John Elway. Seriously. I have been saying this ever since his first year. Whenever he plays us, he always finds a way to get rid of the ball, avoid a sack, bring his team back, throw some balls that should not be caught that turn into catches, or make our defense just look silly.

I know he doesn't have the cannon that Elway had but he seems to frustrate us(me) the way Elway used to. I can't remember a quarterback playing against the Browns that frustrated me as much as he does since John Elway. Am I the only one that sees this?

We need to stop him.

I feel the same way.

Ben is at his most dangerous when outside of the pocket and improvising...much like Elway was.

The key might be for the D to go everything they can to keep him contained in the pocket. Even if it means having one of the LBs act as a "spy" on BR all day.

And the safeties need to NOT let anyone get behind them when BR starts to scramble. Ben is athletic but i'd rather see them go ahead and let him take his chances running the ball rather than throwing it 50 yds downfield to a wide open Santonio Holmes or that jerk Hines Ward.

Elway? Let me know when he starts ripping teams hearts out. Let me know when he starts beating us in the playoffs the way Elway always seemed to. Let me know when he starts walking teams down the field for game winning TD's. Put him on a team with no talent, or average players like a lot of the teams Elway had in Denver and let's see how good he is or who he reminds you of.

B.R. is good, but I'm not ready to compare him to any HOF'er yet

No way, Elway had teeth....big teeth. They both have big ugly heads, though.

THEY BOTH LOOK THE SAME ON THEIR BACK!

Never give up, remember Frank Reich vs the houston oilers overcoming a 38-3 deficit with 3 minutes left in the 2nd quarter.

Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

I wouldn't compare him to Elway yet. He is good, but he can have his problems. I don't know his stats, but he threw 4 interceptions last year against the raiders. Of course, thats only one game - but take a look at the Raiders record last year and you find that everyone else (except arizona) found a way to beat oakland.

Love the name Toothlessberger. I usually call him Worthlessberger, but this one is great too.
