My guess is Conklin moves to LT since he knows the NFL drill...put the rook at his natural position.

One big [censored] ... yet he has to change positions...hmmm He was protecting a left handed QB's blindside at Alabama. Now he will move to the left side and protect a right handed QB's blind side. I wanted Thomas or Simmons. But Wills is a very nice pick. Now we need to work on the defense. Need a linebacker fairly early. A safety fairly early, and depth on the DLine and at Corner.

Wills was a close 2nd at OT for me behind Thomas.
I was afraid we would go with Wirfs because of his SPARQ but I wasn't impressed with him in the Wisconsin game which I really focused on him while watching

Nice solid pick and he's a really good run blocker too. We have an elite backfield and hopefully we will be using it. Alright, well we got a LT. I don't know if it was the right one. Only time will tell that. But we got one and we had our choice of three. So it wasn't like we had to take what was left.

Thomas was my first pick at LT. Wills probably 2-3 but a lot of analysts had Wills rated as the #1 tackle so I am hoping they are right.
