What I find interesting is that you and others think Biden will win based on the polls. However during the last election so many folks claimed with 100 percent accuracty that the polls were dead on when in fact they were so far off that it's not funny.

The polls last year (at least, from 538) were not the problem. They gave Trump a 28.6% chance to win on election day — which is not small at all....

I agree that there were many pundits who declared it a 100% Hilary victory.... many “election experts” ate crow.

On the other hand — the day before the 1st debate, Hilary was beating Trump by 1.6% in the national average. Currently Biden is beating Trump by 7.0%. Hilary did get up to a nearly 7% lead right before the 3rd debate (when the “grab them by the pu**y” tape leaked).

According to Upshot, even if the polls were as wrong as they were in 2016, Biden would still claim a (narrow) victory.

So yes, lots of things can still happen - but Biden is in a stronger position than Hilary was.

Biden is winning in some polls, and he is losing in other polls. For some stupid reason some folks think polls mean something. It has been proven time after time that the polls listed in the press are not correct.

I don’t think that’s true. The polls over the last few election cycles have been pretty accurate.

People have a bad conception of what “Margin of Error” means.

But if you were All-in in Hold’em, and needed a heart on the river to hit your flush (around a 25% chance depending on the cards that are out) — you wouldn’t get up and walk away from the table.

The polls gave Trump a 28% chance of winning on election day in 2016 — they weren’t near as far off as some people think they were.

The date on that video is Nov 22, 2016. After the election. So they took every wrong prediction from the whole process and put it together. Many comedians trying to be funny.

Point 1: I said the week leading up to Election Day.

Point 2: Many of the clips called trump a clown. I have a hard time saying they were wrong about that.

Very surprised Biden showed up in person. Didn't think he would.

Was told he requested breaks and has an earpiece in. Will Biden say he wants to defund the police? rofl He better get it together, that stuff doesn't fly with moderates.

I think we should revive some of the posts from June--October of 2016. I remember getting on posters for being so sure about Hillary's victory and to stop the hate talk because it would only alienate the people in the middle.

So, a friendly reminder to the board that trump has now had 3 different campaign managers arrested.

Another friendly reminder......there was a dude who was bragging about how Hillary was going to trounce Trump, then he did not vote, then he has whined for four straight years, now he isn't going to watch the debate.

But, I bet he comes on here later tonight and/or tomorrow and starts trashing the things Trump said.

This is said w/good humor, Dems........So, don't get mad, because you know it's true...and funny. grin

I disagree... I do think Trump is ridiculous... but both these candidates can't be the best America has... I felt like last election all we had was clowns... this is 1000x worse... doesn't matter who gets elected...
