Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Pretty sure that I owe Greg Joseph a beer. Cardinals were my survivor pick. They definitely had me sweating it out.

A bunch of us went Browns.
9 players still in right now, and two folks picked GB for tonight so we will still have between 9 and 11 people left in week 3.

Next week is a little tougher, but I think Baltimore in Detroit is an easy bet
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

But Baltimore is a good team, why would I want to waste a one chance to chose a good team like Baltimore, and not be able to chose them later. I wouldn't think I'd bet on a team to go 0-3, winless teams try harder, so I wouldn't think to pick jacksonvilles opponent again, but, if you listen to one podcast, any interviews, of Jacksonville coach, it's clear-ish, he doesn't underst- there is a lot going on around him, he's in over his, not sure which move, I don't think he's seen this before. And I tried to look, over the summer, (there has to be some positive,?) (They don't have a lot, I think) I think Jacksonville has 3 things going for it, No defense, No pass protection, and No running game. (that's aside from coaching that doesn't know where to turn.) It's going to take another train wreck to lose to this train wreck. Now. I really, don't agree with relying on kyler murray to not, have the sometimes day of 5 turnovers, but, I'm leaning on taking the Cardinals because they are jacksonvilles opponent because, Jacksonville has depth at suckage. a lot of depth, right now, and one of the things that could have gotten in the way, Travis Eteinne, is out for the season. I think, worst case, Jacksonville makes it close but if Ariz. wants this game at all, they'll be able to, and I think it's still early enough to bet Ariz wants to win. Have to wait until Monday plays out, who knows 39 players could get injured on one team on Monday Night Football and that would make you want to change your survivor pick. leaning towards Arizona. Go listen to a Jaguars podcast and tell me they are ready to win a football game? (nosedive)

I got 11-4 for week 3 in my picks. 9-6 week one, did not get picks in in week 2, and 11-4 week 3. But I did get my survivor correct. (That's ok, I've picked enough 7-6 weeks, even worse pick weeks to not get excited unless I really get a 14-2 or something. Week 3 Blowouts, Week #3 only happens one time every NFL year and week 3 blowout winners are a big deal. How good is Denver? WOW! Same, How good is Buffalo? WOW! Week #3 Blow out wins watch: 2 teams had margins of victory greater than 20 points in week 3.
The Denver Broncos won by a 26 point margin and shut out the jets holding them to ZERO POINTS! the biggest margin of victory on the week with 26! ding, ding, winner!
The, Buffalo Bills, beat Washington by 22 points. ( You can write both the Bills and Broncos into a playoff berth based on HISTORICALLY, this week 3 blowout margin.) Take it to the bank.
The Browns and Cowboys, Both achieved 20 point margins of victory in their week 3 wins. Next closest were the Saints with 15 point margin and then Bengals with a 14 point margin and the Vikings 13 point margin occurred in their home opener, which cancels any significance.

I've got Buffalo in survivor but no internet access all day today, so, wanted to get it in, took Cincy in the pick ems, but, wished all game for the jags to pull it out, because they deservere:? Cincy deserves to be 2-2. Plus the Jags played Defense, Browns can't play defense on the road. You have to have defense on the road, to win road games in the NFL, last nights check, last 11 road games for Browns averaged giving up 29.09 points. My week 4 picks with a + mark by the winner because italicizing is too much work Jacksonville at +Bengals Lions at +Bears, (shoulda been my survivor, but going buffalo. +Titans at Jets Colts at +Dolphins Browns at +Vikings, (head not heart ) +Washington at Falcons Houston at + Buffalo Ny Giants at +New Orleans, (Orleans big) xxChiefs at +Eagles - changed at last minute, (what is wrong with me.) Panthers at +Cowboys xxSeahawks at +Forty-Niners changed this one too +Arizona at LA Rams +Steelers at Packers, (changed that one, I'm screwed picking all road team, brain is stupid) +Ravens at Broncos, (rats 15-1 baby long as the pword is healthy) +Tampa Bay at New England, (sorry Bellichic can't help rookie Qb woes.) xxLV Raiders at +LA Chargers, changed that one too. Ouch, Big risk, big jeopardy week for picks. week 4. Buffalo as survivor with the largest spread 17+ in NfL for a while, and that is SCARY, those are always meant to lure suckers, But, Buffalo has the D, and final lynchpin, Houstons kicker was injured. Part of me says, Bears, are a better, but Buffalo is it!

All 3 pickers on the show picked the Lions, I pick the Bears and I think it's not even going to be close, so. What do folks think of the Lions at Bears game?
I'm prepared to explain why.

11 right, 3 wrong this week, I think. missed on Buffalo Chicago and Carolina as they lost to the titans, pack and Vikings, iirc. Anyway didn't think I'd last so long in survivor but again did, as The Rams won.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

It's a little harder to pick with the point spread. I'll use last night as an example. I thought our Browns "could win". But the point spread had the Browns as three and a half point favorites. So the question then becomes can the Browns win by four points or more? I felt that if we did win the margin would be very close. So I took Denver and the points. As luck would have it the game ended up with the perfect scenario. The Browns won but I still picked the game correctly. But when picking with the points many games are decided by just a few points.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I almost picked cincy, it was obvious, but historically they have trouble with the jets, still woulda been my 2. Never thought I'd get past week 4, this is scary, ehh it's just a game. week 9. Jets at Colts, (colts, to win, 3rd pic) Raiders at Giants, (raiders, to win, 4th.) Falcons at Saints, (Saints my survivor pick this week) a lot of saints fans I met the last few years. Bills at Jaguars, ( Bills 90... if you kick 13 you'll miss one extra point), and the Jags, 6, 2 FGs vs that Bills D.
Browns at Bengals, Bengals, (look it's my head not my heart in picks, but, I want the Browns to win, but Qb, and ... rookie getting 200 yards receiving days? and the Browns 9 new starters on defense, oh my, still, This could be a Browns win! but I'm picking the loser bungles. Broncos at Cowboys, Cowboys to win, 2nd) Texans at Dolphins, Texans to win
Vikings at Ravens, Ravens to win, However!!! This could be one of those bumps in the 15-1 road, this could go either way. Patriots at Panthers, Patriots to win, I don't follow either closely Chargers at Eagles, Chargers, this was almost my pick at first glance, but isn't Cardinals at 49ers, 49ers and I don't know why, but like the bengls jets, ... the cards just historically don't do well vs the 9ers.
Packers at Chiefs, Chiefs to win, look, I think the packers don't try in a lot of games, esp. vs. the afc, esp. since they still get in the playoffs either way. Titans at Rams, I'm taking the rams, the rams are titan kryptonite always have been Bears at Steelers, taking the Steelers because, you know, they'd never let it go easy for the Browns.
(If the Browns were in another division they may win 6 more playoff games a decade. )
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.
