The Cleveland Browns will place S Karl Joseph on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.*

*This reserve list category was created for a player who either tests positive for COVID-19 or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons. Per agreed upon NFL-NFLPA policy, clubs are not permitted to comment on player's medical status other than referring to roster status. Clubs may not disclose whether player is in quarantine or is positive for COVID-19.

There goes a big part of our trash secondary. Hopefully we get our WR core and LB core and OL core back.

To keep things straight only Goodson and Sendejo are officially out. All others are eligible to return if they continue to test negative.

Close contacts have to be away for 5 days right? Well this happened tuesday night so they would not be eligible to come back until sunday night am I correct? So they would miss the game.

They did not mention when the contact happened. I think Tuesday night was when the tracing was completed.

no he's playing like hot garbage. Especially in pass protection.

they get tested daily we do not. If we did, we too, would know in 3-5 days if we were sick or not

This COVID is reaming us! Not sure who we can start even if we pick somebody up. Hope some of our players get cleared for the first game that truly matters in years.

As of right now the only players that are OUT for Sunday are Sendejo and Goodson.

Assuming everyone else continues to test negative, they all should be back based on my understanding.

This is basically the best news we could have hoped for today. Now cross your fingers for no positive tests tomorrow.

It's all about the $$$$. Most of us are all too familiar how things work differently according to your tax bracket.

The CDC doesn't really know what they are doing. If they did, they wouldn't have advised against masks initially.

If a player is high risk due to contact tracing, they would test positive 96 hours after being exposed if they were to get it from that person.

I knew this would happen. If somehow the Browns kicked arse, wuflu would fly through and blow it all up.

Bottom line is......things looking up for the Browns.

We are in the playoffs starting this week. My main wish in life is that we can have most of our team together against Mason and company. Teller alone, at 60%, can neutralize Tuitt, Watt and that NT douche.

Stefanski has got to learn from the last debacle. For the most part, I am very impressed with him, but admittedly, there are times he seems clueless. The first Pitt game was a joke, but I am hoping he now knows how to beat those simpletons.

Harvard Med said the PCRs are 100% unreliable if taken within 24 hours of contact w Covid and 60% unreliable if taken after BOTH 4 days AND Symptoms. It's still 1 in 3 that could go wrong. And 20% inaccurate if 6 days or so of contact/symptoms.

BUT I bet the NFL has testing that we all don't but should with a ton of VERY healthy players (and some not so healthy due to weight).

Hopefully this testing becomes more readily available in the US because the testing's issues is one of the reasons this is spreading the way it is.
