Philly/Dallas is an interesting game especially since Hurts is out.

Lots of game windows this weekend, which will be fun as we all have time with family, parties, etc

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Our family tradition is to have the main Christmas celebration on Christmas Eve. That's when we have our traditional meal, open presents, and spend the day together. We gather to eat on Christmas Day, but it's laid back as most of us are exhausted by the time that day comes around. It really sucks that the vast majority of games are being played on Christmas Eve for our family. The cooking is pretty much an all-day event.

Traditions can be altered. Do a lot of your cooking today to get the leftover treatment on Saturday. All you will really have to deal with is the turkey or beef tenderloin on Saturday.

We need people who will prioritize winning.

There was a tweet posted here about how successful the Browns are in man coverage but run it the least in the NFL. If the head coach was a real head coach and prioritized winning he'd rectify that.

Hell, I don't even know who the head coach is...is it Stefanski, Woods, Depo, committee? Who the hell is running this ship?

I see two guys calling plays on tbe sideline. Who's managing the team?

what a crazy game! Can't believe the Steelers won. Pickett to Pickens TD with 46 seconds left. Wow. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!

Don't worry. One day soon we will be right there in the thick of it.... when we play warm games, with no wind, we won't drop any passes, we won't have any injuries, our QB will be reacclimated to playing on the NFL...... one day all of our excuses will be gone and then, we will win.

I thought this was an "Other Games" thread? I didn't get to see the other games yesterday and was hoping to read some takes on them. Instead, I see the same folks censored about the Browns and their coaching staff on yet another thread.

HI Vers. Merry Christmas to you and all my fellow Dawgtalkers. I really enjoyed the Pats game yesterday! I was rooting for them because they were playing the Bengals but it really didn't matter because we're out of it. Very enjoyable the last 2 weeks watching them play LOL. The way they choked at the end against the Raiders was unprecedented LOL!! Even we haven't done anything like that and we've done some pretty bazaar things to lose games. And yesterday LOL, they came all the way back and were on the 10 yard line and fumbled the game away LOL!!!!. I've been telling everyone the Pats are starting to play and lose like the Browns LOL!!!!!!!!! The talk shows were great late yesterday. All the Pats fans were crying on the phone I thought we were going to win and they blew it LOL!!! GOOD!!! NOw they can see what it feels like! They laughed at us enough!

I just watched the rest of the game this morning. Bummer.

The Cowboys/Eagles game was pretty good, but I actually wanted the Cowboys to lose. Sick of 'em.

Yes, it's been a season of disappointments for everyone. Welcome to the club.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Miami showing why you don’t stick with average coaching. They drafted well and signed great pieces in FA, then got rid of Flores and brought in a coach that makes it work. Haslam needs to pay attention

So does Watt. So does Boza. About once every four games, Myles will get some sacks, and be praised as a superstar. But, when was the last time he dominated a game so much it led to a win? In the running game, he is nothing. I believe he is a great pass rusher, and a freak athlete, but game changer? I don't think so.

Thats pretty much my thoughts as well.. he doesn't impact a game.. he'll get his sacks, but they rarely change the outcome. True elite guys make plays in the run game, and force the offense to account for them.. Myles just never learned anything other than a speed rush and teams have learned how to counter that. most of the time they run right at him and are successful because he's not set that edge and theres a lane because he over committed to the outside. Bottom line is I think Myles is more valuable as a trade piece than he is a DE for us. Its not saying he's couldn't be great on another team. Just on ours we have too many holes to have a luxury of that much money invested into a pass rush specialist. Too many games the play happens by myles and he's still standing.. He doesn't want to get dirty unless its for a sack

12 of 13 with six minutes left in the first and a 21-point lead. I'd take that QB play on Sundays and feel good about it...

Crazy what a good coach can do for a guy, huh? Sean McVay is so much better than KS, and I'm not down on KS as much as Woods. Happy for Baker, hope he sticks and stays with the Rams. Can see him taking over for Stafford. The FO needs DW to pan out in the worst way, Baker is making them look foolish today.

Let's be honest here. Baker played well enough to win today.
But he is a game manager. He faced one of the worst defenses
In the NFL. The Broncos have nothing to play for. Hackett
Is done after this year. Baker simply is not a consistent QB.
He can't string together 3 to 5 weeks of total command
Of a offense.
How would Mayfield fare vs the Cowboys or 49ers defense?
Him moving the ball vs a non playoff defense is hardly impressive

Just an observation. Everyone was talking positive about Detroit how well they were playing Dan Campbell so on and so forth. Then came yesterday in a big game and they went right back to the same old Lions and got thoroughly outplayed. Detroit Lions, the Cleveland Browns of the NFC.

Let's be honest here, playing well enough to win is what all QBs do, or try to do. Haven't seen much of that here since the trade.

You don't have to hate Baker to be a Browns fan, unlike popular opinion in the one-man DW fan club. The kid is a good QB. Still think he'll be in an SB before DW.

Meanwhile the Browns have yet to top I3 points with their offense since Watson started taking snaps/sacks

Welcome back to 20I6 everybody thumbsdown

Facts are important:

Broncos have an elite pass defense

I don't care if you hate Baker bro, but if you want me to take you even remotely seriously, you need to acknowledge that your feelings aren't facts.

If the Bucs win, they will lead the NFC South with seven wins. If they lose, before tiebreakers, they are in a three-way tie with the Panthers and Saints. Can you imagine the Panthers making the playoffs this year? Wow. But Tom terrific will probably turn it on and win another SB before he retires. Smh. After realizing the Panthers are still tightly in the hunt, I had to post for the pure craziness that is the NFL in 2022.

Completely different. The lions overachieved. The Browns underachieved.

Btw, any see/hear Josh Jacobs sound off after the Raiders loss? Would love to hear something like that from Myles.
