serious question... haven't there been several arrests for people starting fires that have led to many of the forest fires on the west coast? if that's true then how is it climate changes' fault?

that makes sense... so i did a quick google search adn it looks like Cali hit their average for rain fall this year... last year was over their average by 4 inch... did look like they went through a stretch of about 5 years recently where they were below average... http://www.laalmanac.com/weather/we13.php
