There was an obvious talent deficiency after so many bad drafts. Brady covered a lot of it up. Now they have to pay to close the gap.

Danielle Hunter?!?! I can only hope! I don't see that happening (but who am I). He's unhappy with his salary, Minnesota trading him doesn't make him happy - and I don't see us trading for him then giving him a 30-50% raise (unless it was a fake raise, aka a 5 year deal with voidable years). Don't get me wrong, he'd be a massive addition. I'd think a guy like Lawson or Hendrickson will come at Hunter's current salary - which is important since we have to extend Ward, Chubb, Baker, and Teller (at minimum).

They resigned Cam 1 year $5 mil
Then signed:
Judon 4 yr $56 mil $32 guaranteed
Smith 4 yr $50 MIL #28 guaranteed
Milld 4 yr $24 mil $9 mil guaranteed
Nelson Aghular 2 year for up to $26 mil

I thought Davis would get quite a bit more than that but the wide receiver market is flooded so it makes a little sense that he got less. This bodes well for Higgins price being pretty low.
