A good idea would be to draw an automatic first down penalty.
Hurt your chances to argue the 25 second clock with the Refs.
and the Refs must have had it wrong, which they often seem to do, vs. the Browns.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.
