They'll play in January,...in Pittsburgh. That kind of win would be as big as Ohio State beating LSU in Louisana. For some folks,...

A Browns playoff win would excite me more to be honest.

I know I'm getting ahead of myself but I took a gander at the schedule. If the playoffs were to end today, we would play the Steelers at Pitt. #3 Vs #6.
If somehow they melt down and we take the division, there is a likely chance that they, if Jax loses another few games, could be number 5, we'd be number 4.
I'm not too optimistic on the second scenario but it's very, very likely we will see them again.
Two ways it won't is if Jax tanks a little, we could be playing SD. Or if Pitt struggles and slides to 6 when we are the 4.
I can't think of a team I would rather play. SD is warming up, I think we match up better against Pitt.
How strange would that be is if our first game since our last playoff game would be in a familiar setting at 2002.

We need to take care of business in these next 4 games before we start talking about playoffs. Cincy and Buffalo are scary teams to me. And, it wouldn't be unlike the Cleveland Browns to lose to a team that we should beat, like the Jets or 9ers.

This means absolutely nothing, but I had a dream last night... We were playing the Steelers at Pittsburgh. It was nasty outside... About 20 degrees with freezing rain and 35 MPH wind. Browns are down one due to a botched extra point... 10 seconds left, Browns have the ball on the Pittsburgh 12. Browns opt to kick the field goal on the nasty Pittsburgh field. The ball is snapped the hold is good and Dawson kicks the field goal... Looks to be wide right... Wait, the wind carries the ball just inside the upright, Browns Win! Is it pathetic that I'm having Browns dreams?

I dont want to play them again!
And as far as the field, if it's mud and rain like the miami game, we are locked for the win, becaue they cant play on mud, and Lewis is a small tank, I think we get this battle..
BUT, I really dont want to play them again.. Would be sweet to ge the chance, because we should have won the last one....
They just seem to have our number.. I would be mad off really bad, if we played them a 3rd time, and lost for the season..
Just saying..

I think I'm with you on this. The Steelers always find a way to beat us or we always find a way to blow. I think I would rather try my luck with the Chargers. Don't get me wrong, it would be great to hand the Steelers a beat down in the Burgh! One way or another though, the road to the Super Bowl will be through Foxboro.

That seems to be the case,..but we are so,so close and our team is really developing a hatred for them. We'll obviously have a better idea on how we'd match up to them at the end of the season. Pretty much knowing that the SB is a long shot,.beating the Steelers in a P/O game would be the REAL turning point for this team and would definately give us a HUGE advantage going into next season.
As much as I'd hate to lose to the Steelers a 3rd time this season,...the benefits of winning that game will outweigh the negatives of losing.
