Just like the Shanahan system warrants
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

j/c:
Read some articles and reports on Janovich. Sounds like a good FB. Tough, smart, highly thought of by the team, etc.
The dislocated elbow in week 11 is a concern. I wonder if we were able to do a physical? I thought I read something about teams not being permitted to go visit players due to COVID-19.
The Browns could really use a FB, especially around the goal line and other short yardage situations.

If we are in the top five in rushing attempts like the Vikes were last year, and barring major injuries and barring a cancelled season, I like our chances

Janovich sounds like the type of guy you need in the locker room ... STs and toughness/character

Maybe it's just me but, I liked the Hunt Chubb duo vs a traditional FB.

I think we’ll run plenty not just as much as the vikes did last year ... nor should we ... with OBJ/VG/Hooper and Hunt out of the backfield that’d not be smart ... - he was w/o Thielan for just north of half the year ...

DeFilippo. It's easier to call him Flip.
It's also obvious that Zimmer was the dude who wanted to run the ball. That is NOT a knock on Stef. Just the way it is. The WRs were freaking out. Rudolph's catches decreased significantly.
I think a lot of tweets have been posted about Stef's use of TE sets, but Minni had no WRs other than their top 2 and Theilan missed a significant number of games. I think Diggs missed a game or two, as well. I could be wrong about that one.
One of the things that concerns me the most about Stef is that he was behind both Shurmur and then Flip. Ouch!

#Browns our source tells us have agreed to 3rd-4th rd pick for Safety Harris. There is small snag they have to talk to agent to re-work deal. Check for the updates. Anthony Harris had a PFF grade of 90.5 last year. https://twitter.com/ProFootball411/status/1240071143677210624^ This source called the Bulaga, Sean Lee and Quinton Jefferson deals before they happened.

Andy Janovich even sounds like a FB's name. Sounds like a kicker to me. Sounds like the holder for Gus the fieldgoal kicking mule!!!

Jurell Casey to the Broncos for a 7th rounder? I understand their cap is a bit tight, but that's all they could get?
Saw the 7th rounder elsewhere, but this was the reference I could find when I went back for it.

I don't get that Jurrell Casey trade. Well, I get the salary aspect of it. But, he is a very good player and a 7th rounder is nothing.

Foles will start there for sure

They’re pretty different QBs ... I’d say the job is Foles’

My prediction:
Trubisky (replaced by Foles) and Burrow will have similar careers.

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

A guy could do a lot worse than have a career like Andy Dalton (see the infamous Browns QB jersey). I think Burrow will be good, but I'd be a little concerned with his lack of game experience. He only had about 15-20 starts in college, right?

So do I.
But I do think the sample size is a legitimate concern.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

Burrow is much better and quicker w/his reads. He is way more accurate. He sees the field way better. The Dalton comparison holds some water, but I think Burrow is a better natural passer of the ball.

He only had about 15-20 starts in college, right? Dalton's career was fine, but the issue was the team. Dalton didn't have what it takes to get his team to a playoff victory, but wasn't bad enough to get his team to move on from him. His mediocrity was enough to get the team to stick with him, to their detriment.

I think that he is going to fall back to earth from that monster senior year he had. He will have some amazing games and then also some Dalton-esque 0 TD 4 INT games.

Baker wasn’t good last year, but he had a few passes go off the receiver’s hands and right to a defender. At least 3.
