So... what exactly are the Patriots doing right now? They've basically spent the better part of 2 decades showing the league that the opposite of what they're doing now is the way to building winning teams.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

So... what exactly are the Patriots doing right now? They've basically spent the better part of 2 decades showing the league that the opposite of what they're doing now is the way to building winning teams. This is their only shot at contending.

Not with Cam Newton at QB, IMO. Agreed. And I'm not necessarily referring to just this year as his last stand, but with the last run at requiring talent to make one final push. I'm guessing seeing Brady winning a Super Bowl really chapped dat azz.

I Know Yannick Ngakoue is a pretty Good edge but I'm glad we didn't sign him, I mean in 5 seasons he is now headed for his 4th team (JAX - VIKES -RATS - LV) something funny about that ... JMO

With Brady, they didn't need as good of a team to always be in any game.
Without Brady, they need a LOT more to carry them because they're not going to win on QB play.
