The NFL is such a joke now with the Flag Football QB rules. Even when the defense knows Jackson is running you just can't catch the guy or hit him to wear him down.
Kudos to Harbaugh for spotting the weakness in the new rules, they'll probably win the Super Bowl cuz God hates Cleveland.
