Baker isn't going anywhere. Look at his numbers. Look at Brees numbers for the first 2 years. Baker is not the problem. Remove the coaching staff and get some COMPETENT leaders who know how to use the talent the Browns have. Get help in the areas needed. It isn't rocket science. Get to work Dorsey!
