The media is so dense! You know the best thing about Super Bowl Commericals?
Watching them days before the game on the local news so you can react with the anchor person telling you what to think.

Which reminds me, I dislike almost everything about the Super Bowl except the game itself. The stupid and over the top commercials, the halftime shows that are obviously meant to appeal to non-football fans (the NFL takes actual football fans for granted because they know we are going to watch anyway), all the hype, drama, etc. I just want to watch the game.

Also, get off my lawn.

Feel free to continue discussing football below.

I get a little tired of the build up as well .. but I do enjoy the food smile

Jarvis represents our team so well. Skip tried to bait him over and over again, and Jarvis just kept it so professional.

Red Gatorade or Blue Gatorade or Purple Gatorade would be sneaky picks

I did consider red with the thought being both teams have red in their uniforms and maybe they'll have the gatorade to match.

I guessed blue correctly last year for the Patriots.

Purple is currently (-120) so was not going to bet that one.

Unfortunately the only thing we can talk about regarding the SB are the commercials and not our team playing in it. frown

I'm rooting for KC. Would like to see Reid win one plus S.F has won 5 SBs already.

I’d like KC as well ... AFC team, they are long overdue, good fans, etc

90 mins to kickoff ... I feel weird not having a rooting interest

I never have had a true rooting interest. I just watch the game. I expect this one to be a good game.

There are a couple of truth's in football.

The team that scores the most points wins....the other is:

The team that allows the fewest points wins.

So in this one, SF can score enough and I believe their D can limit points.

I think SF will win a close game, be it fairly high scoring. If it is a limited points game, SF in a walk.

The better D usually wins these things.

I take it back, I have had 3 rooting interests. Tampa, Titans, and Falcons.

Like his game, jarvis had it all in hand. Skip is pretty miserable.

Hats off to Landry!

Ive generally just rooted against Pittsburgh and Baltimore when they’ve been in the super bowl, but even if they aren’t a “favorite” team emerges for me for one reason or another. This year I just am very neutral

Does winning or losing make Joe Woods more likely to sign with the Browns as DC?

Otherwise, I'm probably slightly in favor of the Chiefs.

I'll cheer for a good game overall and a nice outing for Bosa the Buckeye.

I prefer Mahomes and Reid over Shanahan and Jimmy G. Shanahan has plenty of time in front of him. Big Red might not have too many more opportunities.

Yeah, I thought the Rock did pretty well.

The Riggle-Pitbull segment earlier almost made me want to change my name.

It's looking like KC is going to need big plays on D because it doesn't look like they are going to consistently stop them.
