Is there anyone out there in this country (U.S.) or even Canada who are now listening to Christmas music on the local radio stations? A couple of the FM stations here in Baltimore have already switched to all Christmas until New Years Eve, WLIF101.9 Lite FM and WRBS 95.1 FM (Christian) . What about out there in "radio land"......

LMFAO!

I think it's still too early. Usually it doesn't start till the 1st Week of December.

My parents have it on 24/7 in December that's why I know.

I have not listened to any Christmas music on the stations I tune in with!

I did walk into the local K-Mart today to pick up a couple of needed items..............they were playiing....."Here comes Santa..........here comes Santa..........right down Santa way!...........or whatever!

I guess they were trying to promote all the Christams trees and the other Christmas stuff on sale.........the Christmas music is being played way too soon..........if you ask me!

It is all about DOLLARS!

Music is not the same........we need more music that is about peace!

JMHO!

There is a radio station in Denver that is playing it. I came across it on my way skiing today. I listened a bit, mainly when other stations were playing commercials.

Typically I wait until Thanksgiving for Christmas. But Trans siberian, I can listen to them all year round.

Believe me, It's way too early when the bulletin board at my job ALREADY has a flyer up for a "Pre-Valentines day dance" for Feb. 8,2008. Tell me that's not rushing it a bit. .....The Christmas music won't settle in with me until we sit down for Thanksgiving dinner and I watch the fireplace crackle listening to Nat king Cole. ..now that's Christmas.....

Right now the only one that I know of is 93.3 FM in and around the Columbus area. I'd rathe listen to the 94.7 Christmas, but it's not on the air yet.

Around Cleveland they kinda ease us into the holiday season slowly... they will probably start this week with some Christmas music in the evenings and sprinkle a little in during the day...

Then after thanksgiving,, you will hear that music more,, By the time we are 2 weeks out,, you will hear more...and the week of Christmas, that's about all you will hear..

Thanksgiving.....is that even a holiday anymore?

America seems to treat it as the first day to start celebrating Christmas then as its own holiday anymore.

I agree. I sometimes pop in a Martina McBride Christmas CD any time of the year.

Here in Milwaukee they have been playing Christmas music on one of the stations since the first of the month. They start it every year at that time.

On a side not My wife decided that we needed to put up our tree already so that was done last night.

I wish I could get through the Holidays this month first,

Some good Christmas music choices in here...Martina McBride and Garth Brooks especially.

I'll be busting those out as well as all of my Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole ones too. (among a few others)
