Austin Hooper with the missed block.. and Njoku with the catch.... Njoku should ask for a raise Njoku should be a focal point of the offense, but we are not allowed to feature a player. Well that is because Stefanski cannot feature a receiver... you know.... we cannot draw up plays for anyone

Stefanski isnt going anywhere but hes got a lot of things to iron out .. A LOT If we fired Stefanski another team would hire him immediately without an interview. This is not true. But the broader point stands. Baker is a bigger problem than Stefanski. Stefanski has regressed tremendously this year, starting with one of the most undisciplined teams in the league. People have said that Baker can only be successful when everything around him is perfect. I think the same thing can be said of Stefanski... give him a top 5 running game, a great defense, a QB who never makes mistakes, and a team that gets off to fast starts and plays with leads... he can win. Take any one of those things away and he struggles.

EVERY one of these guys should want to ELIMINATE Pittsburgh from the playoffs. Period. Problem is most of them are not fro. Cleveland and dont care about the rivalry. Not to mention alot of them are millionaires and could care less now that they are our of playoffs

A travesty if Hooper is on the team next year instead of Njoku over money issues and bad contracts. Hooper is done. A horrible signing. None of us saw that coming. I know I expected more from him.

Baker just holds the ball too long.. takes too many sacks.. gets balls batted down.. and what does Stefanski do the first play .. try to let Baker throw again!!. Stefanski is a huge part of the problem and it needs to be called out!!

I know KS calls the plays but I have no idea what the dynamic is between KS and AVP. in game planning or in-game adjustments.. but AVP seems to avoid all of the criticism as people focus on KS....
