The sad truth being that as decrepit and confused as Biden is - he is still leap years ahead of Trump.

Putin, Xi, Kim and the Ayatollahs will certainly test that lack of logic.

Did Warren ever back the Soviet Union when they were a communist country?

Did Warren ever say she didn't know what it was like to live in ghetto when talking about blacks?

Did Warren ever back Castro?

Which of the two is more about radical transformation and which is more about restoration?

Which one actually understands the benefits of capitalism?

I could go on, but those questions were provided to help you understand my position.

From what I'm seeing in all the Bernie, AOC, Justice Dems, and progressive activists groups I read on social media the Biden nomination will be a repeat of 2016 with alienated progressives voting third party, Trump, or staying home. They are pissed right now because nobody can see how Biden bounced back without establishment interference and they all see his mental decline issue as a sure loss to trump. They feel robbed again.

I'm not saying that to sway anybody and I'm going to vote dem in November, but this sudden turn of events and all the Bernie attacks have split the party, maybe for good.

Yeah, the Bernie Bros will say or do anything. They've even gone as far as attacking unions and publishing personal information online of people who oppose them.

By the time they're done and gone, they'll have no room left to call anyone else deplorable.

If Bernie can win Michigan he still has a shot. If not, he's done. There's a huge difference in a Bernie supporter and a Bernie Bro. A Bernie supporter supports their candidate. A Bernie Bro attacks his opponents and acts just like the most avid Trump supporter.

Bernie beat Hillary by two points in 2016 and won Michigan. How much more evidence will it take until you realize that the reason Bernie did so well in 2016 is because people didn't like Hillary? Many of the votes he got weren't votes for Bernie. They were votes against Hillary.

I see your polls and I don't doubt that Biden will go on to win the nomination since the establishment dems, MSM, big insurance, big pharma, numerous billionaires, and wall street came to his rescue and put their thumbs on the scale. I'll bet you right now that a Biden presidency, IF HE CAN BEAT TRUMP (which I highly doubt), will result in:

- Healthcare will not cover everyone.
- little will be done to fight climate change.
- Corporations and the elite will still get 90% of all new money generated.
- the working class will be no better off.
- social injustices, wealth inequality, and stagnant wages will continue as they have.

The only thing that will change is the label on the POTUS and a return to norms. That is a fail out of the gate IMHO.

No I think with a leader not afraid to take us there, the people will rise and demand more from congress. BUT god ole Joe never saw a republican he would like to reach a compromise with, which translates to doing what moderate republicans want which is not a democrat or progressive agenda.
