"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."
LOl....well believe it or not, Pat was pretty popular back in the day. He did hit that lull, so breaking out in to the ridiculous is something he tried.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.
These are all most heinous, but none of them can match the polka band I once heard at a wedding that covered Deep Purple's "Smoke On The Water". Imagine that opening riff on accordion and you'll know what I mean.

First, some background (PLEEZ read it first, you'll appreciate it more): Florence Foster Jenkins
Ms. Jenkins' recitals were the hottest ticket in NYC.
Here she is, on her self-produced 78, singing the (in)famous aria from Mozart's opera The Magic Flute, 'The Queen of the Night' -considered by many to be among the most demanding soprano solos ever. Not demanding for Ms. Jenkins:
...and here is Meryl Streep's lights-out depiction, in the 2016 UK biopic named after the main character:
Don't blame me. You started this mess.
"People may say I can't sing, but no one can ever say I didn't sing." -Florence Foster Jenkins
I actually kind of liked what they were doing. Halfway through: "Oh gawd- it's a dude in a beaver hat with an accordion! How strange is this about to get?"
It's rustic, for sure. But interesting, too. I like how they kept shifting from 3 bpm to 4 bpm. Everyone was right in sync. Bass player has good pitch even in the mid-upper register. His left hand is very trained. I like the French bow, too. That grip has always fascinated me- it's like the hold Gamba players use.
I get the impression that these guys are really fine musicians playing it downward on purpose. They were doing some pretty nuanced stuff there at water's edge.
Just different. If you don't like Bluegrass type music it sucks. if you do(which I do) then it is pretty good.
I like this better. These guys look a lot more like normal people in the south, not some Hee Haw representation, and these guys are very good musicians.

I dare you guys to find one worse that this! This is from a real deep dive into GM's record collection.
