Don't care for Taylor Swift, but this cover of one of her songs is so good. Daughter is 17 and never has liked pop, she likes rock like me, when her friends were listening to Swift she always played this song for them, needless to say they like it, lol.

Damn! That's pretty good!

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

For about the last week or so I have been binging on Leon. I had not heard he passed away. He was a favorite of mine from long ago.

I don't think most people really know how good Leon Redbone was. He had a great voice and man he could play guitar.

The thing is Leon was a true character. He found music he loved and he played it better than anyone else could. He was influenced by a diverse background of blues, ragtime, and old time funk. Jimmy Rodgers, Gene Autry, Bing Crosby, Robert Johnson and people and other music you never heard of. Romanian folk singers and gypsy music.

It was like he came from a bygone era. Played his music and faded away. He didn't seem to care about "making it big." Fame had no meaning to him. People knew very little about him. It was like he hid behind his hat and dark glasses.

But Leon Redbone (Dickran Gobalian) was a true artist and talent. I love his music.

* the song came the album "Long Way Home" which holds his early recordings

Johnny Cash could make a great song even greater.
