Hoyer looks better than Mayfield That's a little disingenuous during garbage time with backups. That being said Hoyer was our best QB post DA until Baker and honestly I think there's not much difference between Hoyer and Baker. Neither going to put you on their back but both good enough to make some throws and win some games if the team around them helps them out.

Troy Hill may be seriously injured.
2 plays ago, the radio said the Browns had put in backups on defense, all the linebackers and ward and garrett were out.
Next play was the 50 yard pass, then
the touchdown and an injured Brown.
They are worried about his neck by the removal via stretcher and neck collar.

This FO has such a tough call to make. I figure out what's the literal median starting QB salary combined with expected salary of any FA QBs and start from there. That's what his play says he deserves. I don't think there's any chance Baker's side accepts that offer. If they do, fine, roll with him and keep investing around him. If not, say goodbye and wish him well.

Coaches are a huge problem. They were completely outcoached today. How many reverses did the Patriots run today and all of them were successful.
It's becoming apparent that Stefanski has a script and a formula. When things don't go according to plan, he has a hard time figuring it out. Add to that a very limited QB, and you have a very average team with an average coach and a below average QB.
