Now for those steeler fans who want to talk smack.... go right ahead. Yinz swept us this year, and you have a two game lead on 1st place, but don't try to say for a second that you were not worried today, or that your not shaking in your black and yellow shoes about the 2008 season.

Thanks....that game could have easily gone either way. What a nail biter!! I wanted shep to bite off my two remaining fingernails, but he wouldn't do it.  See you guys in the playoffs, of that I have no doubt!

Oh god. I just keep picturing the commercial with the Buckeyes guy kissing the Michigan girl. Except it's a Browns, Steelers version. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

Yes, congrats to you and yinz. In the end there were a few plays to be made.. Ben made them, DA didn't... and that was the difference.

DA was the difference maker. He just couldn't get it done in the second half. Props to Pitts for their secondary play, but when DA had chances, he missd his receivers. Congrats to Pitts for not giving up that game. Man I hate saying that.

Congrats Christy (didn't want you to think I forgot our sig bet) on one of the "best games" to not be televised in my area... Both the Browns and the Steelers are making the AFC North become more "respectable" with regards to their tenacity and willingness to "fight to the end"..Classy in my book on all standards for both teams..... The Ravens are a disgrace, and Billick has proven that he's no "offensive genius". Third place, here they GO !

I have used the big brother/little brother analogy a few times too.. and I was the little brother growing up... the upside to that is that once I got over the mental hurdle and finally won a couple, I never looked back... The Browns can do that too, they just have to get over the hump... and they will.

j/c The Steelers made plays when they needed to and we didn't. I truly hope this is a sign of things to come in this rivalry (but with us coming out on the winning end every time). But, congrats to the true Steelers fans on here. On a side note, I wonder how long it will be before Madwoman comes on to diss us because we lost to the Steelers?

My only feeling was relief - I can't believe the Steelers pulled this one out. The Browns have really improved.

That being said, I hope you kick the crap out of New England. Even though Pittsburgh and everything about it sucks, the Steelers are have as much class as anyone in the NFL.

Agreed. I was telling a Steeler fan this the other day... the reason I hate Pittsburgh so much is because, they give you no reason to hate them. As weird as it sounds, that's how I feel. They beat us into the ground every single game, and then they go and shake your hand and say good game, and get ready for the next week. And that frustrates me lol, because I have no reasonable reason for hating them lol.

You're timing sucks TD. The Browns are about to turn the corner for the first time in year's, and your ready to throw the towel in? If anything, its time to back them more than ever. Its back to Pitt & Cleveland again, as it should be
BTW -- I predicted before the season started, the Browns would go 9 & 7, 8 & 8 at the worst. Looks like i'm spot on.

it was a great game, but i would have preffered the other way around if we were going to lose. i would rather be stonewalled in the first half and make a valant comeback that falls just short...
