You are worried about the improbable, yet ignore the very real ways we are tracked.
Your computer tracks you. Your phone can tell exactly where it/you are. Your can can be tracked with GPS capabilities to help in case of a breakdown. Your smartwatch tracks you. Heck. before long we'll have smart underwear, shoes, and hats. No one will be the least bit concerned about those, but the idea that there are tracking nanites in a vaccine is rather far-fetched.

In general I don't think society cares as much about their privacy anymore. The right to live their life without business or the government to track their every move used to be seen as an infringement of our rights.

I'm not into conspiracies, and I'm in IT, but I will tell you, I was reading a thread on here, and someone mentioned a site for cryptocurrency Coinbase. I have never even heard of the site until then, and not over the last couple days I have gotten more Coinbase ads and spam emails than I can count.
We don't have to agree with each other, to respect each others opinion.
A buddy of mine was visiting recently and we were talking about a product he uses in his work - it was LED lights on eyeglass frames. He's an electrician, and they come in handy when he works with the power off. He has a smartphone with Alexa on it. The next day I saw a steady diet of ads for these headlamps on banner ads wherever I clicked. I couldn't figure out how his Alexa had somehow infiltrated my laptop until I realized his smart devices must have accessed my wifi connection when he was in my house. At least that's my theory.
