Gasoline prices are hitting $6 in some parts of the country and summer driving season isn’t here yet

US, EU announce effort to reduce European reliance on Russian energy

Look at all this cooperation and deals being made with our allies. How come trump couldn’t strike deals with them?

Let's be clear.

Biden declaring war on fossil fuels, cancelling pipelines, ending land leases and restricting drilling locations has NOTHING to do with energy prices.

In fact, if you're creative enough, you can blame it all on Trump, Trump, Trump...

Why not look around you, at the real world instead of spewing?

Lets look at the facts of how American's are doing under your folks vs how they were doing under my folks.

Are they happier?
Are their household budgets doing better?
Are they lining up to vote your folks back into power?
Do they see the Russian invasion of Ukraine could have been prevented by stronger action when Putin began to mass his troops.
Do they enjoy the Biden created inflation they live with daily?
Do American families appreciate being labeled as possible terrorists for simply questioning their school boards about their children's education?

The Polls say it all.

Most Americans don't like Biden's Ukraine response and worry about inflation

https://www.npr.org/2022/03/24/1088...n-approval-rating-poll-numbers-inflation

President Biden's approval rating dropped to 40 percent this week, according to a Reuters-Ipsos poll, an all-time low for the president in that survey.

Your folks..? My folks..?

If you are an American, we are all the SAME FOLKS..!

If you aren't an American, let us know so we can have an idea how to classify you and your comments..especially if you are a Russian, supporting the Russian invasion of the Ukraine.

Clem is one of - if not the most - grounded posters on the entire board, with reasoned and metered responses, often with a wicked dose of dry humor. You on the other hand are one of the spammiest, spewiest posters on this board and very much act as instigator and propaganda spreader in chief. So this comment right here is pure comedic brilliance from you. Well done, Happy Friday.

BTW 40...have you ever done ANYTHING WORTHWHILE in your life that required "shared sacrifice"..?

Considering the price and sacrifices the Ukrainian people are making because Trump's best buddy Putin, just decided to start an unprovoked war against completely innocent people, targeting Ukrainian women and children..and you are worried about paying a little more gasoline and produce.

Like it or not, support it or not, THE USA IS AT WAR AGAINST PUTIN AND HIS THUGS...and you are either with the United States of America or your with PUTIN AND HIS POODLE.

...40, YOUR CHOICE, WHICH IS IT..?

Funny. The Hunter Biden story is starting to gain traction in the "media". Our sitting President, known as "the big guy" is perilously close to being linked to kickbacks from that part of the world.

Canadian official knocks Biden, says asking Iran, Venezuela for oil is 'absolutely senseless'
Fox News poll shows only 33% of voters agree with getting oil from Iran and Venezuela

"[Canada is] already the largest supplier of energy to the United States, closest friend and ally," Alberta, Canada Finance Minister Sonya Savage said during an appearance on "America’s Newsroom." "And yet we see them going to Venezuela, Iran, Saudi Arabia, for more energy. It’s absolutely senseless. We’re right next door."

Savage, who is also the leader of the Alberta Legislative Assembly, added that the thought of asking for oil from those countries was "utterly ridiculous" and asserted North America and many European countries have been "funding" Russia’s war on Ukraine through "dysfunctional energy policy."

You men the weapons that were passed by the congress and senate which Trump tried to bribe the leader of Ukraine to manufacturing evidence against Hunter Biden before he would release them? Yes, we remember.

So far under the Biden administration more money for weapons have been approved than under Trump. And Biden didn't try to bribe them in order to send them to Ukraine.

And that sums it up well. Trump attacked the leaders of the E.U. instead of trying to work with them.

rofl Still trying to get credit for Trump on the Russia front... Here's one you can toot your horn about; Donald Trump was the first American POTUS to be elected in part by the efforts of a Russian dictator. thumbsup That ish never happened before! Trump is the golden child chosen one! Q!

AND NOBODY throws an insurrection like a Trump insurrection!

It most certainly could and I would say it does. It does not however explain that trump tried to bribe the leader of Ukraine to manufacture evidence in order for trump to give them the funds that were already legally approved for Ukraine. You know, like he tried to pressure Georgia election officials so they would claim he won the state of Georgia in the elections. It's kind of a pattern of his.

"I just want to find 11,780 votes" Then claimed if they didn't it could be a crime.

Do you know why they don't let college athletes get jobs? Because some rich donor will hire them, never make them do anything and pay them tens of thousands of dollars.. just so they will play sports at the school.

Hunter Biden was making north of a MILLION dollars a year, not to work there, but to sit on the board of directors... for a firm that was in a business he knows nothing about.... board of directors for Exxon make about $280K/year, and they have good track records and a history of being business savvy....

Hunter Biden wasn't being paid to work there... he was being paid because he was Hunter Biden.. he brought absolutely NOTHING to the company... other than being the son of a senior American politician...

Mmmm hmmm.... Yet one American senator holds zero power to set any sort of energy policy or directly impact business with a Ukraine company. The only thing you are missing here is a motive. What exactly is it you claim the company gained by having hunter as an employee?

Pretty sure Joe was the vice president when Hunter got hired by Burisma. Hmmm

And Hunter's salary, for doing a job he knew nothing about, was decreased by half after his dad wasn't the v.p. anymore. Hmmm

Well, when you look at it with misinformation, yeah, I see your point.

You do know that the Pipeline he canceled was 8% complete, is owned by a Canadian Company, forced American land owners to lose their land so they could run the pipeline and I guess you be aware that all the oil that would be run through the line is already getting to us via other means.

Also, and this is the really funny part, there are over 9000 available drill sites available,,, why aren't they drilling..

Not sure if you noticed it, but Oil companies are making record profits.. I mean by a LARGE margin. I guess gouging by industry isn't something you understand...

FACTS: Pipeline would be done in six-eight months. People and companies had already invested millions in the project. Land owners were already paid for their land. Pipelines always make more sense than any form of transportation. I know how oil gets here, duh. Would you be cool with going to Columbus via Pittsburgh if a bridge was out? I mean, you would do it if you had to, but it would make more sense to have a direct route. (I'll keep dumbing down the facts and examples so you can follow along, then your final response can be "TRUMP!!!")

Drilling sites? There were over 34,000 fifteen months ago, not that facts matter. They are land leases... no one even knows if there's oil there. You gonna spend a ton of money to explore for oil during an administration that has cancelled all forms of energy... and thinks he can create a world where everything runs on fairy dust?? Didn't think so. That would be like rushing out for season tickets after finding out Dolan bought the Browns.

We have oil companies gouging because we have a corporate elite form of government (a lot of people mistakenly think this is a democracy). What is your administration doing to stop them??

Trying to sell something as merely gouging and "Putin's gas hike" is the kind of stuff that would raise eyebrows in a third grade classroom. Thinking any American, right or left will by it, is something you and yours can't seem to understand... but you'll find out soon enough. wink

HERE WE GO BROWNIES! HERE WE GO!!

I do believe that if I searched your writings, your speaking, even your musings, I would find not one single shred of concern for our Vice President, he was not a senator at the time to clear up your confusion, told the Ukrainian government that they either fire the prosecutor investigating burisma for corruption in six hours or he would take the $1,000,000,000 back on the plane and go home. And surprise surprise, the prosecutor got fired. Talk about a quid pro quo!! Naturally it was blunt talk and all on tape. He even bragged about it!!

If you have read the transcript of the trump call it was nothing nearly as clear as that. You really have to invent stuff. Now for those who cannot understand how someone can get overwrought about one issue and not mind a bit another similar issue, you have to understand the mind of the typical lefty. For them it is not the action, it is the politics behind it. So trump bad, Biden good. That explains it all.

So this comment right here is pure comedic brilliance from you. Well done, Happy Friday.

It was not American oil. The oil was Canada's. It was being processed for export. America would have gained no oil due to this pipeline.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
