Yup. Even I can see that Lamar's biggest runs last week, and again tonight, are between DE & DT. They use motion to draw the LB/S behind that side to the opposite side, then they let the DE get upfield, which creates a GIGANTIC gap that Lamar just skates through Every. Damn. Time. If *I* can see it, surely THEY can, right? STOP IT.

Our offense is pretty good but our defense is just plain slow. I think more than any other quality we need to improve is speed on defense. We’re slow to react, slow to close, just slow and this kind of quick offense will have our lunch at will
