The other day, Dominique Foxworth, the former NFLPA President and cornerback in the league, was on Get Up and going on and on about how the NFL players are not getting paid enough because of how dangerous the game is. He shifted the attention away from Hamlin and made it about the players getting more money because the game is so dangerous. It is a dangerous game, but immediately I started thinking about other professions such as police officers, who work in an extremely dangerous occupation and get paid peanuts while all sorts of folks harass, demean, and criticize them. Dude is out of touch.
