Not sure how they work that out....usually I thought a RE TEST is in order. But to stand on a diluted sample alone I think is just wrong. So he wanted to weigh in more. I think that is an honest statement. It raised him to 238...probably 230 or 229 1 gallon gets you 8 lbs.

Btw...this is a call out to DIAM...hello big guy.

How good is Julian Okwara... I see no vertical on him from the combine to associate possible EXPLOSION hard to tell via film. I think he was expecting to do it at the Pro Day. But he has good size plus speed that I see and in my unofficial STAT (for losers...lol ) Is that of Power which I address Size + Speed = Power.

Is this kid a Football player?

No clue bro ... haven’t watched hardly any college football in a few years ... his brother had plenty of explosion .. *L* ..... don’t follow ND anymore anyhow ... to PC for me ... they covered up all the Christopher Columbus murels they had on campus .. that was the last straw for me ...

Be honest about our history but hiding it is not the way to go IMO ...

What does Christopher Columbus have to do with "our history"?

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Great explanation of how someone who landed in Central America has anything to do with the question.

This is not a great linebacker class. There are a few stars at the top of the rankings then there is a significant drop-off. I'd be surprised if the team uses a pick before round 3 on the LB position. There remain some guys who could help the Browns who should be available in rounds 3 and later. Maybe this is where the team looks for LBs. Here are a few worth considering.

Willie Gay Jr. would be a good get in round 3. Miss St. linebacker 6'!", 243 lbs, 4.46 forty. He makes big plays. He has very good range and plays fast and physical. Has shown ability in coverage.

Joe Bachi, 6'1", 230 lbs, 4.67 forty, Michigan St. Highly productive, hard-nosed physical player with pass coverage ability. Had PED use incident so he is likely to slide. Hometown: Berea OH.

Marcus Bailey, 6', 236 lbs, 4.68 forty. Purdue. Recovering from a foot injury. Always around the ball type of player, student of the game. Good value 6th round pick, if he lasts that long.

Mychal Walker, 6'3", 230 lbs, 4.65 forty. Fresno St. Versatile able to line up in different positions. Has pass rush ability. Solid tackler, effective pass defender.

TJ Brunson, 6", 229, 4.78 forty. South Carolina. Undervalued SEC linebacker. Solid disciplined player. Likely to outplay his draft status.

LInebackers weren't the stars of the SF defense with Woods on that staff. Barr is the closest thing to a star LB for the Vikes during Woods' time there. Perhaps one or more of these types of prospects are what we will get for his Browns defense.

I like your overall post, but I disagree on the quality of the LBers in SF and Minni. They both have/had some good ones.

I admit to just spitballing about the Lbs on the 9er's and Vikes rosters. I don't know either teams' rosters thoroughly. The point I was trying to make was that on both teams the units that seem to have higher draft investments are the d-line and the secondary. I didn't confirm that but that's the impression I have of those teams.

I'm going to have to try to find out about that now.

I think--but do not know---you are right about higher draft investments. I wasn't trying to argue or anything. I just think those teams have had some good LBer play.

Kendricks and Barr are probably one of the best duos in the entire league.

Alexander and Warner are very good for SF. Also, don't forget that Lynch/Shanny made a huge investment on Foster. They ended up releasing him due to legal issues, but I think they value the position.

Badger backer Baun reports positive test … Wisconsin OLB Zack Baun reportedly tested positive for a diluted sample at the scouting combine in February. Baun, who is considered to be a late first or early second round prospect, claimed the issue resulted from the fact that he had consumed too much water prior to the combine’s weight-in. Fortunately for Baun the test will not count against him under the league’s new collective bargaining agreement, whereas it would have under the old CBA. As such, its not likely to impact Baun’s status for next week’s draft.

Just became aware of the Pro football Network draft simulator. I think its the best sim out there. Free, trades up and down, great player analysis by Tony Pauline.

That was a good highlight video.

The guy does a nice job of avoiding blockers and making tackles. His hips aren't real fluid, but he got pretty good depth on his drops. I wonder about his strength? Does anyone know more about that and his 40 time?
