Of late I have noticed that when entering a post, when I go to hit the submit button, it says disabled, the post has already been entered.

Is this a new function?

It's not new, but it should only happen if the button is clicked a second time. The first click submits it and any subsequent clicks will trigger that message. Something with your mouse may be accidentally doi g a double-click
