j/c... 2 Capitol Hill police officers suspended over riotBy ArLuther Lee, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution At least two Capitol Hill Police officers have been suspended and another security official was arrested Monday for allegedly participating in the deadly uprising in Washington nearly a week ago, according to reports citing an announcement by Democratic Rep. Tim Ryan of Ohio. As many as 10 to 15 other Capitol officers remain under investigation for their failed response or involvement in the insurgency and could face charges of failing to protect the Capitol. Ryan said he wasn’t sure whether the individual arrested was a Capitol Police officer or a member of the National Guard. The FBI is continuing to investigate the riot and has made at least 20 high-profile arrests around the country in the days since. The deputies who were suspended reportedly took selfies with the rioters, and one officer also put on a MAGA hat as the building was swarmed by Trump supporters angry about Joe Biden’s election. Ryan said the officer in the MAGA hat was observed “directing some people around.” Ryan chairs the House Appropriations subcommittee that is now handling the investigation into Wednesday’s attack. He did not offer more specifics about the role of the officers in the riot or their level of involvement. Ryan added that the interim Capitol Police chief is taking “aggressive action” to determine whether other officers played a role in the chaos that led to five deaths, including a woman who was shot to death. The former Capitol Police chief, Steven Sund, resigned but later defended his actions, saying he pleaded for security assistance from the National Guard but that his bosses told him to stand down because they were more concerned about optics. President Donald Trump summoned his supporters to the nation’s capital to help pressure lawmakers to reject the Jan. 6 Electoral College vote count amid a joint session of Congress in hopes of overturning the results and hand another term to the incumbent. “See you in Washington, DC, on January 6th. Don’t miss it,” Trump tweeted. Of the 60 Capitol officers who were injured in the mayhem, 15 had to be hospitalized and one was in critical condition. Many also had head injuries from being struck with lead pipes, reports said. https://www.ajc.com/news/breaking-2-capi...NF32QREJROESQI/

House GOP leader tells members to quit spreading lies on riot, antifaHouse Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) told members of his GOP conference on a call Monday that the riot at the Capitol was not caused by antifa, urging lawmakers not to further spread misinformation about the pro-Trump mob that stormed the House and Senate last week. “McCarthy told all members on the call that he has been receiving FBI briefings and it is clear that antifa was not behind this,” one source familiar with the call said. “That it was in fact right-wing extremists and QAnon adherents, and he urged members to stop spreading false information to the contrary.” McCarthy’s comments come in the wake of Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), who made the unsubstantiated claim on the House floor that antifa was behind the violence that broke out at the Capitol on Wednesday after the riot took place in an attempt to delay the official count of Electoral College votes. Other GOP lawmakers including Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) doubled down on the claim on Twitter. "Evidence growing that fascist ANTIFA orchestrated Capitol attack with clever mob control tactics," Brooks wrote at the start of a Twitter thread the day after the riot. McCarthy told his members it was determined to be right-wing extremists and supporters of the QAnon conspiracy theory, which revolves around the idea that President Trump is working to expose an elite group of Democrats and media who are running an international child trafficking ring and controlling the government to try to undermine the president. The FBI said on Friday that it determined that no members of the left-wing movement antifa were involved in the storming of the Capitol. “We have no indication of that at this time,” Washington Field Office assistant director Steven D'Antuono said when asked about any potential involvement of antifa last week. Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Michael Sherwin separately also said last week that investigators had not seen evidence of antifa's presence. https://thehill.com/homenews/house/53375...-on-riot-antifa

FBI warns 'armed protests' being planned at all 50 state capitols and in Washington DC The FBI has received information indicating "armed protests" are being planned at all 50 state capitols and the US Capitol in Washington, DC in the days leading up to President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration on January 20, according to an internal bulletin obtained by CNN. The news comes as security measures are being stepped up ahead of Inauguration Day, with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies preparing for the possibility of more violence after rioters stormed the US Capitol last week leaving five people dead, including a Capitol Police officer. Even as federal investigators continue to track down suspects from last week's attack, the bulletin highlights concerns that the US Capitol siege was perhaps just the beginning of potentially violent actions from supporters of President Donald Trump who have been animated by his lies about a stolen election. "Armed protests are being planned at all 50 state capitols from 16 January through at least 20 January, and at the US Capitol from 17 January through 20 January," the FBI bulletin states. It also suggests there are threats of an "uprising" if Trump is removed via the 25th Amendment before Inauguration Day. "On 8 January, the FBI received information on an identified group calling for others to join them in 'storming' state, local and federal government courthouses and administrative buildings in the event POTUS is removed as President prior to Inauguration Day. This identified group is also planning to 'storm' government offices including in the District of Columbia and in every state, regardless of whether the states certified electoral votes for Biden or Trump, on 20 January," the bulletin adds. The FBI is also tracking reports of "various threats to harm President-Elect Biden ahead of the presidential inauguration," the bulletin states. "Additional reports indicate threats against VP-Elect Harris and Speaker Pelosi." ABC News was first to report the FBI bulletin. The FBI said in a separate statement that its "efforts are focused on identifying, investigating, and disrupting individuals that are inciting violence and engaging in criminal activity," and that its "focus is not on peaceful protesters, but on those threatening their safety and the safety of other citizens with violence and destruction of property." The government, meanwhile, held Continuity of Government Operations -- a standard practice in the event that someone tries to disrupt the transition that took on new urgency in light of threats surrounding this year's inauguration. According to a senior administration official, the interagency rehearsal aimed to ensure a seamless chain of command in the event of a national emergency in the days leading up to the inauguration and on that day itself. Monday's rehearsal focused heavily on "readiness in the event that somebody tries to disrupt or stop the inauguration," the official said. The calls for new protests in Washington and states across the country have law enforcement and local officials bracing for more possible violence in the coming days. Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser on Monday urged Americans to avoid the city during Biden's inauguration next week and to participate virtually following last week's deadly domestic terror attack on the US Capitol. Speaking at a news conference Monday, Bowser, a Democrat, stressed that she was concerned about more violent actors potentially coming to the city in the run-up to the inauguration, saying, "If I'm scared of anything, it's for our democracy, because we have very extreme factions in our country that are armed and dangerous." "Trumpism won't die on January 20," said Bowser, who has asked Trump and acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf to declare a pre-disaster declaration for DC. The White House said in a statement Monday night that Trump approved the emergency declaration requested by Bowser. The mayor had told CBS' "Face the Nation" on Sunday that she will also ask the Department of Homeland Security to begin a "national special security event" timeline sooner than planned, as well as include the US Capitol in their coverage area for the inauguration. DHS Secretary resignation Security preparations were further complicated when Wolf, one of the key figures coordinating the effort, resigned on Monday. In one of his last acts, Wolf said Monday that he had instructed the US Secret Service to begin the National Special Security Event operations for Biden's Inauguration on Wednesday, instead of January 19, the day before Biden is set to be inaugurated. "In light of events of the past week and the evolving security landscape leading up to the inauguration and at the recommendation of Secret Service Director James Murray, I have instructed the U.S. Secret Service to begin the National Special Security Event operations for the 2021 Inauguration effective Wednesday, January 13th instead of January 19th," Wolf said in a statement. "Our federal, state, and local partners will continue to coordinate their plans and position resources for this important event," he added. A Department of Homeland Security official told CNN that the breach of the Capitol will sharpen the response and planning for inauguration. "Now that it happened people will take it much more seriously," the official said, referring to last week's violence. "Now, the planners, they are all going to take it much more seriously." Additional security personnel are expected to arrive in Washington to help with the inauguration, CNN has learned. Law enforcement agencies in Virginia, Maryland and New Jersey that deployed to the US Capitol Wednesday to assist propel pro-Trump rioters expect to send officers to Washington, DC, for the inauguration. The New York Police Department will also be sending 200 officers to Washington to assist with the effort, according to Detective Christopher Pisano, a spokesperson. The National Guard has plans to have up to 15,000 National Guard troops to meet current and future requests for the inauguration, Gen. Daniel Hokanson, the chief of the National Guard Bureau, said Monday. The dramatic increase in troops comes as law enforcement in the nation's capital and around the country brace for further extremist violence amid the transition of power. Security ramping up across the country Law enforcement agencies are also ramping up security at the state level in preparation for potentially violent demonstrations leading up to Biden's inauguration. Shanon Banner, spokesperson for Michigan State Police, said they are aware of the march on state capitols that is being promoted online, and they will continue watching for security threats. "Our security planning is fluid and adjustments are made as needed, from day-to-day," Banner said. "Security enhancements that can be put in place include both seen and unseen measures. In general, we don't discuss security measures, but I can confirm that out of an abundance of caution, we are increasing our visible presence at the Capitol for the next couple of weeks starting today." The Michigan State Capitol Commission on Monday also banned the open carry of firearms inside the state's Capitol building, effective immediately. The policy change only affects public areas inside the building and does not change policy on the Capitol grounds, nor does it prohibit licensed concealed pistol carry that follows state laws, according to the commission policy. Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, citing armed protests at the Michigan state Capitol building in April and the recent violence at the US Capitol, said the commission should recognize the need for a ban on all weapons. https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/11/politics/fbi-bulletin-armed-protests-state-us-capitol/index.htmlThis is the result of people supporting and aiding a deranged president as they claim words don't matter. And still many are in denial and continue to push his rhetoric.

j/c House Democrats Briefed On 3 Terrifying Plots To Overthrow Government One plot includes surrounding the Capitol and murdering Democrats to allow Republicans to take control of the government. WASHINGTON ― Capitol Police briefed Democrats on Monday night about three more potentially gruesome demonstrations planned in the coming days, with one plot to encircle the U.S. Capitol and assassinate Democrats and some Republicans. On a private call Monday night, new leaders of the Capitol Police told House Democrats they were closely monitoring three separate plans that could pose serious threats to members of Congress as Washington prepares for Democrat Joe Biden’s presidential inauguration on Jan. 20. The first is a demonstration billed as the “largest armed protest ever to take place on American soil.” Another is a protest in honor of Ashli Babbitt, the woman killed while trying to climb into the Speaker’s Lobby during Wednesday’s pro-Trump siege of the Capitol. And another demonstration, which three members said was by far the most concerning plot, would involve insurrectionists forming a perimeter around the Capitol, the White House and the Supreme Court, and then blocking Democrats from entering the Capitol ― perhaps even killing them ― so that Republicans could take control of the government. The members of Congress whom HuffPost spoke to Monday night were extremely concerned by the call. “It was pretty overwhelming,” one member said. Officials on the call warned lawmakers about sharing too much information with the media, saying that divulging specific dates, times and countermeasures could aid the organizers of the plots. HuffPost is not disclosing certain information, such as who appears to be organizing these plots and when they are to take place. One member was explicit that these groups were trying to get journalists to report on their demonstrations. “Some of their main communications to organize these have been cut off, so they’re purposely trying to get the media to report on this as a way to further disseminate information and to attract additional support for their attacks,” this member said. Democrats were told that the Capitol Police and the National Guard were preparing for potentially tens of thousands of armed protesters coming to Washington and were establishing rules of engagement for warfare. In general, the military and police don’t plan to shoot anyone until one of the rioters fires, but there could be exceptions. Lawmakers were told that the plot to encircle the Capitol also included plans to surround the White House ― so that no one could harm Trump ― and the Supreme Court, simply to shut down the courts. The plan to surround the Capitol includes assassinating Democrats as well as Republicans who didn’t support Trump’s effort to overturn the election ― and allowing other Republicans to enter the building and control government. All of these plots may never materialize. The Capitol Police have established a new perimeter with fencing and razor wire, and the National Guard has already been called in to help protect the Capitol and lawmakers. But while Capitol Police assured members they were prepared for these terrorist plots, there was obvious concern from a number of lawmakers. One topic of discussion was the need to put every member of Congress through a metal detector before the inauguration. A member on the call told HuffPost that there was an “eyes-wide-open realization” that Capitol Police needed to take precautions against “all these members who were in league with the insurrectionists who love to carry their guns.” “You can’t just let them bypass security and walk right up to [Joe] Biden and [Kamala] Harris at inauguration,” this lawmaker told HuffPost. Another area of concern was the Trump administration’s involvement in tamping down an insurrection. “I don’t think anyone has confidence that the folks at the Pentagon, that may or may not even be needed for some of this, or the Department of Homeland Security, where we don’t even know who’s in charge, are going to be cooperative,” one member told HuffPost. One Democrat on the call also raised the issue of security for members coming from their residences to the Capitol, as well as traveling to Washington, given recent confrontations at airports and on flights between some protesters and lawmakers. One member who spoke to HuffPost said the Capitol Police didn’t have a satisfactory answer about that concern. This member mentioned how the briefing had underscored the wisdom of Twitter suspending Trump’s account, as well as tens of thousands of accounts associated with the right-wing conspiracy theory QAnon, and said the decision to cut off the social media platform Parler “looked a lot smarter” given the efforts to recruit armed extremists to come to the nation’s capital in the coming days. “It’s a decision that might ultimately save lives,” this member said. One of the lawmakers who spoke to HuffPost said members of Congress were all experiencing difficult reactions to the storming of the Capitol last week. “Most of us are feeling that,” this Democrat said. “But we are also feeling that we don’t have time to indulge too much of it, that this is not about us, that it’s about a job that’s way bigger than us, and we are just going to suck it up and get through, and we’ll talk about how nutty it is on the other side.” https://www.huffpost.com/entry/democrats...mp;guccounter=1

Unlawful assembly declared as Trump supporters, counter protesters clash in San DiegoSupporters of President Trump and counter demonstrators clashed during what San Diego authorities eventually declared an unlawful assembly on Saturday. Trump supporters faced off with a small group of people wearing black and carrying a flag depicting Antifa symbols on it, local television station KSWB reported. Police dispatched officers in riot gear to the Pacific Beach boardwalk to quell the unrest. Videos from the scene shows members of both groups pushing and yelling at one another and one person in black garb spraying a chemical irritant at another person. Several people are also seen throwing bottles or other items during the melee. San Diego police said officers had been hit with bottles, and other items such as eggs and rocks were also thrown. Last Wednesday, pro-Trump rioters stormed the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. as a joint session of Congress met to certify Joe Biden's Electoral College victory in the 2020 presidential election. Some Trump supporters have blamed the violence at the Capitol on Antifa, an assertion federal law enforcement officials shot down late last week. Several Trump supporters were arrested over the weekend in connection with Wednesday's rioting. San Diego police have not announced any arrests stemming from Saturday's clash. "We will continue to monitor both groups to help facilitate peaceful protests. However, we will not tolerate acts of violence," the department said in a statement. "When rocks, bottles, pepper spray and other objects are thrown or used on our officers, actions will be taken against those who commit violent acts." https://thehill.com/homenews/533515-unla...sh-in-san-diegoNow this WAS ANTIFA. When the fascist show out, so will they. I don't like the violence, but since the storming of the capitol ANTIFA has made plans to counter Trumpist in every state... We'll be seeing this and worse between now and the 21st. Be vigilant, be safe, and expect bloodshed. smh Murica.

This is about as telling as it can be. I will put this in the most basic terms I can muster: The United States Military is duty-bound to protect the citizens of this country. The Joint Chiefs of Staff have just informed their ranks that this was an attack, and these people are to be considered enemy combatants. This is where we are, now. go browns.

This is where we are, now.
Quoted for truth. The US Military spelled out what this was - an insurrection. Trump of Cult and even moderate Republicans are trying to downplay what happened and use false equivalence left and right.... If any of them can provide a copy of a similar declaration from the *Military* regarding BLM or even Antifa then do so ... otherwise STFU. Party of law and order my arse.

I noticed that, and I also noticed the last 2 paragraphs. I read those as "Biden is the new boss". Not sure if those two parts were meant to be read as separate thoughts, or linked together.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Left-wing activist charged in Capitol riot after saying he was just there to 'document' Michael Ruiz | Fox News A left-wing activist who told Fox News last week that he’d followed a pro-Trump mob into the Capitol in order to "document" the siege is now the subject of a criminal complaint in connection with his alleged participation, according to the U.S. Justice Department. John Sullivan can allegedly be heard egging on protesters in video he provided to the FBI, according to a federal criminal complaint. He has also shared the video to his YouTube and Twitter accounts under the pseudonym Jayden X. BLM ACTIVIST INSIDE CAPITOL CLAIMS HE WAS 'DOCUMENTING' RIOTS, ONCE SAID 'BURN IT ALL DOWN' He was charged Thursday in federal court in Washington after being arrested by the FBI. He remains in custody in Toeele County, in his home state of Utah, on a U.S. Marshals Service hold request. James Sullivan, the man’s brother, told Fox 13 News that he gave tips about his brother to the Salt Lake City FBI. James Sullivan said he found out that his brother was at the Capitol when friends posted pictures online. The FBI’s Salt Lake City office did not immediately respond to an email from Fox News seeking comment. (Toeele County Sheriff's Office) BLM ACTIVIST INSIDE CAPITOL CLAIMS HE WAS 'DOCUMENTING' RIOTS, ONCE SAID 'BURN IT ALL DOWN' Inside the building, he told rioters that "We got to get this s--- burned," and "it’s our house m------------," according to an affidavit signed by FBI Special Agent Matthew Foulger. He faces federal charges of civil disorder, entering a restricted building and violent entry or disorderly conduct. Sullivan also allegedly told Foulger that he had been in the Capitol during the riot, entering through a broken window while wearing a ballistic vest. As protesters climbed over a wall near the Capitol entrance, he allegedly exclaimed in the video, "You guys are f------ savage. Let’s go!" "There are so many people," Sullivan’s voice can be heard saying as the camera shows a large group of people making its way toward the building. "Let’s go. This s--- is ours! F-- yeah. I can’t believe this is reality." "We accomplished this s---," he said at another point "We did this together. F--- yeah! We are all a part of this history." Inside the building, Sullivan told rioters that "We gotta get this s--- burned," and "it’s our house m------------," according to <a href="https://www.justice.gov/opa/page/file/1354781/download" target="_blank">an affidavit</a> signed by FBI Special Agent Matthew Foulger. (FBI) In an interview with Rolling Stone published Wednesday, Sullivan said he was putting on an act to build rapport with the protesters. "I had to relate to these people, and build trust in the short amount of time I had there to get where I need to go," he told the magazine. "To the front of the crowd to see the dynamic between the police and the protesters, because nobody wants to see the backs of people’s heads from a far-off distance." He apparently made it there. During the unrest, he tweeted up-close video of the moment a Capitol Police officer fatally shot Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt during the riot. It had been taken just a few feet away, at the height of the chaos outside the Speaker’s Lobby. A screengrab from Sullivan's video outside the Capitol A screengrab from Sullivan's video outside the Capitol (FBI) Investigators used this detail and other aspects of the video to confirm Sullivan’s alleged whereabouts within the Capitol, they said. Sullivan, the founder of a Utah-based group called Insurgence USA, told Fox News last Thursday that he’d entered the besieged Capitol to "document" what was going on and to dispute "this narrative going around" that Antifa instigators had played a role in the riot. While he has denied ties to Antifa, or anti-fascists, in recent interviews, his group Insurgence USA had advertised an event called "Kick These Fascists out of DC" on Wednesday around the same time as a pro-Trump rally near the National Mall that preceded the Capitol chaos. Another screengrab showing protective equipment Another screengrab showing protective equipment (FBI) After the Trump rally, a mob of demonstrators breached the Capitol, ransacked congressional offices, and stormed the Senate floor, prompting a chorus of condemnations from members of both major parties. The breach interrupted a joint session of Congress aimed at validating Joe Biden as president-elect. Congress reconvened later in the evening and finished the process. January 15, 2021 Rush to judgment on Trump? Multiple leftists arrested for Capitol riot By Monica Showalter When the Capitol riots happened on Jan. 6, the blame of President Trump was all over. Supposedly, he was the instigator. Supposedly, he'd egged the rioters on. The tape of his urging his supporters to stay strong and fight was Exhibit A in the press, and with no skepticism whatsoever, House speaker Nancy Pelosi declared Trump guilty and rushed a crazily hasty second impeachment just days before Trump's exit. She declared that it was all about holding Trump "accountable," and she added that her explicit aim at the uselessly late date was to prevent him from ever running from public office again. Never mind what the voters might want. In more ways than one, in Pelosi's addled mind, their votes don't count. The press also rushed to judgment — even the Wall Street Journal's editorial writers, claiming that Trump's political capital and credibility was now gone and he'd never run for president again. But as news of the arrests comes out, showing who these branded Trump so-called supporters are, the conventional argument is starting to splinter apart. The arrests made in the riots case are starting to show the kind of people who like to riot, which is to say extreme leftists. Start with this freak, as reported by Fox News: A left-wing activist who told Fox News last week that he'd followed a pro-Trump mob into the Capitol in order to "document" the siege is now the subject of a criminal complaint in connection with his alleged participation, according to the U.S. Justice Department. John Sullivan can allegedly be heard egging on protesters in video he provided to the FBI, according to a federal criminal complaint. He has also shared the video to his YouTube and Twitter accounts under the pseudonym Jayden X. He was charged Thursday in federal court in Washington after being arrested by the FBI. He remains in custody in Toeele County, in his home state of Utah, on a U.S. Marshals Service hold request. The Epoch Times reports that he was a Black Lives Matter activist. Andy Ngo notes that he's been busted for BLM riot activity, too. GatewayPundit reported that he was caught on video bragging about posing as a Trump-supporter. He had a pal, too, from CNN. According to this report from TrendingPolitics: On Thursday night, damning new footage showed CNN's Jade Sacker inside of the Capitol with John Sullivan, the BLM member who was charged by federal prosecutors for inciting chaos on January 6th. Sacker co-conspired with the liberal activist in order to cause chaos and make Trump supporters look bad. The shocking video shows her and Sullivan celebrating and shouting "We did it!" when they got the footage they were looking for. When she asked Sullivan if he was filming, he said was going to delete it. He never did. Trending Politics ran a tweet of the actual video, and described this: As you can see, Sacker and Sullivan are overjoyed with the fact that they got footage of Trump supporters "rioting". "Is this not gonna be the best film you've ever made in your life?!" Sullivan asks her. Verified twitter user Amuse breaks everything down in further detail in a series of tweets. "To make this clear. CNN was embedded with BLM/Antifa pretending to be Trump supporters taping them incite a riot. This is freaking huge. If CNN is allowed to maintain its press access anywhere in DC there needs to be a serious overhaul of our entire system," he tweeted. Here's another one, who showed up with furs, and also got himself arrested. According to the New York Post: Aaron Mostofsky was busted Tuesday at his brother's house in Brooklyn by federal agents on multiple charges, including theft of government property for allegedly stealing a police riot shield and bulletproof vest, the source said. Mostofsky, who is the son of Shlomo Mostofsky, a Supreme Court judge and a prominent figure in the Orthodox Jewish community, was photographed with both items. Video circulating on Twitter following Mostofsky's arrest shows FBI agents swarming the home and carting out what appeared to be the fur pelts and walking stick he had on him during the insurrection. His politics? According to this report, registered Democrat. Even the press is starting to notice that the pieces aren't fitting together. Rather than a picture of all wicked and crazed Trump-supporters, charging the Capitol, leftist news outfit Bloomberg reported that its survey of various parties involved, including those who died or were arrested, didn't paint the desired picture. Conclusion? Many of those shown in news footage had no party affiliation and voted sporadically, if at all. Bloomberg's survey of the players showed that only the people who died of medical emergencies seemed to be fully normal Republican voters — the rest didn't vote at all, voted sporadically, voted Libertarian, independent, or Democrat, and in general were fringe players. Bloomberg, missing that obvious conclusion, seemed to consider these mostly arrested characters "Trump's people" and Trump's "base," in a bid to still pin the riots on Trump. But how anyone who votes Democrat or doesn't vote at all could be a part of Trump's rise and the huge crowds he draws was never actually explained. Trump-supporters...vote for Trump. This isn't rocket science. More and more, it looks as though Trump was framed. This, in addition to transcripts not bearing out the claims that Trump called for an attack on the Capitol, as well as the inconvenient timeline — the FBI put out warnings of plans for disturbances days earlier, and the attack on the Capitol began before President Trump finished speaking and probably uttered the words the Democrats literally impeached him on. It was a rush to judgment, a failure to look at facts. It happened in the aftermath of the event, and it turns out that Trump had little or nothing to do with it. Even House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy blamed Trump for the riots. But he, too, disgracefully rushed to judgment, so we await his apology, please. The rush to judgment, incidentally, didn't affect just President Trump, who got a second impeachment from it. There were many rushes to judgment in this leftist hysteria. Here's a blameless man named David Quintavalle, a retired Chicago firefighter, who was falsely accused of being the person who hurled the fire extinguisher that killed police officer Brian Sicknick, who, by the way, really was a Trump-supporter. According to The Patch of Chicago: The retired Chicago firefighter from Mount Greenwood — whom social media trolls called a "terrorist" and accused of fatally wielding a fire extinguisher that killed a cop as a mob of Trump-supporting insurrectionists stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 — was grocery shopping and celebrating his wife's birthday in Chicago, Patch has learned. Twitter exploded with unsubstantiated claims Tuesday that Quintavalle — who retired from the fire department in 2016 after 32 years — was the bearded "#extinguisherman" in a surveillance video wearing a "CFD" stocking cap wanted for questioning and "soon to be arrested" by the FBI regarding the fatal beating of U.S. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick. Quintavalle had all his receipts and proofs. But this is how the left's rush to judgment went for him: By Tuesday night, Quintavalle began getting angry calls from people saying he's a "f------ murderer" who belongs in jail. TV news reporters had staked out his house. Chicago police dispatched a patrol car to keep watch overnight, as well, his lawyer said. Some folks got ridiculed for tweeting that Quintavalle wasn't "the guy" and his facial features don't match those of the man wanted for questioning by the FBI. One post claimed that tweets disputing Quintavalle's involvement in the U.S. Capitol insurrection were pushed by trolling Twitter "bots with practically no followers coming out of the woodwork." This is a hell of a sorry picture. The facts will continue to roll out, and the picture that emerges will likely start to show that these rioters were hardly "Trump's people" as a rule, or people who were egged on by Trump. They were, in general, leftists, political fringers, and people who like to go to riots. There remains to be news of whether and how this fiasco was plotted out but expect news of that to roll out. That leaves Congress and all the jerks who voted for impeachment of President Trump looking like boobs and losers. They've hitched their star to this leftist impeachment obsession, and now have seen it falling flat. Now they are about to sully and overshadow Joe Biden's first days in office with increasingly discredited charges against President Trump, and rest assured: the voters will notice just how bad it is. This rush to judgment will trash their own legacies for history. https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/202...pitol_riot.html

Still using those same sources that have been proven to post "fake news" time after time I see. Who were they? What social media, other records reveal about those who stormed Capitol WASHINGTON -- They came from across America, summoned by President Donald Trump to march on Washington in support of his false claim that the November election was stolen and to stop the congressional certification of Democrat Joe Biden as the victor. "Big protest in D.C. on January 6th," Trump tweeted a week before Christmas. "Be there, will be wild." The insurrectionist mob that showed up at the president's behest and stormed the U.S. Capitol was overwhelmingly made up of longtime Trump supporters, including Republican Party officials, GOP political donors, far-right militants, white supremacists, off-duty police, members of the military and adherents of the QAnon myth that the government is secretly controlled by a cabal of Satan-worshiping pedophile cannibals. Records show that some were heavily armed and included convicted criminals, such as a Florida man recently released from prison for attempted murder. The Associated Press reviewed social media posts, voter registrations, court files and other public records for more than 120 people either facing criminal charges related to the Jan. 6 unrest or who, going maskless during the pandemic, were later identified through photographs and videos taken during the melee. The evidence gives lie to claims by right-wing pundits and Republican officials such as Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., that the violence was perpetrated by left-wing antifa thugs rather than supporters of the president. "If the reports are true," Gaetz said on the House floor just hours after the attack, "some of the people who breached the Capitol today were not Trump supporters. They were masquerading as Trump supporters and, in fact, were members of the violent terrorist group antifa." Steven D'Antuono, the assistant director in charge of the FBI's Washington field office, told reporters that investigators had seen "no indication" antifa activists were disguised as Trump supporters in Wednesday's riot. The AP found that many of the rioters had taken to social media after the November election to retweet and parrot false claims by Trump that the vote had been stolen in a vast international conspiracy. Several had openly threatened violence against Democrats and Republicans they considered insufficiently loyal to the president. During the riot, some livestreamed and posted photos of themselves at the Capitol. Afterwards, many bragged about what they had done. As the mob smashed through doors and windows to invade the Capitol, a loud chant went up calling for the hanging of Vice President Mike Pence, the recent target of a Trump Twitter tirade for not subverting the Constitution and overturning the legitimate vote tally. Outside, a wooden scaffold had been erected on the National Mall, a rope noose dangling at the ready. So far, at least 90 people have been arrested on charges ranging from misdemeanor curfew violations to felonies related to assaults on police officers, possessing illegal weapons and making death threats against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. Among them was Lonnie Leroy Coffman, 70, an Alabama grandfather who drove to Washington to attend Trump's "Save America Rally" in a red GMC Sierra pickup packed with an M4 assault rifle, multiple loaded magazines, three handguns and 11 Mason jars filled with homemade napalm, according to court filings. The truck was found during a security sweep involving explosives-sniffing dogs after two pipe bombs were found and disarmed Wednesday near the national headquarters of the Republican and Democratic parties. Coffman was arrested that evening when he returned to the truck carrying a 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun and a .22-caliber derringer pistol in his pockets. Federal officials said Coffman is not suspected of planting the pipe bombs, though he was charged with having Molotov cocktails in the bed of his truck. His grandson, Brandon Coffman, told the AP on Friday his grandfather was a Republican who had expressed admiration for Trump at holiday gatherings. He said he had no idea why Coffman would show up in the nation's capital armed for civil war. Also facing federal charges is Cleveland Grover Meredith Jr., a Georgia man who in the wake of the election had protested outside the home of Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, whom Trump had publicly blamed for his loss in the state. Meredith drove to Washington last week for the "Save America" rally but arrived late because of a problem with the lights on his trailer, according to court filings that include expletive-laden texts. "Headed to DC with a [expletive] ton of 5.56 armor-piercing ammo," he texted friends and relatives on Jan. 6, adding a purple devil emoji, according to court filings. The following day, he texted to the group: "Thinking about heading over to Pelosi [expletive]'s speech and putting a bullet in her noggin on Live TV." He once again added a purple devil emoji, and wrote he might hit her with his truck instead. "I'm gonna run that [expletive] Pelosi over while she chews on her gums. ... Dead [expletive] Walking. I predict that within 12 days, many in our country will die." Meredith, who is white, then texted a photo of himself in blackface. "I'm gonna walk around DC FKG with people by yelling 'Allahu ak Bar' randomly." A participant in the text exchange provided screenshots to the FBI, who tracked Meredith to a Holiday Inn a short walk from the Capitol. They found a compact Tavor X95 assault rifle, a 9mm Glock 19 handgun and about 100 rounds of ammunition, according to court filings. The agents also seized a stash of THC edibles and a vial of injectable testosterone. Meredith is charged with transmitting a threat, as well as felony counts for possession of firearms and ammunition. Michael Thomas Curzio was arrested in relation to the riots less than two years after he was released from a Florida prison in 2019 after serving an eight-year sentence for attempted murder. Court records from Florida show that he shot the boyfriend of his former girlfriend in a fight at her home. Federal law enforcement officials vowed Friday to bring additional charges against those who carried out the attack on the Capitol, launching a nationwide manhunt for dozens of suspects identified from photographic evidence The FBI has opened a murder probe into the death of Capitol Police Officer Brian D. Sicknick, who was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher, according to law enforcement officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the ongoing investigation publicly. He died at a hospital. The Trump supporters who died in the riot were Kevin D. Greeson, 55, of Athens, Alabama; Benjamin Philips, 50, of Ringtown, Pennsylvania; Ashli Babbitt, 35, of San Diego; and Rosanne Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw, Georgia. Boyland's sister told the AP on Friday she was an adherent of the QAnon conspiracy theory that holds Trump is America's savior. Her Facebook page featured photos and videos praising Trump and promoting fantasies, including one theory that a shadowy group was using the coronavirus to steal elections. Boyland's final post on Twitter - a retweet of a post by White House social media director Dan Scavino - was a picture of thousands of people surrounding the Washington Monument on Wednesday. "She would text me some things, and I would be like, 'Let me fact-check that.' And I'd sit there and I'd be like, 'Well, I don't think that's actually right,'" Lonna Cave, Boyland's sister, said. "We got in fights about it, arguments." The AP's review found that QAnon beliefs were common among those who heeded Trump's call to come to Washington. Doug Jensen, 41, was arrested by the FBI on Friday in Des Moines, Iowa, after returning home from the riot. An AP photographer captured images of him confronting Capitol Police officers outside of the Senate chamber on Wednesday. Jensen was wearing a black T-shirt emblazoned with a large Q and the phrase "Trust The Plan," a reference to QAnon. Video posted online during the storming of the Capitol also appears to show Jensen, who is white, pursuing a Black police officer up an interior flight of stairs as a mob of people trails several steps behind. At several points, the officer says "get back," but to no avail. Jensen's older brother, William Routh, told the AP on Saturday that Jensen believed that the person posting as Q was either Trump or someone very close to the president. "I feel like he had a lot of influence from the internet that confused or obscured his views on certain things," said Routh, of Clarksville, Arkansas, who described himself as a Republican Trump supporter. "When I talked to him, he thought that maybe this was Trump telling him what to do." Jensen's employer, Forrest & Associate Masonry in Des Moines, announced Friday that he had been fired. Tara Coleman, a 40-year-old mother who lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, was arrested at the Capitol for a curfew violation and for unlawful entry. On her Facebook page, Coleman re-posted articles supporting the QAnon beliefs about a "deep state" conspiracy to target children. The AP could not find a working phone number for Coleman and her attorney, Peter Cooper, did not respond to an email seeking comment. And Jake Chansley, who calls himself the "QAnon Shaman" and has long been a fixture at Trump rallies, surrendered to the FBI field office in Phoenix on Saturday. News photos show him at the riot shirtless, with his face painted and wearing a fur hat with horns, carrying a U.S. flag attached to a wooden pole topped with a spear. Chansley's unusual headwear is visible in a Nov. 7 AP photo at a rally of Trump supporters protesting election results outside of the Maricopa County election center in Phoenix. In that photo, Chansley, who also has gone by the last name Angeli, held a sign that read, "HOLD THE LINE PATRIOTS GOD WINS." He also expressed his support for the president in an interview with the AP that day. The FBI identified Chansley by his distinctive tattoos, which include bricks circling his biceps in an apparent reference to Trump's border wall. Chansley didn't respond last week to messages seeking comment to one of his social media accounts. There were also current and former members of the U.S. military in the crowd. Army commanders at Fort Bragg in North Carolina are investigating Capt. Emily Rainey's involvement in the Wednesday rally. The 30-year-old psychological operations officer told the AP she led 100 members of Moore County Citizens for Freedom who traveled to Washington to "stand against election fraud" and support Trump. She insisted she acted within Army regulations and that no one in her group entered the Capitol or broke the law. "I was a private citizen and doing everything right and within my rights," Rainey told the AP. Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Larry Rendall Brock Jr. of Texas was charged in federal court on Sunday after he was identified in photos showing him standing in the well of the Senate, wearing a military-style helmet and body armor while holding a pair of zip-tie handcuffs. The insurrectionist mob also included members of the neofascist group known as the Proud Boys, whom Trump urged to "stand back and stand by" when asked to condemn them by a moderator during a presidential debate in September. Nicholas R. Ochs, 34, was arrested Saturday after returning home to Hawaii, where he is the founder of the local Proud Boys chapter. On Wednesday, Ochs posted a photo of himself on Twitter inside the Capitol, grinning broadly and smoking a cigarette. According to court filings, the FBI matched photos of Ochs taken during the riot to photos taken when Ochs campaigned unsuccessfully last year as the Republican nominee for a seat in the Hawaii statehouse. Proud Boys leader Henry "Enrique" Tarrio was arrested on Jan. 4 in Washington on weapons charges and ordered to stay out of the nation's capital. Tarrio is accused of vandalizing a Black Lives Matter banner at a historic Black church last month. Jay Robert Thaxton, 46, was arrested near the Capitol for curfew violations on Wednesday. A North Carolina man with the same name has also been linked to the Proud Boys. He told The Stanly News & Press in 2019 that he was a Proud Boys supporter but wouldn't say if he was an official member of the group. Another North Carolina newspaper, The Jacksonville Daily News, published a photo of Thaxton wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat at a 2019 protest over the removal of Confederate statues. A man who answered a telephone number associated with Thaxton hung up on an AP reporter. The recipient of a text message to the same number responded with an expletive. Also arrested at the Capitol was William Arthur Leary, who owns a manufactured housing business in Utica, New York. In an interview Friday, Leary told the AP that he strongly believes the election was stolen from Trump and that he went to Washington to show his support. Leary said he doesn't trust information reported by the mainstream media and that one of his main sources of information was Infowars, the far-right conspiracy site run by Alex Jones. He denied he ever set foot in the Capitol and complained that he was held for more than 24 hours and had his cell phone seized. "They treated us like animals," he complained. "They took all our phones. I didn't get to make a phone call to tell anybody where I was." Leary said he remembers seeing a woman, Kristina Malimon, 28, sobbing at the detention center because she had been separated and not allowed to translate for her mother, who primarily speaks Russian. Both women had been charged with curfew violation and unlawful entry. According to a video posted on her Instagram account, the younger Malimon says she was born in Moldova, where her family had faced persecution under the Soviet-era regime for their Christian beliefs. Malimon, who traveled to D.C. from Portland, Oregon, is vice chairwoman of the Young Republicans of Oregon, according to the group's website and is also listed as an "ambassador" for the pro-Trump group Turning Point USA. Her social media feeds are full of photos taken at Trump events, including the earlier "Million MAGA March" held in Washington last month. She also posted photos of herself posing with Donald Trump Jr. and Roger Stone, who was convicted of crimes including obstruction of justice and pardoned by Trump on Christmas Eve. Media reports from Oregon quoted Malimon in August as the primary organizer of a Trump boat parade on the Willamette River, where big waves created by speeding boats flying Trump flags swamped and sank a smaller boat that was not participating, throwing a family into the water to be rescued by the sheriff's department. "Oregon, today you came out and showed your love and support for our wonderful President, Donald J. Trump thank you!" Kristina Malimon wrote on Facebook following the parade. Malimon also served as a Republican poll watcher in Georgia and spoke at an event organized by the Trump campaign in December, claiming to have seen voting machines and tabulation computers in Savannah, Georgia, with suspiciously blinking green lights she interpreted as a sign they were being secretly controlled by outside hackers - a claim debunked as false by GOP election officials in the state. A phone number listed for Kristina Malimon rang without being answered on Friday. At the address listed for her in southeast Portland on Friday night, her teenage brother answered the door as other family members, including young children, ran around. The family spoke Russian to each other and the brother, Nick Malimon, translated. He said his sister was still in Washington but had called the family following her release from jail and didn't seem upset about her arrest. Others are facing consequences even beyond arrest. Across the county, police departments opened investigations into whether any of their officers were present during the riot. Several civilians who were publicly identified participating in the riots were fired from their jobs. A Texas sheriff announced Thursday that he had reported one of his lieutenants to the FBI after she posted photos of herself on social media with a crowd outside the Capitol. Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said Lt. Roxanne Mathai, a 46-year-old jailer, had the right to attend the rally but he's investigating whether she may have broken the law. One of the posts Mathai shared was a photo that appeared to be taken Wednesday from among the mass of Trump supporters outside the Capitol, "Not gonna lie......aside from my kids, this was, indeed, the best day of my life. And it's not over yet." A lawyer for Mathai, a mother and longtime San Antonio resident, said she attended the Trump rally but never entered the Capitol. The Philadelphia Police Department's Internal Affairs Bureau has opened an investigation into whether one of its detectives participated in the riot. Sgt. Eric Gripp, a department spokesman, said officials had been made aware of social media posts alleging the detective had attended the Trump rally, and the investigation would look into whether any departmental policies were violated or if the detective engaged in illegal activities. Fraternal Order of Police Philadelphia Lodge President John McNesby said Monday a detective traveled to Washington on her day off and "exercised her First Amendment rights." "We believe she has done nothing wrong and we await the results of a complete, internal review," McNesby said. Brad Rukstales, a Republican political donor and CEO of Cogensia, a Chicago-based data analytics firm, was arrested with a group of a half-dozen Trump supporters who clashed with officers Wednesday inside the Capitol. Campaign finance reports show Rukstales contributed more than $25,000 to Trump's campaign and other GOP committees during to 2020 election cycle. He told a local television station last week that he had entered the Capitol and apologized. He was fired Friday and did not respond to calls and emails seeking comment. Derrick Evans, a Republican recently sworn in as a delegate to the West Virginia House, resigned Saturday following his arrest on two charges related to the Capitol riot. He had streamed video of himself charging into the building with the mob. "They're making an announcement now saying if Pence betrays us you better get your mind right because we're storming the building," Evans, 35, says in the video, as the door to the Capitol building is smashed and rioters rush through. "The door is cracked! ... We're in, we're in! Derrick Evans is in the Capitol!" On Saturday he issued a statement saying he regretted taking part. "I take full responsibility for my actions, and deeply regret any hurt, pain or embarrassment I may have caused my family, friends, constituents and fellow West Virginians," the statement said. https://abc7chicago.com/capitol-riot-arr...wanted/9560865/You and your kind have been outed. And you're simply not man enough to step up and take accountability. You are helping to destroy the Republican party. You should be proud.

Salt Lake Tribune is fake news now? The Salt Lake Tribune Logo Top Utah activist who allegedly rioted at U.S. Capitol has been arrested John Sullivan has said he was there to “watch history” as a journalist but doesn’t have press credentials. Photo of John Sullivan. Courtesy of the Tooele County Sheriff’s Department. By Sara Tabin Jan. 14, 2021 | Utah activist John Sullivan was booked at the Tooele County Jail on a warrant Thursday for allegedly participating in last week’s rioting at the U.S. Capitol. Sullivan was charged in federal court in the District of Columbia with civil disorder, being in a restricted area and disorderly conduct. He previously told The Salt Lake Tribune that he was there to take videos and “watch history” as a journalist. He said he took a video of Ashli Babbitt being shot by Capitol police near the House floor. She later died. “I was there to observe; I was there to see what they were going to do,” he said. An affidavit from the Department of Justice says Sullivan told federal agents he is a journalist but doesn’t have any press credentials. An investigation has not revealed “any connection between Sullivan and any journalistic organizations,” according to the affidavit. Much of the evidence against Sullivan comes from his own videos. On Jan. 6, after supporters of President Donald Trump surrounded the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., Sullivan shot video of rioters breaking down police barricades. Once the crowd is through, Sullivan can be heard yelling, “We accomplished this sh--. We did this together,” and, “We are all a part of this history. ... Let’s burn this s--- down,” according to the affidavit. Later, the video includes footage of rioters climbing a wall to reach a plaza outside the entrance to the Capitol building. Sullivan can be heard shouting “let’s go” and other encouraging words to the people climbing the wall, according to the affidavit. At one point, Sullivan tells a person trying to climb the wall to give Sullivan his hand. Wearing a ballistic vest and a gas mask, according to the documents, Sullivan entered the Capitol building through a broken window. Once inside the Capitol, Sullivan went into an office, walked over to a window and said, “We did this s---. We took this s---,” according to the affidavit. A knocking sound is heard off-screen, and when the camera pans back to the window, part of it that was not broken when Sullivan arrived is broken. Sullivan can be heard saying, “I broke it. My bad, my apologies,” according to the affidavit. At one point during the riot, Sullivan was part of a crowd trying to push their way into a room guarded by police officers, according to the documents. He allegedly yelled that he had a knife and asked for people to “let him up.” In a video posted on his YouTube channel, Sullivan says he wasn’t in D.C. to be a participant in the riot. He says he only appeared to be participating in the riots so he could blend in for his own safety. “I have to blend in to the f------ crowd because, you know, there’s a lot of people who wanted to hurt me,” he said. Sullivan is the founder of Insurgence USA, a Utah group focused on police reform and racial justice that he started after the death of George Floyd. An online fundraiser says the group wants to build local power to enable the community to “intervene in violence enacted by the state and government vigilantes.” However, he is not affiliated with Black Lives Matter Utah. Lex Scott, founder of BLM Utah, told The Tribune on Thursday that Sullivan has never been a member. Sullivan is also facing charges of rioting and criminal mischief in connection with an ongoing case about a June 30 protest in Provo where a truck driver was shot. Police say he was an organizer of the protest and spoke with one of the men who allegedly fired the gun after the shooting. https://www.sltrib.com/news/2021/01/14/utah-activists-who-was-us/

So you keep searching for sources that will try to attempt to act as though the vast majority of those who attacked the Capital, and in every case those who were actively participating in the violence and threatening to kill our elected officials weren't trumpian extremists?
Your desperation knows no bounds.

It most certainly does. Every whackamole conspiracy theory he has posted has been proven false a short time later. Remember "ANTIFA did it!" The FBI has already said that is false. Maybe that's one,,, Anymore? Yep...however, you fraud deniers will deny any Democrats were involved... Aaron Mostofsky Who Was Arrested For Involvement In The Capitol Riot And His Father A NY Supreme Court Judge Are Both Registered Democrats By Sarah Hall - January 14, 2021 A Brooklyn Supreme Court judge’s son was one of the hundreds of people who stormed the Capitol building on Wednesday, according to reports. Aaron Mostofsky of Brooklyn protests at the US Capitol in Washington, DC, Wednesday. Aaron Mostofsky, who told The Post on Wednesday he’d come to protest a “stolen election,” was holding a police riot shield as a mob of rioters swarmed the building Wednesday. Mostofsky is the son of Shlomo Mostofsky, a “prominent modern Orthodox figure in Brooklyn and former president of the National Council of Young Israel,” the outlet reported. Aaron Mostofsky was not arrested for breaching the Capitol building’s barriers, however, yesterday the FBI arrested him and entered his home. He was arrested in Midwood Brooklyn on Tuesday morning for his alleged involvement in the Capitol riot. Video below: BREAKING: Aaron Mostofsky, the son of a NY Supreme Court judge was arrested in Midwood Brooklyn on Tuesday morning for his alleged involvement in the Capitol riot. pic.twitter.com/MweFpdvLkX — NYC Scanner (@NYScanner) January 12, 2021 He faces four federal charges, including theft of government property. Mostofsky faces three other charges, including illegal entry into a restricted area and disorderly conduct. He spoke at a court appearance in Brooklyn conducted by phone on Tuesday afternoon, although the case is being handled by federal prosecutors in Washington. Prosecutors said they were “deeply troubled” by the allegations against Mr. Mostofsky but consented to his release from custody on a $100,000 bond. He is prohibited from participating in any political rallies or traveling to any state capitals, which have been on high alert for spillover violence ahead of the Jan. 20 inauguration. Judge Mostofsy, the former president of the National Council of Young Israel, was elected to the bench last January with the backing of the Brooklyn Democratic Party. And been if most of the mainstream media reported that Judge Mostofsy and his son were conservatives it seems they are Democrats. Mr. Mostofsky, 34, is the son of Kings County Supreme Court Judge Steven Mostofsky, who also goes by Shlomo. He and his father are registered Democrats, according to New York State election records the New York Times reported without mentioning this in their headline. Was his speech a huge lie? And why did a registered Democrat would riot in the Capitol in the name of President Trump? https://redstatenation.com/aaron-mostofs...ered-democrats/

Right-wing Twitter accounts say Aaron Mostofsky was a left-wing agitator despite lack of evidence (JTA) — Right-wing figures on Twitter, including Donald Trump Jr., are promoting the idea that Aaron Mostofsky, the Orthodox Jewish man who joined the Capitol mob last week wearing fur pelts and a bulletproof vest, was a left-wing agitator. The accounts cite Mostofsky’s registration as a Democrat in making the case that he is associated with Antifa, the loosely organized leftist anti-fascist group that right-wing media has sought to blame for the Capitol violence. The FBI has found no evidence of Antifa involvement in the mob, but the idea has taken root in many right-wing circles. In a Twitter thread Thursday, conservative journalist Alexander Muse, who has 77,000 followers, claimed that Mostofsky was a Biden supporter and insinuated that he might be involved in Antifa. He also claimed that Mostofsky is a Joe Biden supporter, retweeting an Associated Press story that states that Mostofsky is a registered Democrat. But in New York City, where registered Democrats outnumber Republicans by nearly seven to one and most general elections are decided in Democratic primaries, many conservatives register as Democrats so they can vote in primaries. Mostofsky lives in Brooklyn. “Left-wing activists like Aaron Mostofsky and his friend see all Republicans as ‘cavemen’ and ‘white supremacists’ and that guided their choice of outfits for their adventure. It is not clear if Aaron or his friend are active within the Antifa community,” Muse wrote. The claim that Mostofsky was a left-wing agitator has circulated widely. Kyle Becker, a conservative journalist with over 150,000 followers, retweeted one of Muse’s tweets about Mostofsky, which was then retweeted by Donald Trump Jr, who has 6.5 million followers. The claim even made it into the social media posts of a pro-Trump Orthodox Jewish influencer, Michal Weinstein, who shared a part of Muse’s Twitter thread with her Telegram channel. (Weinstein recently started posting on Telegram instead of Instagram after a social media crackdown on misinformation that targeted Donald Trump as well as other Trump supporters. https://www.jta.org/quick-reads/right-wi...ack-of-evidence

In addition, a quick research into Aaron Mostosky's social media posts indicate his mindset and political leanings. Can't some due to language. In a video interview from inside the Capitol, he told the Post last week that “we were cheated.” “I don’t think 75 million people voted for Trump — I think it was close to 85 million,” Mostofsky said. “I think certain states that have been red for a long time turned blue and were stolen, like New York.” https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2021/01/...n-arrested.html Mostofsky also an Orthodox Jew which tend to be very conservative. Many have voted and sided with Trump. NEW YORK — An overwhelming percentage of Orthodox Jews in the United States plan to cast their ballots for President Donald Trump come November, according to a poll published Wednesday.
The survey from the community’s Ami Magazine found that a whopping 83 percent of Orthodox Jews said they will vote for Trump, compared to just 13% who said they’d support the Democratic Party’s nominee, Joe Biden. Four percent of respondents are undecided, with just 20 days remaining until the election https://www.timesofisrael.com/orthodox-jews-back-trump-by-massive-margin-poll-finds/ Like your article mentions, it's not uncommon for republicans in NYC to register as Dems in order to vote in the primaries. This was they can at least vote against the more progressive of the Dems since a Dem is going to win the election anyway. I guess my whole thing is...why does it matter what party the guy registered for? My mom is a registered Democrat because both of her parents were FDR Democrats, but she has probably voted Republican ever since Roe v. Wade.
As far as anti-fraud, I think most of us who believe fraud did not occur, do so because of the overwhelming amount of court cases lost. If you lose 1, then maybe there's a setup. If you lose 60, then you have no case.
Combine that with the defamation retractions we've seen from far right groups here recently.

As per usual it has already been proven it was just another red herring. Just like their initial claim of trying to blame it on ANTIFA. Come to find out it has been proven that their claims of being the party of personal responsibility and accountability is a lie in Trumplandia. When he walked in the door their values walked out the door.

Come to find out it has been proven that their claims of being the party of personal responsibility and accountability is a lie in Trumplandia. When he walked in the door their values walked out the door. It is all they have. And clearly, based on posts here on this forum, there are people in the real world who eat it up and are very deluded and simply parrot the garbage they are fed.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

Rioters: "We don't want Biden, we want revenge" “No more cops. No more Proud Boys. No more presidents” read literature for a January 20 demonstration organized by Antifa Sacramento. Inauguration Day: Anti-Facists Burn Flags & Vandalize in Portland, Seattle & Denver By Jessica McBride Updated Jan 21, 2021 at 12:49pm antifa riots inauguration Sacramento PD, Getty, Portland PD Scenes from riots and demonstrations on the day of President Joe Biden's inauguration. Anti-facist and other far-left groups rioted in multiple American cities on Inauguration Day 2021. In Portland, Oregon, antifa marchers vandalized the Democratic Party offices, according to police and videographers who were at the scene. Some of the protesters made statements against President Joe Biden, who was sworn into office on January 20. Anti-facist protesters in Seattle also vandalized businesses and burned flags, while protesters in Denver burned flags and a march in Sacramento had few issues, according to reports. Independent journalist Brendan Gutenschwager, who was at the scene in Seattle, wrote: “‘F*** Trump, f*** Biden too, they don’t give a f*** about you.’ Protesters chant hours after today’s Inauguration in DC.” “No more cops. No more Proud Boys. No more presidents,” read literature for a January 20 demonstration organized by Antifa Sacramento. 🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴 https://t.co/sN54bWfkZy — A.A.R.F ⍟ Autonomous Anarchist Revolutionary Front (@AARF_LA) January 20, 2021 In some cities, peaceful protests also occurred, sometimes in the same communities, even as others resorted to vandalism, assault and other criminal behavior. According to Reuters, Portland police arrested eight people “on suspicion of offenses including rioting and reckless burning,” and Seattle police arrested two people, one for assault and another for property damage.” Here’s what you need to know: Marchers in Portland Lit a Dumpster on Fire, Police Say On the ground in Portland, Ore. for @townhallcom. For police murders, imperialist wars, and fascist massacres.” Portland police issued a press release Wednesday evening. It read in part: At about 2:45 p.m., a few officers on bicycles rode onto a parking lot on the south side of Revolution Hall. Dozens of people pressed in on the officers and then took one of the officers’ bicycles. Other officers came to assist. Within a few minutes, police recovered the bicycle and tried to leave the property to the south. Many in the crowd began blocking or stopping officers as they attempted to leave. Some officers had to push people away with their hands so they could leave. At that point, additional officers arrived to provide support and “recovered some long poles and a large knife from people in the crowd,” according to the press release. Officers “dropped one smoke canister between themselves and the crowd of people to ensure they could safely ride away.” The press release indicates a crowd of about 150 people then began walking, “blocking streets as they moved.” Police made announcements on a loudspeaker encouraging the crowd to obey traffic and other laws, they said. However, as the crowd continued to move, some people broke windows and painted graffiti on the Democratic Party offices, and some “moved dumpsters in the street and lit the contents of one on fire,” according to the press release. As the crowd began to break up, “police identified specific people in the crowd who were responsible for crimes and began arresting them. … By about 4:30 p.m. peace had been restored to the neighborhood,” police wrote. According to police, the following people were arrested: Kyle Romstad, 22, of Portland, charged with Criminal Mischief II Kaiave Douvia, 22, of Portland, charged with Criminal Mischief I Jean V. Not once did they call the ANTIFA stupidity a riot. Wasn't a riot. Trying to equate lighting a dumpster on fire and smashing up the Dem Party office to occupying the Capitol and attempting a coup is completely absurd.
ANTIFA trying to do its best to regain the top boogeyman spot now that Proud Boys and QAnon are trending down. They're all losers, in case you were wondering how I see it. Lock as many up and possible and fine the rest into oblivion. They should pay for the damage they cause.
On a higher level, if the Left really wants to eat its own (w/in the law), then they're within their rights to do so.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

So you're saying there's a criminal element on both sides? That sounds like what most of us have been saying all along. You're saying there are extremists on both sides? That's what most of us have been saying all along.
The funny part of it is that you are now trying to compare this to trying to overthrow the United States government and our election process. Or so it would seem. So much for patriotism.
