Indians are ahead again here .. it seems like Chicago and KC aren’t very good teams
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Tonight our #6(?) starter, Zach Plesac, has gone 7 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 BB, and 10 K.
So far our rotation has been scary good.
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.
Plesac is the #5 starter and Plutko is the #6 / Spot starter. Plutko started the second game of the DH yesterday to keep the rotation in order. It allowed us to open the Twins series tomorrow with our ace, Shane Bieber.

9th inning is turning into a real crap fest. :irate:

The starters are on a stretch that’s unheard of .. and the division is very bad. You have to like the chances of winning at least 42-45 games IMO

The White Sox lineup 1-7 might be as good as any in baseball. They remind me of the '93-94 Indians who could really mash at the plate but lacked good enough pitching to contend. Indians' pitchers kept them at bay for 26 innings, until they finally showed up in the 9th last night. A sweep would have been nice, but I'll take the series win. Keep winning series and you'll finish around 40-20, which should win the division.
Beiber's at it again tonight. 7 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 11 K 0 BB.

Cleveland’s ability to develop pitchers is the envy of the entire league.
Definitely. It is astonishing how well they do it, and at replacement speed. Lose Kluber to injury and later trade him away? No problem. Trade away Bauer? No problem. It's almost where if Cleveland calls me for a trade, and they want one of my minor league pitchers, I'm saying .. "Um, no."

Not sure if it's been mentioned but....the "Social Distancing" of the Twins cardboard fans doesn't quite "Cut The Mustard" so to speak. A mere 2-ish feet apart???
"IN ALL GAMES" here in "THE CLE" our cardboard fans were 6' apart.
Just sayin.
Let this sink in..... On 12-31-23 it be will 123123. On the flip side, you can tune a piano but you can't tune-a-fish.
Twinkies take Friday’s game. Hoping for a bounceback today
