Ha, Seven like on Married With Children.

Well, haven't heard from him in a while, hopefully it's because little Sophia is here! If so, let me be the first to congratulate both! Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday!

You were the first even if she's not here yet

Well, I didn't wanna wake up this morning so I missed the Dr Appt but we go in at 6am on Friday morning to pit(?) her and break her water so by the end of Friday Sophia will be here!
T-Minus 42 hours to go (if not sooner)

42 hours for me to flip out a lil hehe

When was the actual due date? I'm guessing Friday will be about close to a week over if they induce her. My wife's cousin had a baby last month, and they induced her after about 4 days passed.

Actually it's right on. My wife really wants her doctor to deliver the new baby and she is leaving the country for the New Year, so she is just going to induce for her. At first they weren't sure how far along she was and orig it was Jan 7th, then Dec 31st. I am liking it for that tax credit hehe

Unless there's a health risk involved, I don't understand why they don't let babies come on their own...they WILL eventually come.

And, I suppose I understand wanting your doctor to deliver...that could be another reason. It just seems that a lot of inductions are planned for reasons that don't make much sense.

That's what my Mom's doctor said when she was having me. I was supposed to be born in January and instead was born at the end of February.

I know I agree. When Mandy told her that she only wanted her to deliver for us she brought up that she was leaving and I told the wife to just let it come natural, but she really wanted her doctor though. If it was my call I'd say wait but I gotta go along with what she wants. I didn't need the wrath of pregnant wife on me

My due date was September 4th and I was born on July 22nd. I couldn't take it in there anymore hehe. I was very early.

It's for families with children under 17 years of age and you get $1000 per child I believe. I am not 100% on how it works like it being based on income or something. My father-in-law is an accountant and does my taxes and he mentioned it without detail, I just know I like it hehe.

Everyone gets it . Your income will determine how much of it you actually see in your refund. If you earn EIC (which now with 2 kids the income cutoff goes up) you could possibly get more back than you paid out.

I haven't received any text messages yet so I guess that means no baby yet. Was hoping I'd hear from him before I have to be at work. (gotta be there by noon)

I know. Believe me I know first hand.....week over due with the first and a month over due on the second. That's the problem with little girls.....they learn at a very early age how to be late.

LOL, well sounds like the story my birth mom told me about the day I decided to come into the world.....picked the day of a blizzard to come strolling into the world. She said that it was hip deep snow and not a taxi to be had because of how bad the weather was so she walked in the snow to the hospital to give birth. (the things we women will do for our children )

LOL, that's what I've thought too. I would have probably done the same thing if I were in her shoes. I know that with both of mine the last few weeks were the worst cuz I just wanted my belly back to some semblance of normallacy.

I hear I arrived about 2 weeks earlier than I was supposed to. And the Baby Shower for my Mom was scheduled for the day after I was actually born. She didn't even attend her own Baby Shower! I guess I was eager to enter the world....just trying to figure out why now!

I shoved the 'afterbirth' out before me... while my mom was watching television...caused quite a ruckus

I arrived on time, but I was over 27 inches tall at birth

I now, I now, I didn't grow much after that
