Well mac, guys like steve, Pit, 75, etc say they can post their thoughts wherever they want and not be exposed to "hatred." They tell us they are not hijacking threads and there is actually no such thing. They tell us those things despite multiple posters asking that they stay on topic. The refs allow them to do it. Their posts are not deleted. I guess the rule of the pound is post anything anywhere you like w/no regard for the spirit of the thread because we are all entitled to express our opinions w/out being subjected to hatred.
Maybe one day, folks will realize just how freaking absurd some of you actually are. And Vers thinks he's so right he criticizes how the people in charge run the board, thinks he knows how it should be run and whines constantly like a petulant child. We already realize just how absurd you really are. You are twisting in the wind again as per usual. Your superiority complex is showing. I find people such as yourself hilarious. I don't care about internet wind bags and keyboard commandos. If I did I would have been gone a long time ago. You see, unlike someone else I haven't and won't allow anyone or any group of people to push me into leaving. I'm not going to take my ball and go home only to return much later when I think things are going the way I want them to. I won't allow who's QB to run me off only to return when a QB I like is signed to the team. That's some of the most childish and immature behavior I've ever seen on this board. And I'm certainly not going to sit here and whine about the way the people who provide this board to us all for free run things around here. There's a name for people like that. A few of them actually.

floq...so, after reading this article, do you know who the 'undisputed leader' is of the Browns...? Yes, the owners and it’s a disaster. It doesn’t matter if we have the right organization structure if we don’t have the necessary competence at the top. A second triumvirate of leaders with two beta guys and a CSO living in south of California has all the ingredients to create a unhealthy decision making process and that together with a owners who often act irrational and with too much emotions. That’s why we’re where we’re. The reason the Browns make so many weird decisions from my perspective is because nobody inside Berea has the integrity or the authority to challenges tho owners. Everything around the DSW fiasco is a testament of how a weak leadership works. The problem with Watson is not his talent but everything around him that follows his former life style. It wouldn’t surprise me one bit if he’s mentally a little bit broken and never will get the same level of confidence as he had before this sex story started. That factor by itself is why it’s legitimate to question the quality of Browns leadership. As long we don’t get a GM or a HC who demand full control of their job description the Cleveland Browns will continue to underachieve. After more then 50 games results don’t lie.

Thanks for posting that Haslam article.
Haslam is a smart guy. The ten years have been brutal. When you make the kind of hiring errors the Haslam's have made.
They hurt for years. It is extremely hard to build a NFL team and organization when all there is; is change.
My daughter is a professional in the field of Change Management. She has a MBA and is working to finish her doctorate. She works from home where we live along with my two grandsons.
I over hear her conversations often. It is way more complex than one would think. She is like a consultant to large organizations going through major organizational change.
When you look at the ten years of the Haslam's. It has been a fiasco.
But it sounds like Jimmy and Dee are learning. I am glad he sounds so positive about the current organization. I believe continuity is extremely important for success. I can only imagine you're being serious.i'm willing to bet he said the same thing,or something similar, after every hire, then fire, than hire, than fire than hire again. They don't win this year, the present group will join the long list of those Mr.He's Learning has canned.
Indecision may,or maynot,be my problem

You maybe right.
I have to believe that over ten years his experience means something. I don't know the Haslam's. I never judge people without having had direct experience with them. Or, someone whom I trust has had direct experience tells me. Even then I am hesitant.
It easy to assume that from afar you can listen to and then judge people like the Haslam's.
I don't believe that to be true of you or anyone else.
"They don't win." That could depend on how much and how.
The Rams went from the winning the Super Bowl to 5-12. Sometimes you have dig for reasons and those reasons could be justified.
So, I will sit back and see what happens before I assume anything.

For someone who supposedly doesn't care, you sure spend a lot of effort replying to me.

It's because you make it so easy and it's so much fun.

At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

But it's everyone else that has the problem.

Only a select few. You may resemble that remark.

I must miss a lot of posts because I assume they’re deleted by the refs, but I don’t see Vers posting “hateful” comments as much as others contend.

There's a lot more hyperbole that some would like to admit.
