Some gun toting Militia asshat shot and killed protesters last night. Trump's America. Cops now letting white kids with guns participate in the fascism.
Not saying this is what happened in Kenosha, but do you think it's ok to use a firearm to defend your business from being looted or burned?
Sure, if you are protecting your property. But as soon as you point that gun toward people who are not destroying your property, you have crossed a line IMHO. The gun toting lawyer couple were in the wrong when they did that.
And this kid that did this in Kenosha was part of a militia. His FB posts are almost 100% Blue Lives Matter rhetoric. He's a 17 year old alt-right indoctrinated idiot with a gun. Another right wing idiot.
Doesn't look like he was protecting a business leading up to the murder. But he was being chased. I wish there was more footage leading up to the kill.
At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

The police identified the shooter as Kyle Rittenhouse. He was spotted earlier in the night standing guard with militia members outside local businesses. On social media Rittenhouse idolized the police, guns, and the Blue Lives Matter movement. On Wednesday he was arrested at his home in Antioch, Illinois. Visit Insider's homepage for more stories. Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, was arrested Wednesday on first-degree murder charges after he shot three protesters — two of whom have died — in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Tuesday night, The New York Times and USA Today reported.
The teenager, who was armed with an AR-15, is from Antioch, Illinois, and crossed state lines to stand guard outside businesses during unrest stemming from the police shooting of Jacob Blake days earlier.
He was taken into custody in and will be charged with first-degree intentional homicide, USA Today's Nick Penzenstadler tweeted.
—Nick Penzenstadler (@npenzenstadler) August 26, 2020 Protesters from Wisconsin and surrounding states took to the streets over the past three nights, enraged over the shooting of Jacob Blake and Black people dying at the hands of the police.
As organized protests ended after the 8 p.m. curfew, the police pushed crowds from the police station and courthouse, Koerri Elijah, a Kenosha resident who was on scene, told Insider.
After that, unorganized chaos filled the streets. Looters burned numerous businesses and countless cars and city vehicles were smashed.
Small groups of armed civilians took it upon themselves to defend the town's businesses, with some stationed outside a gas station.
About midnight, protesters and some of the militia were gathered in the area, with some arguing, but it wasn't violent, Elijah, who was filming the protests, told Insider.
A young man — who has been since identified as Rittenhouse — was in the area, but didn't seem to be a part of any organized group. He appeared more erratic and "on edge" than the others, Elijah said.
"I noticed him the entire time. He didn't seem like he was there with anyone," he said. "He was armed. He didn't seem like he was a threat, but I thought maybe I should keep an eye on him."
—Julie Bosman (@juliebosman) August 26, 2020 Elijah said that at some point Rittenhouse ran past him, and not long after that he heard shots fired.
The shootings were captured in several videos posted on social media. Two of the victims — one of whom was shot in the head — have since died. Another was hospitalized.
In one video, Rittenhouse is seen running through a crowd of people in a street. One person appears to yell "That guy shot someone." He trips and falls, and, as several people move close to him, he's seen opening fire.
Directly following the second shooting, a group of police vehicles advances on the crowd. Rittenhouse walks toward them and can be seen alternately putting his hands up and touching his gun. As he approaches, the vehicles drive away and Rittenhouse gives them a slight wave.
Footage of the incident was posted on Twitter by Brendan Gutenschwager, a videographer who regularly films protests.
—Brendan Gutenschwager (@BGOnTheScene) August 26, 2020 In another video recorded, a teen who appears to be Rittenhouse is seen walking away from an injured protester on the ground, talking on a cellphone.
As he jogs away, the audio includes screaming and a voice says "I just killed someone."
Kyle Rittenhouse Rittenhouse participated in a program for youths interested in law enforcement. Facebook screen Rittenhouse idolized the police Hours before the police named Rittenhouse as a suspect, web sleuths had already gone to work tracking him down online and shared details about his social-media presence.
On Facebook, Rittenhouse, who lives about 4o minutes from Kenosha, posed with his long gun in American-flag slippers. Several of his photos on Facebook were set on the background of Blue Lives Matter flags and insignia.
One photo from 2017 shows him dressed as a safety cadet, a program for youths interested in law enforcement, at Target. The photo has since been removed.
Rittenhouse was also identified in a local newsletter as a "fire protection cadet" in the same region of Illinois.
His Instagram also has a Blue Lives Matter backdrop, but was set to private on Wednesday.
Attempts to reach Rittenhouse's family were unsuccessful Wednesday.

This set of footage is pretty comprehensive. Obvious warnings apply. This stuff is graphic, don't watch it if this type of footage would make you uncomfortable.
I don't know what charges they will prosecute him under, but it won't be first degree murder. Every single person that got shot was attacking him.

Mother of Jacob Blake unloads on violent rioters, apologizes to President Trump on CNN
'I have the utmost respect for you as the leader of our country'
Chris Enloe
Julia Jackson, the mother of Jacob Blake, harshly condemned the violence happening in Kenosha, Wisconsin, over the shooting of her son during an interview Tuesday on CNN in which she also apologized to President Donald Trump.
What did Jackson say to rioters?
Riots erupted in the southern Wisconsin city late Sunday just hours after Blake was shot seven times by Kenosha police, who were responding to a domestic incident. Businesses have been burned and looted, and two people were even killed late Tuesday as the riots entered their third consecutive night.
Jackson, speaking to CNN host Don Lemon, said she is "hurt" and "disgusted" by the community's response.
"My family and I are very hurt and quite frankly disgusted. And as his mother, please don't burn up property and cause havoc and tear your own homes down in my son's name," Jackson said.
"You shouldn't do it. People shouldn't do it anyway, but to use my child or any other mother or father's child — our tragedy — to react in that manner is just not acceptable. And it's not helping Jacob. It's not helping Jacob or any other of the men or women who has suffered in these areas," she continued.
When asked by Lemon whether she has a message for politicians, Jackson used the opportunity to apologize to the president for missing his personal phone call and for comments that another family member had made about him.
"For our president, Trump: First I want to say a family member and I don't know if it was heard or not said something that was not kind. She is hurting and I do apologize for that. Our outburst does not reflect our behavior. And then also, for President Trump: I'm sorry I missed your call because had I not missed your call, maybe the comments that you made would have been different," Jackson said.
She added, "I'm not mad at you at all. I have the utmost respect for you as the leader of our country. Like I said before and I'm not saying this to him directly: We should always get the details from the right source before we start throwing bricks." Anything else?
Blake, who survived being shot seven times, is paralyzed as a result of his injuries, a family attorney said, adding that at least one bullet tore through his spinal cord. According to a CBS News report, the bullets left holes in Blake's stomach, caused damage to his kidney and liver, and required that "nearly his entire colon and small intestine" be removed.
"The medical diagnosis right now is that he is paralyzed and because those bullets severed his spinal cord and shattered some of his vertebrae… it is going to take a miracle for Jacob Blake Jr. to ever walk again," family attorney Benjamin Crump said, CBS News reported.
Right wing militants being welcomed by police in confrontation with protesters... what could possibly go wrong. Looks like Jim Crow in the north to me.

Trump's America. which is why its hilarious in all the worst ways listening to trump supporters describe a future under Biden, when all of this crap is happening under trump RIGHT NOW.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
yea im the GOP has already invited him to speak at the convention.

Were shots fired or people shot before then?
No, there is no good video from before the chase. They know he was there with other militia from the area, we know that the Police knew about there presence, and we know that they were trying to protect certain properties.
It was reported that he tried to stop the first assailant from smashing up some vehicles in a car lot and then got chased off, but that was just hearsay.
I can't post the link due to language from the protestors, but there is a video on YouTube about the police rushing an Antifa wall. It's hilarious in the fact that the police totally crushed those idiots and the comments that followed the beating that Antifa took. Investigate if you are interested.
Due to language I won't post it but there is video of this guy at a gas station urging those protecting the business to "shoot me ni***." He says it repeatedly. The still shot used in one of his pictures comes from that video.

Looks like players are going to demand owners to demand cities to clean up their police forces or they’ll defund their cities by moving their teams elsewhere.
Owners are on notice in the NBA. No more “shut up and dribble!”
NFL is next .
"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." Thomas Jefferson.
That video is intense.... why was the teen out there with an assault rifle?
and why the hell would you chase after a dude with an assault rifle? the first guy who got shot had to be high or drunk or something... but then the mob chases after a guy with an assault rifle who just shot someone?!?!
Unless your police or military I'm letting that dude run and letting the professionals find him...
I love how people are trying to defend murder by an underage kid Who drove up from another state, who couldn’t legally open carry a rifle.
Conservatives will defend anything.
