That's not what any of this is about. Mitch, Lindsey... hell, even 45* knows that this election rendered legitimate results. Judges left and right have thrown out these numerous frivolous suits from lack of evidence or legitimacy. At my last count, 45* was 0-12. Them's Cleveland Browns numbers, bro.

No, this tactic serves two immediate (and cynical) political purposes:

1. To keep The Base all ginned up for that all-important runoff for two GA Senate seats on Jan 5, 2021
2. To de-legitimize the results (and Joe Biden's entire presidency) to 70 million American citizens, half of whom are in-the-tank 45* lemmings.

Mitch McConjob pretty much HAS to take this course. If they go 0-2 in GA this Jan, The Electorate will swiftly pilot Das Boot all up his backside- at flank speed. Dems will then again have The Executive and both chambers of congress... just like they did the last time a Donk took office, back in '08.

My predix: there will be no concession announcement. Ever. There will be only tepid acknowledgement of The People's Will by a handful of Republican lone wolves (Romney and vulnerable seat-holders in purple districts). Trump will not attend Biden's inauguration, and his team will do nothing to aid in proper administrative transition.

I make these predix based upon 4 years of empirical evidence. These people have history with us. They have shown us- shamelessly, oftentimes- who they are, time and again.

Strap in, folks... these people are not even close to being done ruining life for everyday Americans.

I'm trying to walk a thin line here. If there are actual, legit disputes, then let them play out. If there aren't, we should find out soon. Sticking to the process is a great way to take the wind out of Trump's sails.

The tough part will be doing that without allowing him to bog down the transition.

I think this is the correct and only course of action ... ther will be - somewhere, someplace - examples of voter fraud/issues. They need to be fully investigated and resolved. The number and scale needs to be clarified and constantly out in front of everyone .... it will show that the numbers are tony and of no impact whatsoever on the results. Trump's biggest weapon is the fearmongering and lies based on nothing - those lies need to be exposed so that any Cult of Trump member can - if they choose - see the facts. If they don't want to see the facts there is nothing we can actually do.

As for the bogging down the transition - I don't know what will happen. But Trump does not care about the country or the implications / impact that the transition has .... so I don't expect much. Hoping for the best.

That's where the "in fairness" ends though. If this is true, the mere broaching of that as a solution scares the daylight out of me.

Trump supporters can't possibly find merit behind such a move either. Four years ago, I remember there were people (not Hillary) advocating for the electoral college to vote against Trump, despite the results. His supporters - rightfully so - cried foul and championed democracy. Can't pull an about-face now.

Government Run Health care..... So you got a problem with Medicare? Really. I'm on Medicare (yes, I'm old enough) And I gotta tell you, outside of not having Dental and Eye Care, it's the best insurance I've ever had in my life. I got a Supplemental plan and because of that, I have no deductable, no Co Pay... NOTHING. Total cost to me is roughly $310 a month. Try to find that kind of coverage in the free Market....YOU WON'T..
