It would not surprise me that every president from now on will be impeached if the opposing party controls the House. Terrible precedent being set. Or perhaps future Presidents will just be forced to act in a moral and ethical manner. Either way

Either way Ethics and morals are different to different people, therefore, you will have impeachments depending on which party holds the White House nd the House.

Trump faces impeachment because Democrats know he's a success -- and they can't stand it. I bet there's a handful of idiots on the extreme left - a fraction of 1% - that might think that. Maybe. Thinking - or excusing - the impeachment on anything but Trump's actions and the first hand witness testimony from Trump people that shine the light on his attempts to coerce Ukraine is totally mindless.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

Do you think they will have enough (Democrat only) votes to pull it off?

Do you think they will have enough (Democrat only) votes to pull it off? To impeach yes, to convict no. But removing him is secondary to impeaching him. He has to know he can't get away with his rogue criminal behavior before 2020.

The only precedent that can not be allowed to happen is:
Using the office of the presidency for personal or political gain by withholding appropriated funds to an ally at war unless they do your bidding.
You let him get away with interfering in our elections what is to stop him or any other president from doing the same?

What a dumb meme. It completely ignores all the other house members from other states that support impeachment as well.

What a dumb meme. It completely ignores all the other house members from other states that support impeachment as well. It's led by those jokers. In the beginning Speaker Pelosi said going down a impeachment road was very serious and would have to have bipartisan support. What changed her mind? There is no bipartisan support. You disappoint me. You are a guy who impresses me as having a fair minded brain. As long as you stick to the ways of your grandparents, you are hindering your future and your children's future. Things are different. I understand when they voted as they did. I can't understand why a smart person like you does? You seem destined to stay on the government cheese, even if you aren't on the cheese. For the life of me I can't understand why anybody over the age of 25-30 would vote democrat . It just doesn't make any sense. I will be back in a month. I just enter here and talk to you because you are a leader and aren't stupid. You have it going on between the ears. Do a little more exercise and get it figured out. Forget about what you family did. Do what you want to do. Forget about black or white or this religion v the other. Make your own decisions. Don't be a puppet. You are better than that.

how is it gonna be bipartisan support?
its gotten to the point that trump could sexually assault someone, and the GOP's first defense would be "well, what was she wearing?"
you want to talk about disappointment, then answer this question:
if obama tried to get a foreign government to investigate his political rival in an upcoming election for his own personal benefit, would you be defending him like you do trump?
we all know the answer, i just want to see what you're gonna say on this board.

I didn't plan to come back, bit I answer questions...First, I don't think President Trump did that, there was no withholding of funds. Second, I would have defended President Obama. I am not as anti President Obama as you might think. I didn't agree with President Clinton facing impeachment for getting caught getting a hummer in the Oval Office. Sure, he lied, but who the hell wouldn't? LOL In the end we are all people and none of us are perfect. I don't like the political games, but what I said to you holds. You need to forget what you were told and start using your head. Good-night...I am out.

your response is based on wrong information. when telling someone to use their head, make sure to practice what you preach.

One, managed by the Defense Department, totaled $250 million for military aid. A second, managed by the State Department, amounted to $141.5 million for other purposes. The funds were made available in the fiscal 2019 National Defense Authorization Act, which specifically earmarked $50 million for lethal aid. The date of this authorization was AUGUST 13, 2018. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., the top Democrat on the Senate Appropriations Defense subcommittee, said in a statement that the funds were released on the evening of Sept. 11. Trump ordered the nearly $400 million in U.S. aid to Ukraine to be frozen ahead of his July 25 call with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky. How far ahead is unclear.

What are we arguing about again? Are people confusing American politics with that reality TV series that started a few years ago called "Do you want to be president?" You know the one where outlandish actors go on TV and try to garner votes from viewers at home, and the winners get to star in a 4 year soap opera where they pretend to run the country and get paid a few hundred thousand dollars a year for the rest of their lives?
...Or is the nightmare real and the soap opera a dream? Please be the soap opera. It's kind of horrifying if you think about it.

Cowards? Where is the ring leader Schiff? Just dropping in to try and find the Impeachment charge du jour. The whole circus started as quid-pro-quo claims by a whistle-blower-who-really-isn't...that got dumped after some "focus group work" and was pivoted to bribery. Now the circus agenda is out and neither QPQ nor bribery are on the list. Classic liberal tactics. Someone finally got Nancy's ear and said "Hey Stretch, you DO realize that our guys did exactly what we are claiming Trump did...right? And that there is no proof that Trump did it and ample proof that we did. You need to change the charge there Stretch." Next up: Gotta get Trump's tax returns since Russia and Ukraine have failed miserably. Hopefully the Senate does their job here and doesn't let Stretch off the hook.

Im sorry, was there any point to this post? Cause it sounded like something trump tweeted while on the toilet during “executive time”.

What in that post isn't true? Where's the QPQ charge? Bribery charge? Schifff? The whistleblower? Where? Meanwhile, we still have the actual phone call transcript and claims from the guy on the other end of the actual...you know...phone call. Another thing that actually happened.

Funny because trump is blocking the guys with information.
There’s so many holes in your analysis that’s it’s entertaining to jab you.
Go find another Fox News talking point to respond with. It will also be countered, but you don’t care about facts, you just care about owning libs.
What a trash perspective, but it’s a free country after all.

What an absurd statement.
For a party supposedly all for Law and Order you are ignoring what this country was founded upon.
I guess by your account it is ok to rig our elections.

By your account is it okay to "rig" an investigation? Unless an "independent" investigator is working for free, the investigator isn't really independent. Not pointing fingers at either side, just pointing out that "rigging" is a pretty pervasive practice in politics. Politicians fight fair? Does that ever happen now? They're all rather contemptible. Probably Trump most of all. But, can we boot them all out of politics? Especially the ones that have been there forever more or less being the physical embodiments of a filibuster making sure it's nearly impossible for anything good to get done in Washington. Congress is great at arming future terrorists and funding failed governments. Giving themselves more money and loosening rules so others can give them more money are also things they are good at. Having little to no accountability and effectively being their own oversight are also things they've become accustomed to. Is taking enormous amounts of money from media companies in any way related to election rigging? Is it just me or might there be a missing the forest because of the trees situation going on in politics? Or a dark twisting of the grass being greener proverb where pointing out the other side's faults under plays the faults on the side you're on?

I've noticed the last couple of days that all the GOPer ostriches have been plucking their heads out of the sand just long enough to spew anti-facts like propaganda megaphones! The echo chamber and russian FB meme machine is in full force against the truth laid out by the impeachment committees and the IG reports.
I never thought I'd see the day so many Americans cowered under the thumb of a wouldbe tyrant and defended his high crimes and misdemeanors!
