Well for two extra 4th round picks I sure hope our scouts know what their doing. If they Knew what they were doing, they'd be able to decide on a pick! We've been through this in years past with Gms who traded picks and drafted Division 2 projects like the one from Chadron State! Either you can, don't know, or don't care to put the work in or don't care to make a decision, because you want to be some analyzer This is why they will be in 4th place in the division every year in the forseable future. AGAIN!

They can still find a 300 pound Nose Tackle,
and we can hear for about the 35th straight year how the Offense Doesn't score any points, the passing game is subpar, and there is not chance for the Browns to come back on a 4th quarter offensive drive.
