that what has happened could take place.

I am hopeful Dorsey is the right guy to build a consistent contender.

It has to be the right guy who the owner is committed too. Over time a great GM is the only answer.

Where did I say that? I am on here every week complaining griping about the coach and players.

I am saying you don't do it when they are on the line. Do it before the play, after play, not DURING the play or at the LOS.

But keep twisting things for your narrative.

I have no problem with fans being upset. You dont think i was p'd off?

But fans need to realize when is the right time to be loud and voice their opinion. Not during a game thats still up in the air and a must win.

When my teams QB asks for quiet, I am quiet.

If my teams coach wants me at 63 to play left tackle, I will check that my life insurance is paid up and play left tackle.

If there were enough Bills fans there to make enough noise to disrupt a play call.. then that's on Browns fans too.

I dont really care about this, other than we didnt score.
Baker was asked the question, its not like he complained on twitter, unprompted.

If Baker had waved his arms to quiet the crowd, it woud be a non issue.
I dont recall him doing that, but I could be wrong.

Browns fans will bitch and moan about anything, I swear.
How about we just be happy we have a good QB.

I don’t agree with that ... if i was a season ticket holder I’d be looking to get my money back and if that meant selling to bills, stilers or patriots fans ... so be it ... its a trash product as of right now ... maybe they oughta play better before they start telling us how to handle our money ....

With that said .. i owe u an apology ... i was 100% wrong in my first post to U ... sorry about that .... thats what i get for ASSuming ...

Everyone’s different .... I have no probs with a few of our posters who have been long time dawg fans for selling their ticks .... and if they sold them to other teams fans to get the most they can ... so be it ...

My only problem with them is they didn’t offer them to me ... *L* ...

It's time for Mayfield to close his yapper and let his playing do the talking!

I wish somebody in his inner circle would just say, "Bake, its time to SHUT the he77 UP and just play ball"....but we know that hasn't happened!

Seems like every week its something....yay, go Browns.....

They keep playing like they are it's not going to be a problem. They will keep quiet at ALL times. Hell, if the fans don't bother showing up it will be as quiet as a church and Baker can be happy. Playing in front of nobody.
