I don't recall them saying that on the documentary, but I could have missed it. They did keep airing the disclaimer that she denies all allegations ... or something like that.

Binge watched it a few weeks ago. Have to say the first few episodes, when they would show the photos of the girls when they were 14/15 years old and what he as doing to them it started to make me physically sick and I thought about just turning it off...
Glad I didn't, once it got historical and they talked to the ladies now, I just started getting mad.
then as they explained all of the evidence they had against him MANY YEARS before anything actually happened to him and how he had insulated himself by buying off/threatening public servants, ranking cops, etc... I kept getting madder..
When it was over all I could say to my son was.. "I watched it, now I'm upset that I didn't kill him myself"...
Wonder how the case is going against all of the high profile men who were so close to him? I dunno, but man has that whole situation gone away since his death. And yes, obviously COVID and the civil unrest/police bruality situations are still ongoing and dominating headlines, but even before that, there was not much going on. I am on episode 3 now. It is insane the power he wielded. I was really creeped out when he was harassing and surveiling victims and even investigators. I think this doc was put together very well though. For all the talk of bad policing and corruptness in police departments, I thought the palm beach police really did what they could for these girls, and were obviously handcuffed by Alex Acosta and others. Some of the things said by their former chief were eye opening. It really seems like Epstein would either buy you out, or find dirt to leverage against you. He was a master manipulator with power and money. I don't think him killing himself is that far fetched, but there are just too many weird factors for me to just buy that. I don't think he killed himself.

I don't think him killing himself is that far fetched, but there are just too many weird factors for me to just buy that. I don't think he killed himself.
When he first killed himself the running conspiracy/joke was that it was the Clinton's or Trump or some other high profile person who would have made it happen.. having watched it and seeing how much the local Florida police, the FBI, various other agencies had invested in convicting him and how he had skated so many times because he had ONE PERSON who was willing to sell out to let him go... the list of people who would have wanted him dead, in my mind, grew exponentially to include all of them... and the local police and FBI agents were very emotionally invested in this.. and would have had access to the guards to make it happen. I'm even more convinced he didn't kill himself but I'm now thinking it was a more low level job..

Bill has never been very good at lying, but he does keep trying. The guy they interviewed who was simply a contractor working on the island doesn't really have any reason to lie. Not to mention all the logs they have, and I think there was even a picture floating around of him on the island. Even one of the victims who was on the series says he easily could have said he was there, but didn't see anything going on, but instead the dude flat out lied about it. Just wow

I will admit it's a very hard topic to discuss... I mean the thought of it sickens me, trafficking women, girls, boys, anybody really.. Even when you get "good news" and some ring is exposed or broken up... you know that except for the select few that actually go to jail, everybody else is just going to move, get better at hiding it, and the practice will continue... so even good news doesn't leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling for very long when you think of how much of it is going on..

About time. The whole time I watched that documentary I kept asking myself why she wasn't arrested. I didn't know she was in hiding. And they kept showing a disclaimer that she had denied all charges. I assumed that meant she wasn't under arrest or suspicion, and I couldn't figure out why.
