The existence of life is evidence that a supernatural Being exists, that is if you accept the Law of Biogenesis, which has mountains of supporting evidence
Do you believe in abiogenesis as origin of life? That’s an unscientific belief if I ever saw one
I'm not sure if I believe in that or not, but there is more evidence of it being possible than there is that God exist. We are all made of those lifeless substances and share at least partial common DNA with many other living things. That's more evidence than any Christian has presented on God.
Commonalities in DNA do not demonstrate common ancestry. That is a bare assumption
And the Bible tells us the substance we are made of thousands of years ago, ie of the earth
It also says eve was made from adam's rib... But hey, if you choose to believe you are God's golem that's on you.
The likelihood of abiogenesis is about the same likelihood of a Unicorn vomiting out the Universe.
Look at you creating new religions! 2000 years from now you might be in a book with all kinds of stories supporting your view.
That wouldn’t be a religion. It would be a naturalistic hypothesis. Unicorns are natural creatures, not supernatural. See Webster’s dictionary 1828 Definition

All hail the Unicorn for it barfed forth life. Hail. Hail. Hail.
The silly atheists made up the Flying Spaghetti Monster religion when they realized they had no arguments. Just like they made up the Flat Earth myth, not to be confused with the erroneous belief in a flat earth, and other misrepresentations and fallacies
This shows that atheists are desperate and using desperate measures

I made up a new scientific hypothesis. A giant space rhinosaurus died, and his body created the earth, and out of his DNA sprang life. That’s why we have DNA similarities. We all descend from that mighty rhinosaurus Has just as much supporting evidence
The existence of life is evidence that a supernatural Being exists, that is if you accept the Law of Biogenesis, which has mountains of supporting evidence
The Law of Biogenesis is destroyed with the old chicken or the egg query. Introducing superstition into that equation is hardly proof of biogenesis. Even if life travels to new worlds via space rocks, the very beginning of life, the first life to ever exist is a complete mystery to science. Theories of primordial soup hold just as much weight, and in my opinion more than creation.
Start a new thread if you want to talk about religion.
As for trying to "prove" God or a Religion is right or that scientifically God/Religion is the only intelligent conclusion is the most ridiculous and moronic thing I have ever seen or heard. Religion is FAITH based - there is no proof of god. Even less that one set of religious principals is the only true and right way to God. smdh

The more things change the more they stay the same.
We haven’t been talking religion, for many minutes. We’ve been talking philosophical paradigms for quite a while, btw. Your position is a philosophical one, not a scientific one.

From the Book of Unicorn... dagesh 3:20 And it was written a long conversation to nowhere. Both the OCD and dagesh brought forth their arguments and dragged into the abyss the thread about the orange beast’s approval rating. 3:21 Into the bowels of who gives a crap irrelevance toward the thread’s topic they did intertwine. 3:22 No budging was done on either side. We all suffered at the hands of dogma and or superstition. 3:23 The request was made to move on. Yet it was ignored.
When you responded to my use of the word superstition which I used to intentionally provoke a response, you showed your tell. All of the rest was just 'egging' you on.

Dagesh 3:24- yet those with understanding perceive that the exchange between Dagesh a[font:Arial Black][/font]nd Old Cold Dawg was initiated by Old Cold Dawg. Dagesh 3:25- Therefore let him who has understanding refrain from starting things that they are not willing to finish, as it is written, no man begins to build a tower without first determining if he has the means to complete it. 3:26. And it is also written that those who wish to drop something, must refrain themselves as well
Does all this mean Athiests are superstitious because they don't believe in God as well? I mean Y'all say science can't prove god exists, but it also can't prove he doesn't

They believe in many things that cannot be supported by science or reason, so yes
They just are not a monolithic group. The have differing beliefs on origin of life, origin of the universe, nature of existence. None of which can be supported by science or logic
Google origin of life. You’ll get numerous possible explanations. Each one is believed by many. Panspermia, abiogenesis, etc. no evidence to support any of them

But they do believe a clump of cells on another planet is life but here it is not.
so we are making this a theological based thread now?
out of interest - where are dinosaurs mentioned in the bible? where is the 100's of million year old history of the earth mentioned in the bible? I mean I get the Great Rhino explanation for DNA and the fact that humans evolved from Apes angle ... but c'mon.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

Anything to escape an OBVIOUS truth, they’ll believe
This is a political forum. Not a religious forum where you twist scriptures to suit your purposes. You're just like the many who drive people away from Christianity with your "my way or the highway" theory.
That's neither true nor Christian.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

It’s not my way or the Highway. It’s the Bible that I am affirming and you are denying, which is only an issue now because you profess to follow Jesus. Have you not read His teachiongs?
You took issue when I said those who do not believe the Gospel are condemned, whether Christian, Jew, Moslem, whatever. You called it hate speech. Well, unfortunately for you, I was merely repeating what the Bible says in many places, even by Jesus Himself. So to you, Jesus, Peter, Paul, Moses, et al are guilty of hate speech
Then you say “various resurrections to give people a second chance after death. That is NOWHERE in the Bible. You got that from some false teacher, not the Bible
If you think I’m wrong, show me where that is in the Bible. I’ve studied the Bible for years, and it’s not there
I always listen to you. It makes me want to puke sometimes, but still.
Also, it’s not yours and my job to CHANGE the teachings of Jesus so people won’t be offended. The teachings of the REAL Jesus were offensive to EVERYONE who had not learned and been drawn by the Father
