They are letting the poster know, as cfrs said, that Watt has no children.

The thing that Bone posted indicates he has a daughter.. Which is it?

Does someone need to remind WFT that you need a QB to run an offense?

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

They'll probably end u with Jacoby Brisssett or Marcus Mariota as their QB.

I am NOT a fan of Mariota at all, but I can see him making the playoffs (with a winning record not the way they backed in this year haha) with that WFT defense, kinda like he did with the Titans. Meanwhile they can draft someone and develop.

He hasn't played in going on 5 years. I think his NFL ship has sailed.

and when he did play last, he wasn't really doing so at a high level. Heck, his last full season played was 2014.
He's a solid backup, but not someone you build a team around unless your goal is to build the team and then plug in the QB later.

If we didn't have Austin Hooper and Hunter Bryant on the roster I would think there would be a very good chance Kyle Rudolph would be signed.

Does Van Noy fit our D scheme? He's 29, but his stats looked good, and I hear he's a strong leader.

Van Noy was an OLB in Miami and I assume in New England. It seems he has the size to line up as a DE in the 4-3 but not sure if he would want to. I would find it hard to believe that we couldn't find a prominent role for him in our defense.

If I remember correctly, Kyle Van Noy is kind of a Jack of all trades. He has played as a rush linebacker and as an edge player. I don’t know if that’s what our defense needs. We need someone who is really good in coverage AND someone who is really good at rushing the passer.

Typing from my phone which can be tedious.

judon & nguakwe (sp)

Both of these guys could hit free agency.

Regarding Rudolph, sign him short term and trade Njoku who apparently still wants out.

If Van Noy is healthy explore thst acquisition.

It seems like Yannick Ngakoue is squarely in our sights. We tried to trade for him when the Vikings got him. I’d expect him to be among our top targets (along with Anthony Harris). If we don’t sign Ngakoue I’d expect someone like Clowney on a one year deal.

I would hope we figure out what this guy's (Ngakoue) deal was this past season. Dude went from stud at Jax to dud for Minn and Balt.

True, and he got a decent payday, but the Vikings only gave him a 1-year deal. Dude's crazy if he thought he could slack off last season.

Thanks for the correct spelling I just took a stab at it. Using your phone at work doesn't allow you to be as thorough as you might be otherwise.

Harris, I think will be out of our price range. Clowney, his market value is now likely more in-line with his productivity. Still, I'm not enthused about signing him. I"m concerned about his effort. Especially if he's not making anywhere near the $15 mil/yr figure he expected last year.

Clowney is yesterday's news. His time has passed.

Golden Tate... if this was 4 or 5 years ago, I'd be all over that and I wouldn't care too much who we'd cut to give him a spot. Today? I'll pass.

Clowney on a one year deal would be fine with me. He can’t demand much money at this point.

Based on recent performance I don't see that Clowney provides what the team or fans are seeking. That being a pass-rushing threat dangerous enough to prevent opposing offenses from double-teaming Myles. He seems to be just a guy. IMO.

If Vernon were healthy I'd prefer him.

I'd pass as well, but this goes back to the Higgy thread.

Somebody is going to sign Tate at a big discount from what he has been making. So that leads to the question of would we rather have Tate or Higgy? I'd probably still take Higgins, but the value of Higgins is going to be driven by the type of offers Tate and others receive.

Taking our team out of the thought process, Tate will probably get larger offers than Higgins will.
