I didn’t see a preseason forum yet, but we’re about to begin the first official “game” of the season.
i usually just watch the game for the nostalgia and formality of it, even though we all know it’s not a good representation of football lol
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

I think the last one I watched beginning to end was the '99 Browns/Cowboys game.
Otherwise, I always used to look forward to it and had it on the TV (even if in the background).
This year - probably about the same. But it's good know the season is not far away, despite the nonsense, controversy and debate.

I think the last 48 hours have not been a good represesntation of Football. Where can I get an upside down nfl logo sign?
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

I'm watching because I am from the area. I actually coached against McDaniels' dad. He was an excellent coach at Canton McKinley and then later at Warren harding. He was once named National Coach of the Year while he was at McKinley.

Every year there is a championship, every year there is a team that wins a super bowl. Just because a team, or players on a team win a championship doesn't mean they should be hall of fame material. Even if a team or player wins 3 championships, they should still not necessarily be a hall of fame player. One would think there would be more, less, and different players that should actually make the pro-football hall of fame than the ones that do.

This kid for the Raiders is impressing me. I think his name is Zamir White. He's a RB. He does not have the build I like in a RB, but he can make moves on the run, puts his shoulder down in short yardage, and hits the hole quickly.

The Browns should cut Jacoby Brissett. Yesterday!

The Browns should cut Jacoby Brissett. Yesterday! So what did Jacoby do that makes you say that?

I was surprised with how much Josh Jacobs played last night … not sure the reasoning behind that?
The Raiders backup RB looks dynamic … good pass catcher and quick
JAX was not good lol, for whatever it’s worth

Unfortunately, we have nothing to look forward to.
A week ago I was looking forward to last night's game. I just wanted to watch football and start getting amped up for the season.
Instead, I worked around the house while the game was playing in the background, checking in periodically.

Yeah, I love football season either way … but when we basically know that the Browns will stink it takes some air out of the balloon
