Wilson probably has a good skillset (why else would they hold on to him?). Someone just needs to sit him down and have a good heart to heart with him and try to get to the root of the problem. The fact that they are preaching the "Not too High, Not Too Low" philosophy will eventually get to Wilson and will take his sulking out of his game.
There are two magnificent receivers on this team one that has always been a team player and another who magnificently changed his game around for the better. It's going to allow someone like him to grow into something good.

Unless both of us know Travis Wilson personally, it's all just third party info. So unless you are Travis Wilson, or are best buds with him, I'd recommend you take a step down from your perch, precious.

LOL, I'll trust the word of players that are his teammates and the coaches over someone just saying something on the internet without knowing. I'm not on a "perch". I just grow tired of people spouting things as facts that aren't even close to the truth. Why post things that you don't know about that disparages a member of the team? That makes no sense whatsoever. Hey, if you don't want anyone "coming after" you, maybe you shouldn't state your (erroneous) opinion as fact?!?!

I talk to scouts on the team, plus agents on a daily basis. So yeah, I'm not just spouting off, because I do this as work, not just popping chili cheese fritos on gameday and armchair QB'ing it. I've followed Wilson since his sophomore year at Oklahoma too. I'm glad that you know so much about me, and can automatically call 'em out of the sky.
And again, notice how I said I'd talk to my people, find out if I got bad info? Again, I'm making an effort to find out if maybe someone gave me bad info, but you are selectively reading that. I'd be the first to say if I was wrong, and I have many times on this board. The times I've been right and no one cares to listen (Demario Minter having no shot at making the team), I don't see anyone coming up and praising me. That's cool though, every message board needs a pot shot artist.
And I don't know who your team is, but I'm glad they lost.

Thanks for proving that.  I know you want to prove just how great of a football mind you are by spewing the above crap. I'm not impressed. I have always said that people can take what I say from the "inside" or leave it. I've posted many things that later was reported as accurate. So has Vers and Mav. I've yet to see you do that. So, there is a track record of some of us giving info that turned out to be not only accurate, but unknown publicly at the time. I've discussed Wilson with 3 players and a coach. The discussions I've had with them, which would know far more than either of us and, apparently, your scout friends ( ) say you're dead wrong. Regardless, this is a pure football forum, not your pissing contest forum. Go ahead and get a last childish word in like "I'm glad you lost" (lol, you are in business but post like a 13 year old scorned schoolgirl?!?!?!!). I'll just say that your "inside" info is crap and you need a new source. Carry on.

First, congrats on a good season. Making it to the playoffs isn't easy.
Now, you know I have stuck up for you in the past. Right now I think you are being an ass. NOTE: I am not calling you an ass.
Big C is who he says he is, period. He has had bad info in the past and has owned up to it. He doesn't come on here to be confrontational, in fact he has gone out of his way not to be.
Just because he is a scout for a national organization does not always make him right, and I think he knows that. No scout is always right, just like GMs and coaches.
Also, I'm sure not every player on the team agree about someones preformance. They all have their own opinions, and just like everywhere else they differ.

People on here do value your opinion and insights. Most of us value everyone elses opinion. We all have different perspectives and usually are cordial about it, that's what make this board so good.
People like Vers, Attack and Coach are grumpy old farts, but I value their opinions as well because I know they have an understanding of the game.
The fact is the only poster that I think is clueless is Toad.
That's just because I'm jealous that he gets all of the hot chicks.

Toad is a part of Costra Nostra..  P, I'm not always grumpy, just seen one too many things that is directly opposite as what's been said in Berea and jumped with both feet. C, I apologize. There are alot of people who state things as factual and they don't have a clue. If you are getting info that differs from mine, and P's backing you means I trust that you are, then we'll chalk that up to different sources and go from there. Again, I jumped because of what's been going on. I again apologize. I'd be interested to talk a bit more and probalby will PM you to see if we hear some of the same things in the future.
