Personally I think the show has taken a nosedive from the original seasons.
Seth MacFarlane should focus only on Family Guy and cancel American Dad. American Dad is horrible...

The two most recent episodes were horrible. The alternate reality sequence was idiotic.

I think it's OK. I watch it every week but I'm not that into it. Some episodes are great but most just give me some chuckles.

I love Family Guy. But, there are some shows that I LMAO all through out, and there are some shows that don't even give me a giggle. And ditto to Ammo, American Dad is stupid.

Well I am a recent Family Guy lover...so I think it is hilarious! I don't really care for American Dad either...I agree the two new Family Guy episodes were weird...but I still like watching Stewie!

Thats my basic feel on family guy too. I think South Park is better, personally.

I love south park way better as well. Last season was a dud but this season has been pretty good again.

I never saw an episode of Family Guy until a few weeks ago, but I love it now, it's hilarious. The wife says she hates it, says it's too crude, but she watches it all the time haha!

Watching it now compared to the first season is like watching a different show.
It was bad during it's first year. Once it came back out of retirement, it was far more refined. I have always loved the show, but love it more now than before, and it's not close.
Better now than before.

I've seen a couple partial episodes of Family Guy, and didn't think it was all that funny. But then I saw the Star Wars special ... that was brilliant!
