And after meeting all those TE's they went out and paid a fortune for one in FA.
Then again, Njoku may be a sneaky trade candidate if the Browns decide it would be too cost prohibitive to exercise his 5th year option after the draft.
People ask me what I do in spring when there's no football. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for fall

Yes please
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Harrison Bryant - TE - FAU ... Mackey award winner.
He is a do it all TE.
The only knock on him is the fact that he has short arms for a guy who stands 6'5" ... so he has a small catch radius for a bigger player.
If he is on the board @ pick #115 I would be thrilled to add him into our TE group, which is really only two deep at this point.

I try to target Jonah Jackson at Pick #97, but the game always snatches him up first. *L*

Your first few picks are perfect

I would take Wills over Becton.
Might be inclined to trade back though (if possible), if that scenario played out. Acquire an additional 2nd (maybe). Drop back into the high teens, take Queen, perhaps.
Use additional 3rd rounder to move back into 1st and take Cleveland. Take best FS with the acquired 2nd rounder.
1a. Queen 1b. Cleveland 2a. Davis/Winfield,Chinn 3. Trautman

I will be shocked if Miami doesn't move up to at least 3rd. I think they take Tua there.

I think he meant Cleveland? Could be wrong

I think he meant Cleveland? Could be wrong I guess you missed the point too. Queen was also Drafted IE; 2 for one which I would take any day. So his complaint is unwarranted imo. Also I do not see big gap between Cleveland and the other top rated OT in this Draft in fact I would take him over Becton.

No trades, just taking what they gave me.
Your Picks: Round 1 Pick 10: Isaiah Simmons, OLB/ILB, Clemson (A+) Round 2 Pick 9: Ezra Cleveland, OT, Boise St. (A) Round 3 Pick 10: Antoine Winfield Jr., FS/SS, Minnesota (A+) Round 3 Pick 33 (COMP): Matt Peart, OT, Connecticut (A+) Round 4 Pick 9: J.R. Reed, FS/SS, Georgia (A+) Round 6 Pick 8: Jauan Jennings, WR, Tennessee (A+) Round 7 Pick 30: Levonta Taylor, CB/FS, Florida St. (A+)
I doubled up on OT for depth. After Simmons, it's all gravy anyway.

You don't see a big difference between Cleveland and the other 4 but the experts do. Thats how the browns got to be the browns. Trading down for 2 average players instead of one one great or very good player. Trading down is for losers most of the time.

IMO Fla has more credibility than the experts ... been reading his draft stuff for years ... he knows his stuff ... He’s one of the few whose opinion really matters in the draft ...

Slow day ....
Think I'd be pretty happy with this. Took a 2021 Rnd 2 pick to wangle this haul. Chinn and Davis are potentially very similar, but I couldn't help myself.
Pick Team Player Position College 101 CLV Logan Wilson LB Wyoming 97 CLV Jeremy Chinn S Southern Illinois 41 CLV Ashtyn Davis S California 27 CLV Patrick Queen LB LSU 10 CLV Andrew Thomas T Georgia

Ty sir, Just as long as we are not talking QB College QBs have been really hard to evaluate over the past several years. For me that rings true! For every Mahomes I was correct on ... there have been Watson's I was wrong on *sigh* I sure hope we are not looking for one in the Draft for a few years ... we need a break from those discussions. lol....

Was not sure where to put this but I thought this would do.
This is the draft history of all the current GM's.
Very interesting to me. One highlighted stat is the percentage of pro bowl picks. 10% is considered good.
Quite a few surprises.
