Wow. I this should be required listening on a weekly (OK Daily) daily basis for kids. (and adults)

Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.
Ironically, a good, good friend of my wife and I told us about this speech.
He's been to the Dale Carnegie classes, been the president of the Ohio Contractors Association, and many other things.
He's the CEO, chairman of the board of his company that employs some 650-700 people. He is the coolest guy, most down to earth guy, ever. So is his wife. Money? They have it. Would you know it by talking to them? No. Never.
We can't go anywhere with them without him being recognized. And he listens to EVERYONE. Even a lady that owns a restaurant that, not knowing who he was, was complaining about a tip the company left. He asked who they had spoken to - never once pulling rank. Never once letting on he owned the company.
And as he told me a few years ago, "I start every day by making my bed." he was talking about this guy ^
Man, that was awesome! I love stuff like that. Probably not a popular take in today's weak-ass society, but he spoke the truth. Thanks so much for sharing!
Great speech and advise. I'll share just part of this poem.....we all should think about it and use it when we make judgements....especially political ones. Rudyard Kipling I keep six honest serving-men (They taught me all I knew); Their names are What and Why and When And How and Where and Who.
Using the poem and thinking thru all motives often would sure prevent issues.....I, we, don't think thru stuff often enough.
