I'm just glad we can yell at Swish and Pit again for neoliberal politics and policies.
Love you all.
I guess this means we must disband #DeepState now.

Well we still gotta wait around for the results.
Nevada still dragging ass. They got strippers that would’ve been had the count done by now.

I agree, there has to be a better way to do this. It would take away the look that things are rigged.
I am not saying they are, but it does make it look that way.
Your candidate ( not yours, just a general comment, meaning any candidate) is down a few thousand votes in a close election, then all of a sudden a sweep is made and a few thousand votes here, and few thousand votes there are found stuck in the corner.
It's just not a good look that breeds confidence.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020...cede-with-graceI just saw this article and I thought it was interesting. For me the damage is already done, trump acted like a complete and total petulant and Child. He made completely fake claims out of desire for personal benefit ... nothing to do with the the good of the country, in fact the opposite. The Ted Cruz and Lyndsay graham's of the world... exactly the same.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

It's just not a good look that breeds confidence. Then maybe republican state legislatures should have allowed the states to start counting the mail-in ballots early? You can't create a situation that looks sketchy and then complain afterwards that it looks sketchy... I wrote a thread a week before the election -- since we knew this was going to happen. 538 even got the numbers almost entirely correct: https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/why-pennsylvanias-vote-count-could-change-after-election-night/That means we could be looking at a situation where Trump has about a 16-point lead, 58 percent to 42 percent, based on approximately 60 percent of the total expected vote. But over the course of the next few days — again, assuming the same pattern we observed in the primary — Biden would win two-thirds of the remaining votes, which would precipitate a 21-point shift in the overall margin from 3 a.m. on election night to the final result, as the chart below shows. They almost perfectly predicted that Biden would start about 16 points behind on election night, and then would come back and win..... I think the peak Trump lead was about 16.5 -- so, the prediction was really spot on (unlike some other predictions based on polls).

You just have to remember bro: the republicans didn’t want those mail in ballots counted early like the Dems wanted. Trump also encouraged his people to vote on Election Day, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that the mail in ballots counted after same day casting favored Biden.
Obviously we can expect more government incompetence, but for the sake of avoiding this crap again next go sound, let’s hope states learned some lessons.

Yea, he’s going out kicking and screaming, under the guise of “I’ll always fight for you”.
He’s not fighting for his people. He’s fighting to not get prosecuted as private citizen trump.

Nevada still dragging ass. They got strippers that would’ve been had the count done by now. in fairness to Nevada, they aren't used to high volume mail in ballots In fact, no state was prepared to have this done in time. In the case of Wisconsin, NV, Michigan and PA the state legislature wouldn't allow the governors to start counting the mail in ballots Early. I'm not sure why, but they wouldn't.

Now CNN is going crazy in the opposite direction. I’m not talking about the prediction, but people are in tears over this election. I can definitely empathize with relief, but I don’t get people shedding tears of joy for Biden.

Thankful for all who voted.
Time to move forward and get things right.

Good luck with that! Half the country hates his guts right now! I hope he realizes that. I cannot wait to see what his foreign policy stance with China will be. Capitulation?

These people celebrating that she's the first woman Vice President, I mean I guess that's something to celebrate. Does anybody actually care whether the VP or President is a man or woman?
The more important thing are the policies, not someone's gender or race. Get it right.

Nobody but women care. I did not see any News outlets talking about women's suffrage even though this election is the 100 year anniversary.

Quite rich talking about good looks from you.
People in here are celebrating a victory whereas you are complaining about it. Those celebrating never once said AOC should perform a sexual act on them.
Stop, Peen. Don't be a sore loser.

Very telling your selection of words.
"half the country hates his guts"
Maybe you remember that "more than half" of the country voted for Hilary.
I hope you don't hate your fellow Americans.
My hope is for the country to unite and beat a pandemic.
If you are consumed with hate that is too bad.

Perhaps you should try different news outlets. Honestly, that would be good for most of your opinions.

Just wanna remind the board that drudge is super conservative, but this is on his front page:
