My dad grew up in Vienna and Orwell. My mom grew up in Brookfield/Masury.

Half the fam side with Pitt. Half with Cleveland. I fell on the latter side.

My dad brainwashed me probably by conception. I have infant pictures in a tribe jersey being held by Ron Hassey. I have infant pics in a Browns jersey.

So I am a fan by birth. Browns, Buckeyes, Indians, and Cavs...simple as that.

Well...I was born at Parma Hospital back in 1982. That's how it all started.

The end.

The LeBron game was indeed crazy! I kept thinking he can't score again he can't keep doing this and he did! I was going absolutely nuts! But I agree the pain felt when our Cleveland teams choke is immense and it happens all too often but it only makes the thrill of victory much more sweet. One day were going to win a championship! And I for one am calling for the trifecta! Cavs, Indians, Browns all in one year! How sweet that would be!

As for the topic I fell in love with Cleveland sports when I moved there at the age of 5. And no matter where I've moved I've stuck with them. There is something deep within every Cleveland fan that causes us to refuse to give in. There's no quit in the teams, no quit in the fans, no quit in the city. It's the perfect relationship! And one that can't be broken.

My brother set me straight. When I was about 5, I had a Bob Griese-Miami Dolphins jersey and he converted me to the Browns. He also took me to my first Tribe game back in the days of Boog Powell and the tomato red uni's.

Thank God I escaped my fathers influence. I'm pretty sure he was a Steelers fan and he HATED the Dallas Cowboys with a passion. Heck, he had me convinced that Tom Landry shot John F. Kennedy until I was 11.

A Tribe game...............now we have differences!

The best two sports teams in Ohio are the Browns and the Reds.........no doubt about that!

The Reds?

The same team that didn't come remotely close to making the playoffs this year?

The Indians may have lost last night, but at least they have a real team.
